Molto tranquillo anche il cuoco della trattoria, che resiste In questo luogo che non sembra molto frequentato da turisti e visitatori. Viene Tuttavia onorata pienamente la tradizione gastronomica langarola, con ottime materie prime e piatti ben cucinati. Da non dimenticare gli ottimi antipasti e i tipici tajarin con tartufo oppure ragù. I secondi spaziano dal coniglio ha varie tipologie di carne, sempre ben presentata. come dessert La Tradizionale torta di nocciole o la meringata con panna. Ottima vista panoramica Dalla vetrata.
