21/09/2024: Working lunch,, Spaghetti with seafood 🤔🤔🤔, I've never seen sauce in fish, I didn't find anything on seafood, not even stones,,, if you offer something on seafood, at least a small mussel should be seen,,,,,, ,never NEVER AGAIN NOT RECOMMENDED,not to mention the vitello tonnato,,,only mayonnaise sprinkled on top,4 stir fry was much better 👏👏

The waitress was perhaps a little too nervous😀, but that's ok, given that she was the only one in the room serving us and she didn't have time to waste. Very good local dishes as well as the wines. There was nothing that I didn't like. I will definitely go back. Thank you

29/01/2025: I bought three take-out pizzas. Saturday night. Already on the phone with rude people. Paid dearly and the pizzas Arrived OVERTURNED. I called, I spoke to the owner, who told me he would send more. HE DIDN'T. He didn't call back, no. He apologized. Moreover, to be quick, they sent UNcooked pizzas. Shameful. Never again.

10/01/2025: We went in to get something hot. Without even giving us time to all sit down, we immediately had to order. After a few moments our order arrives as follows: cold coffees, almost ice cream I would say, hot tea without tea, since we were only served a cup of hot water. Upon our request to have a tea bag, we were brought a saucer with the tea bag, but without the protective wrapping. Toilets without the possibility of drying your hands. It seems to me that there is nothing else to add.

12/02/2025: Great bar to relax after a snowboarding session or after a hike on the nearby trail. Paola is very kind and attentive to customers, we were very well received.

01/01/2025: Superb restaurant I passed through this magnificent village of lemon ski resort by train small trip for fishing and I was not disappointed friendly setting several restaurants in the town center I chose this one at random and I was really surprised by the speed quality and service

28/12/2024: La Diligenza is a cozy and welcoming restaurant in Limone Piemonte that serves delicious local dishes. I tried polenta for the first time and loved its creamy, comforting flavor. The black truffle fried eggs were simple yet full of rich, earthy taste—an unexpected delight. The highlight was the risotto with truffle and mushrooms, which was perfectly cooked and incredibly flavorful. The friendly service and charming atmosphere made the meal even more enjoyable. If you’re in Limone Piemonte, this place is definitely worth a visit.

30/12/2024: Very good pizza with light dough. Varied menu and good fish dishes too. I had a fresh fruit tart made for a birthday and it was very good. The staff and owner are very kind and nice.

28/09/2024: Nuestra estancia en Rif. Fredarola... absolutamente impresionante. Hermosa propiedad en todos los aspectos, el restaurante, el ambiente, nuestra habitación con una vista de Marmolada (tenía una ventana dentro de una ventana! ) , la cocina y el servicio. Muy cálida bienvenida de Patrick, y Giovanni. La cena fue súper, especialmente disfrutamos de los entrantes y el plato de pasta. Probablemente el Rifugio más lujoso y divertido de los Dolomitas. Muy fácil de llegar. Todavía quedan algunas obras de renovación por completar y luego será perfecto. Y sin olvidar la fabulosa piscina infinita y spa - impresionante.

19/09/2024: Al Fredarola si mangia veramente bene, piatti gourmet indiscutibilmente ottimi, ma le pecche non mancano. Prima di tutto il servizio ai tavoli, troppo lento, più di 20 minuti tra l’ordinazione e l’arrivo dei piatti ai tavoli, la musica a volume troppo alto. L’ambientazione è buona, ma del rifugio di montagna ha veramente poco, sembra piuttosto un Hotel a 5 stelle per ricchi avventori. Prezzi tutto sommato in linea con la qualità dei piatti serviti.

26/11/2024: A nice place to eat, the pizza has a very thin and crunchy dough, I found it extraordinary, the dishes however are plentiful and really inviting, all accompanied by fast and very kind service!

29/01/2025: We chose to try the Cicchetti menu with the hope of having an interesting gastronomic experience. Unfortunately, each course proved to be disappointing: bland and lacking a balance between the ingredients. The "black" duck egg, then, was at the limit of edibility. Furthermore, although it is January, the temperature inside the venue was unpleasantly low, which made the experience even less pleasant.

26/01/2025: Bad experience, avoid We dined at this restaurant with high expectations, but were deeply disappointed. The dishes were bland and, although carefully presented, not at all balanced and with unrelated ingredients. The dish with the marinated duck egg was particularly unpleasant, with a complex taste but certainly not very accessible and not at all "helped" by an adequate explanation, unfortunately the staff (although kind) does not speak Italian, a problematic aspect in a context in which it would be essential to illustrate the dishes. The experience was further penalized by a poorly heated room. Finally, during the telephone reservation, the attitude was snooty and annoying: we were told arrogantly that the prices should be tripled but "in Piedmont these dishes are not understood". Perhaps the problem is that they are not cooked well and/or explained competently. Embarrassing value for money, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
