05/07/2025: Very welcoming and very clean hotel, kind, smiling and familiar staff. We had a good time and slept very well: well soundproofed room and good breakfast with lactose-free and vegan options too. 🌱 The only flaw is the Rosso Pomodoro restaurant next door but in the same Glicine complex, already reported to the owner and which we will review separately. Well done anyway, a team of many women who cheer up the atmosphere!🩷

18/06/2025: The best canteen in Italy BUT ... I ask for more attention for vegetarians and they wander. I have been vegetarian for 2 years now and I have eaten at your place for 4. In the last two years, however, your poor vegetarian offer has led me to come less and less🥹. I would be very happy if instead of finding 4 animal-based second courses, you added a vegan second course, for example Veg burgers or cupcakes (and no, the usual omelette that I find every now and then and that vegetarian cupcake is not a valid vegetarian/vegan alternative to eat as a second course).

26/06/2025: Great location, friendly staff, it is not a given that there are places like this in Novara. The interior is very relaxing with plants and soft lighting, air conditioning. while in the outdoor area there are sofas and tables. Frequented by quiet people.

16/06/2025: After calling THREE TIMES from two different people (including myself) in a week and asking if there were gluten-free options in a reservation for 13 people for a friend's party, the answer was always "don't worry, we have gluten-free foods even if we don't guarantee contamination" I take the risk and show up for the aperitif at 8 pm on Saturday night At the entrance the barmaid rudely says to me "oh are you the celiac one? You know you can't eat anything" At which point, annoyed, I searched the Internet to see if there was a supermarket open and (thank God) Lidl was open and I told her "I'll go get something to eat at the supermarket" and the answer was "yes, it's better for you, go ahead because it's closing soon" and I found myself eating the cured meats and croutons I had just bought at the table When I got to the cashier at the time of payment I repeated "I had a cocktail and a glass of wine afterwards, but I couldn't eat because there wasn't any nothing for me who am celiac" and I paid full price for everything in addition to what I bought to be able to eat Celiac friends, avoid this place and you inform yourselves before making these fools of yourself Embarrassing

03/07/2025: Fresh and clean water. Amazing slides. Lots of people but not much noise, relaxing environment surrounded by greenery. Let's hope that too many people discover it.... 😅

20/07/2025: Rude staff, almost superior and rude. A bit of ice cream on the menu (which we could have easily cleaned ourselves) caused chaos. We apologized, but it didn't seem to matter. Not wanting drinks, we decided to order two Cokes, but even though my friend had also ordered water, they decided we couldn't sit down because there were four of us and not all of us had ordered. The bathroom was also very dirty; it didn't seem to be cleaned.

21/07/2025: We were at this restaurant, with very inefficient staff. We asked for water and sparkling wine, both were lukewarm. We asked for ice, the answer was that the ice machine was broken. The first paccheri with octopus (it seemed like plain pasta, flavorless and poorly seasoned), you asked for something but nothing arrived. Negative experience.

27/06/2025: We still find ourselves in those restaurants of our tradition. Ambience, food, staff. Everything is really in style and reflects the Piedmontese welcome with its delicacies. Highly recommended. Prices more than fair.

26/05/2025: Buona sera Martina, ti ho visto in TV. (4 ristoranti). Complimenti per il tuo ristorante ma ancora di più per il tuo comportamento. Se passo da Torino verrò sicuramente.

22/04/2025: Locale accogliente, cibo di qualità ma con porzioni scarse. L’ insalata di misticanza era piuttosto un’insalatina, gli agnolotti(molto buoni) in numero minimo. Personale gentile. Peccato però che nessuno,al momento della prenotazione, mi avesse avvisata che avremmo dovuto liberare il tavolo a un certo orario per lasciare posto ai successivi ospiti. Così d’improvviso ci siamo visti appoggiare sul tavolo il conto con la richiesta di alzarci. Personalmente l’ho percepita come una scortesia e mi sono sentita in imbarazzo verso i miei amici perché non me lo aspettavo.

12/06/2025: Unfortunately I have to write a negative review because the pizza itself is not bad, but the choice of freshness of the products is not the best. I ordered a pizza with cooked ham, and it arrived with the ham clearly gone bad, gray and smelly. I tasted it and I can confirm that it was not fresh. My partner called and they remade it immediately, so as far as correctness is concerned I can't say anything, but I believe that the freshness of the products should come first for a restaurant. I'm very sorry because we would have gladly become regular customers because as I said the pizza is not bad, but we would prefer to rely on other pizzerias, which will certainly be more attentive to the quality of the product they put on people's tables!
