13/04/2026: An unexpected surprise!
The ground-floor dining room was very welcoming, bright yet intimate, and tastefully decorated.
The food was excellent, featuring seasonal vegetables and typical Piedmontese products, as well as alternative and sophisticated dishes.
The staff was kind, attentive, and knowledgeable.
Five of us had lunch for my father-in-law's birthday last Sunday.
A very varied menu, with options for daily specials and a tasting menu featuring typical Piedmontese dishes at a very reasonable price.
My father-in-law chose the set menu, which included a mixed meat and seafood appetizer (veal with tuna sauce, tartare, capocollo, and octopus salad), agnolotti with roast beef sauce, and sliced beef with a very delicate mashed potato.
We ordered dishes à la carte, including asparagus with eggs: a dish revisited with fondue and avocado ice cream!
I had the raw red shrimp with burrata and raspberry... a delicious combination! The plating was perfect.
We then ordered some starters: scampi cream parcels and spaghetti with squid ink and lemon… both delicate and tasty!
The owner, a wine expert, recommended an excellent alternative to the usual bubbles: a Crémant de Limoux Brut, which we all enjoyed.
Very satisfied. We'll be back soon! Thank you.
21/03/2026: I don't know about the cuisine, but the pizza needs a makeover...
Pizza revisited, a good pizza taken away.
