26/01/2025: Sempre una garanzia di qualità, materia prima trattata con maestria danno vita a piatti davvero d'autore, da assaporare e gustare. Oggi provato un nuovo dolce appena introdotto, il krapfen con crema inglese e agrumi e debbo dire una ulteriore conferma, spettacolare.

10/01/2025: We went in to get something hot. Without even giving us time to all sit down, we immediately had to order. After a few moments our order arrives as follows: cold coffees, almost ice cream I would say, hot tea without tea, since we were only served a cup of hot water. Upon our request to have a tea bag, we were brought a saucer with the tea bag, but without the protective wrapping. Toilets without the possibility of drying your hands. It seems to me that there is nothing else to add.

01/01/2025: In the heart of the square of Santa Maria Maggiore it has a privileged position. The service is good, quite fast despite the mess of people. But you can't see the wine served in a plastic glass (but I didn't penalize this serious mistake too much because the staff deserves more than 5 stars) it costs €€ in the norm, like an aperitif in Milan or a little less.

01/01/2025: Ho prenotato insieme ai miei amici il cenone di capodanno, ho avvisato che ci sarebbe stata una persona che non mangia carne ne affettato di origine animale. Mi hanno rassicurata che avrebbero previsto un menù alternativo al pari come qualità e costi del menù classico. Purtroppo non è stato così, quando hanno iniziato a servire e gliel’ho ricordato hanno chiaramente improvvisato qualcosa che certamente non era l’equivalente del menù classico proposto. Ovviamente però il costo pagato è stato uguale. Avreste fatto meglio a dire in tutta onestà che non era possibile sostituire il menù previsto e sarei arrivata x il dopocena !

08/11/2024: Il posto è molto carino, colorato pulito,familiare. La signora che ci ha servite è squisita e gentilissima! Una nota negativa però c'è stata : ho scelto un toast con salsiccia nostrana, funghi e burrata. La salsiccia (di maiale) è arrivata cruda perché cotta direttamente nel toast, quindi ho deciso di non mangiarla perché pericolosa! ( non per gusto personale!) Non ho chiesto di cuocerla nuovamente perché avrei dovuto attendere e mangiare in differita con la mia amica. Ho spiegato alla signora che l'ho scartata per la pericolosità della carne di maiale cruda ma nonostante questo non ci è stato tolto un euro dal conto totale. Un gesto che sarebbe stato opportuno, visto l'errore.
