26/10/2025: A casual restaurant in the center of a village in Monferrato. Excellent service from the very friendly and organized staff. I ordered the appetizer of the day, creamed cod on a pumpkin cream sauce paired with curry and saffron—a truly top-notch dish. The highlight, however, is their ravioli filled with robiola cheese and prosciutto, with butter and hazelnuts—a must-try. The wine is excellent and well-priced. I'll definitely be back.

21/10/2025: We went for lunch as a couple without a reservation. We tried the schiciole they prepare with various fillings. Then we had a first course with a drink and coffee for a fair price of €32.50. Nice little place, friendly staff. We ate inside because there was no room outside. (There were quite a few people because there was a treasure hunt going on.)

08/09/2025: A proper trattoria. No frills. Food prepared to perfection. Impeccable and courteous service. Very reasonable prices. What more could you ask for? Assorted cold appetizers, 2 hot appetizers, 2 first courses, 1 second course with side, assorted desserts, water and house wine, €30. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

04/10/2025: Nice place and good food. I wish it had been a little more seasoned, as salt is practically nonexistent, if not in almost every dish. This was a bit disappointing, as a little salt is needed. However, condiments are provided. The prices are reasonable for the location, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

27/09/2025: I've been to this lovely restaurant several times for work, located in the heart of the multi-ethnic Porta Palazzo - Baloon district. It's a small menu, but perfectly cooked. The cuisine is predominantly Piedmontese, especially the appetizers, but with French and Arabic influences. The agnolotti are excellent. The decor is beautiful, very tastefully done, with a touch of shabby chic. The bathroom is spotless, and the portions and prices are fair. Last but not least, the waitress in charge: excellent, very kind... and beautiful!

05/11/2025: Oh my, I don't understand how it even has 4 and 5-star reviews! I never leave reviews, but this time I have to so others don't end up wasting their evening (and their money). There are so many better places with friendlier staff, more suited to a venue like this.

22/10/2025: We stumbled upon this place by chance and were pleasantly surprised. We ordered a coffee and a slice of excellent tart. The staff was friendly and attentive. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

07/09/2025: Wonderful food, all locally sourced, at a very fair price. We were worried the menu would be priced at €50 per dish, but that was absolutely not the case: between €10 and €20 for a main course, prepared with great care and love. Reservations are definitely required.

30/08/2025: We weren't familiar with this place, but it won us over! The dishes were divinely cooked and beautifully plated, and the menu is original, revisiting tradition with local ingredients and including vegetarian and vegan options. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The outdoor terrace with its panoramic views of the valley is enchanting.

04/09/2025: A renowned restaurant chain, Caffè Vergnano offers a modern, clean, and well-maintained space. The interior is welcoming, with tables set under soft lighting and wooden floors that contribute to a warm and relaxed atmosphere. The staff is courteous, attentive, and professional. There's also an outdoor terrace, ideal for enjoying a break during the warmer months. Prices are high, but in line with the refined atmosphere and excellent service. A solid choice for those seeking a moment of relaxation in an elegant and contemporary setting.

28/08/2025: Very nice stuff, delicious Croissant and amazing coffee taste. I like the high quality of the packaging when you ask for a to go stuff.

10/10/2025: A historic location worth a visit, the gourmet food was simply divine. We were pleasantly welcomed and entertained by the owner with historical tales of the castle and the surrounding area. We were won over, and we will definitely be back.

04/10/2025: What can I say... from business lunches to convivial dinners, you can literally feel at HOME here. The quality of the food is EXCELLENT: tradition, passion, and a touch of originality! I highly recommend the poached egg, simply exceptional, and the plin—they may be my favorites, but they're truly among the best in the area (and beyond!). Everything is prepared by Marina's expert hands, and then there's Rinaldo, a host from another era: capable of creating a consistently serene atmosphere, filled with smiles and authenticity. A small team capable of doing great things!

21/10/2025: Good, traditional cuisine, pleasant service! Unfortunately, the bill didn't match the expected amount (dinner menu). It's a shame to feel like I was charged a strange price for tourists! Without this disappointment, this restaurant would have received 4 stars; it would have been a perfect neighborhood eatery.

03/11/2025: A true gourmet spot. The pizzas are excellent, but I was particularly pleased with the pasta dishes, which feature sumptuous fresh pasta. The scialatielli and other dishes seemed to draw the sauce, so with every bite, you could taste the pasta with just the right amount of sauce or fish. I was also impressed by the staff's ability to adapt their approach to each customer's tastes and requests. The service was not only clean, but also attentive.

31/10/2025: Friendly, quaintly old fashioned, family run, Piemonte standards on the menu. A simple wine list but the Giacosa reds save it. Fresh food, we ate everything we ordered and were satisfied.

30/10/2025: I witnessed an embarrassing scene. Refusing service to a disabled woman because she might cause discomfort to other diners. Shame.

12/11/2025: Amazing lunch with rabbit and veal with potatoes. The host is very welcoming. Great service! We recommend it to everyone after visiting the Sacra :)
