02/11/2025: Friendly and helpful staff, excellent food, especially the pizza! They often host fun evenings and events. A must try!

02/11/2025: The food was okay nothing special, just average in taste. The service was quite slow and took longer than expected. Overall, a decent experience but there’s definitely room for improvement.

14/09/2025: Had the most amazing experience trying out different artisanal beers brewed locally (gourmet burgers were pretty spectacular as well) HUGE thanks to Gabriele !! who so kindly shared his experience and knowledge with us and walked us through the vast selection of ales, stout, Belgian style fruit beers, IPAs even cider on offer. Very interesting smokey ale that paired beautifully with the speck in my Tirolese burger. Well worth a visit and the late night opening hours make it a destination of choice after a movie. Great location for a group event, friendly service and something for everyone. Congrats guys!

14/09/2025: Open Baladin Cuneo is a venue that combines quality and atmosphere. It's a great place to be: the atmosphere is welcoming, the music is pleasant, and the cuisine is exquisite. Craft beer, Teo Musso's signature, remains a true Cuneo specialty, appreciated and recognized even beyond the province. The venue is located in a quiet area, close to universities, schools, and shops, with parking available along Lungostura and in Piazza Foro Boario. A gem worth preserving and promoting, recommended for those seeking authenticity and flavor.

26/10/2025: What a lovely discovery! This weekend we had a wonderful meal with friends, and the staff was superb. We also spent the night in one of their rooms and had a wonderful time. The rooms were very spacious, modern, and clean. We were also pampered at breakfast. We will definitely be back.

22/09/2025: We stayed two nights and ate at the restaurant twice (very good). The staff were very friendly, definitely recommended.

24/09/2025: We went on a horseback ride and it was a wonderful experience! A stunning place, surrounded by nature and with a welcoming, rustic feel. Highly recommended!

26/08/2025: We ordered a charcuterie board and a seafood board. For the charcuterie, three slices of jalbon and sausage were dueling with 1 kg of potatoes and pizza bread. For the seafood, it was frozen. We're still waiting for the dessert menu. No one came to see us to clear the table or for what's next. It's better to be a local than a passing tourist. Avoid it. The pizzeria next door is better.

03/07/2025: I menu sono davvero impeccabili e l alta qualità si percepisce dai primi assaggi. La location e l affaccio sulle vigne è spettacolare. Attenzione nelle giornate di intenso calore e sole ad evitare la terrazza perché batte il sole fino al tramonto. Probabilmente un sistema di tende o ventilatori aiuterebbero a migliorare l’esperienza

16/03/2025: The atmosphere is beautiful, with some very thoughtful details, like the bowler hats used as chandeliers, and the color scheme of the walls and floors is also very attractive. The staff was very friendly. We had an aperitif, and we really appreciated the choice to skip the usual chips and peanuts, instead offering small plates with special salads and sausage, mini pizzas, and much more. The price was reasonable.

02/11/2025: This restaurant serving Piedmont cuisine offers an interesting menu with creative dishes and a cozy atmosphere. The freshly baked homemade bread served before the meal was absolutely delicious - warm and full of flavor. However, I felt that something was missing in some of the dishes; they were good, but not quite impressive. The dining room was full, and the wait for the food was quite long. The waitress seemed to handle almost everything herself: greeting guests, serving drinks and food, and even managing payments. It looked like the place could really use an extra staff member, maybe a bartender, to help speed things up. Overall, it’s a pleasant restaurant with great potential, and with a few improvements, it could offer a much better dining experience.
