13/11/2024: Happened due to a train delay. Nice place with low lights, the host was a little chilly at first, but I arrived in a hurry, with suitcases and pissed off..., which made me a little irritated too. Then, after two words we were almost friends, so I vote 10 for Sergio! I had chips and a hamburger, the potatoes were good, much better than the hamburger!! No The "sublime" red beer. Thanks Sergio for the hospitality, even if it's out of the way but I'll be back as soon as possible!

01/02/2025: You can get there on foot or with snowshoes. The place inside is very beautiful and also has a large outdoor area. We tasted some of their truly delicious dishes. Very friendly staff and a Walser Spritz different from the others. Congratulations to whoever manages it.

31/01/2025: A little place to be amazed by? Yes Riale Val Formazza, a small nativity scene and in winter with the snow it becomes a true poem. Walser Schtuba, you can't help but stop by, a place where you can eat outside, in summer and in winter when it's sunny, inside there are just a few but well-placed tables, refined but full of flavour. We eat refined things but always with references to tradition. Many dishes are inspired by Walser cuisine, a people of Germanic origin who descended into our valleys around 1300. Matteo Sormani, the chef, expertly knows how to blend tradition with innovation in an excellent way. Starters, first courses, second courses and desserts, you will be spoiled for choice. It is definitely worth stopping for a refreshment break after a nice walk.

14/01/2025: Ci può stare. Locale piccolo , pulito, personale gentile. Pizza sufficiente e cucina buona anche se un po’ anni 80. Locale un po’ anonimo. Poco visibile. Tranquillo.

07/09/2024: If you are celiac, know that at Carpo you can only drink and the staff prefers to send you away rather than welcome you... So, you are a celiac and you just want a plate of chips and a beer, go to another place, I won't say the name to be correct, not far away!!!

26/12/2024: Good and well cooked food, but very expensive and with minimal portions. The service can be improved. The wine list has fivefold prices. The environment is snooty and they get away with it.
