I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e con la loro professionalità abbiamo trascorso una bellissima serata. Torneremo sicuramente!!!🎉

28/12/2024: Necessità di maggiore cura. La sala è rimasta quella di un pub datato. Il tentativo di adornarla con elementi richiamanti il mare rende tutto ancora più kitsch. Necessita qualcuno con un gusto estetico più fine. Via i pupazzi dal bagno, i grambiuli di Natale appesi ai vetri, via i deodoranti per ambiente in vendita sul bancone. Non lasciare zone della sala completamente al buio che fanno sembrare il locale in chiusura. Qualche luce d’atmosfera. Date il menu in mano ad un grafico, ogni pagina ha un font diverso con grandezze diverse, font che sembrano quelli usati come stencil sui bancali. Un po’ più cura anche nello standing, va bene avere un servizio informale ma se hai i capelli lunghi e il barbone comunque andrebbe curato, magari una camicia al posto della t-shirt nera e dei jeans quantomeno lunghi abbastanza o se si vuole lasciare la caviglia in vista allora una bella scarpa, non le scarpe da ginnastica da basket. Quando si propongono i piatti del giorno comunicare anche i prezzi. Il pesce è fresco nonostante comunque i piatti non sono memorabili.

06/09/2024: Per me è la miglior pasticceria del Piemonte. I dolci sono semplicemente deliziosi e fatti con prodotti di alta qualità. Anche il bar e molto valido soprattutto il caffè che lo producono loro stessi Lo consiglio a chi vuole assaggiare cose sfiziose e buone sia dolci che salate

23/08/2024: Location carina, ma solo questo. Servizio e qualità pessimi. Dopo 20 minuti di attesa abbiamo rinunciato al caffè e pagato, € 4,40, due brioches immangiabili. Assolutamente sconsigliato per la colazione. Un pallino perché zero non si può.

17/12/2024: Arrivati a Biella per una mostra, ci siamo trovati a cercare un locale per un aperitivo. Tolta l'estetica del locale, classica e "calda", ci ha attratto il menù: alla fine l'aperitivo è diventato una cena! Ottimi i piatti e abbondanti (il Riso mantecato al Caprino notevole), i Cocktail classici eseguiti in maniera impeccabile (Old Fashioned eccezionale), la signature list di facile lettura con drink non banali. Ci dispiace solo una cosa: abitare così distanti!

08/12/2024: I should start by saying that I confirm what the boys wrote below... They left beaten and disappointed and even with great politeness they didn't even reply... in fact we at the next table witnessed the whole scene and a call, the owner could have done it since they ask for the number when booking. For our part, so as not to make it too long, gnocchi with tasteless cheeses, overcooked noodles in Chinese udon style... Penne with tomato without infamy and without praise. Cheeses as an appetizer cut in alpine style. Bread not fresh... Maybe a Friday morning sandwich.. who knows. Bathroom light going off.. . Maybe timed and you have to go outside to reactivate it... And water to wash your hands with freezing temperatures. High bill and my wallet disappointed along with my stomach... For the same price we had fabulous dinners in other places in Piedmont. Congratulations

09/02/2025: I'm on tour and they recommend Il Tagliere; well, a great atmosphere I must say. The fireplace really gives that feeling of warmth and home, furthermore the staff made an excellent impression on me, not too intrusive, always composed but available, really nice custom care. I asked for an appetizer, a first course and a second course that would take me on a journey through the flavors of Piedmontese cuisine and I must say that in all three I found a beautiful dish, excellent flavours. I don't give 5 stars in all three categories only because in the boiled meat one of the meats had little pulp and therefore I wasn't able to fully appreciate it. But overall a great job; it was really what I wanted.

07/02/2025: The place is nice, staff are friendly, but almost expensive. Almost no vegetarian options which is not a surprise, but they avoided to modify any item of menu (which is quiet common in Italian cuisine). So if you are vegetarian, you have 1-2 options of cheese and 1 option of polenta and blue cheese.

15/02/2025: Great place to work remotely and have easy access to historic Torino, restaurants, cafes and the amazing markets. Feels more like a hotel than a hostel, apart from the shared rooms.
