09/06/2025: An Unforgettable Experience at Osteria in Piola. I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and I can say that it was an extraordinary experience. The decor is very distinctive, the thing that really catches the eye are the barrels but also the counter, creating an elegant and welcoming atmosphere, further enriched by a spectacular view that makes every moment suggestive. The food is simply excellent, with masterfully prepared dishes and very fresh ingredients. The wide selection of wines perfectly complements each course. The staff is incredibly kind and super hospitable, making you feel immediately at ease. In short, Osteria in Piola is a true gem of Arguello. I highly recommend it!

29/06/2025: Serata particolarmente piacevole trascorsa nella migliore pizzeria di Saluzzo. Cibo ottimo (pizza, pesce, dolci...), personale estremamente garbato, locale raffinato. Silvana, la proprietaria, accogliente come solo lei sa fare.

17/06/2025: I stopped for breakfast with croissant 🥐 and cappuccino....the 🥐 is a work of art and the cappuccino is amazing. I will gladly return. Good, since I only saw girls.

22/06/2025: Ho pranzato in questo agriturismo con la mia compagna una domenica di Giugno. Viste le numerose recensioni positive,ho chiamato qualche giorno prima per prenotare e nessuno mi ha comunicato che non esiste menu alla carta ma solo un menu fisso. Arrivati all’agriturismo veniamo accolti in modo cordiale e accompagnati al tavolo. Anche in questo caso nessuno ci informa della sola opzione a menu fisso. In attesa che qualcuno ci porti il menu,rimaniamo sorpresi vedendo che il cameriere inizia a portarci antipasti di carne e verdure fritte mai ordinati. Vedendo i tavoli vicini a noi ci rendiamo conto che vengono servite a tutti le stesse pietanze,tutte rigorosamente a base di carne. Il cibo era buono,non si può dire il contrario (ad esclusione dei dolci). Però non mi è piaciuta la poca trasparenza visto che,una volta arrivati in cassa,il prezzo è risultato anche piuttosto alto(45€ a testa). Considerando che io ho bevuto un solo calice di grignolino e la mia compagna acqua,non è stato chiaro neanche quali bevande fossero incluse nel menu. L’agriturismo ha del potenziale ma la gestione e la trasparenza andrebbero migliorate.

19/06/2025: Per il nostro tradizionale pranzo primaverile dei coscritti, scegliamo questo agriturismo fra le colline del Monferrato....e si è rivelata una ottima scelta!!! L'ambiente è ottenuto in un casale molto ben ristrutturato dove la sala da pranzo principale è una grande stanza con muri di bellissimo tufo locale chiaro e grandi travi a vista per l'alto soffitto. Altre stanze più riservate sono disponibili come pure un dehor esterno. Ma il servizio e cibo la fanno da padrone. È a conduzione strettamente famigliare dove tutta la famiglia è coinvolta ma il vero campione del servizio è Luigi, undici anni e figlio del proprietario Stefano e della cuoca. Vederlo servire ai tavoli è uno spettacolo, rapido, gentile e simpatico. In copia con un'altra ragazza di qualche anno in più, hanno servito per più di tre ore una cinquanta di coperti....bravi. Al cibo ci ha pensato mamma e altre persone in cucina offrendoci il meglio della cucina monferrina. Sei o sette antipasti di buona qualità comprese battute di carne, vitello tonnato, Frittelle di erbe, fiori di zucca in pastella ed altro. Agnolotti di carne buonissimi e poi...il gran fritto misto piemontese. E qui la piacevole differenza rispetto ad altri è stata di servire i vari tagli a due a due garantendo così temperatura e fragranza appena usciti dalla cucina.....prodotti di qualità, tutti i tagli tipici del fritto piemontese e abbondanti. Per finire una composizione di due semifreddi con piccola macedonia di frutta. Tutto innaffiato da Ottimo vino Grignolino, Barbera e bianco di produzione propria. Tutto il gruppo hanno elogiato la qualità dei cibi e il servizio. Bravi......Ci tornerò a novembre per il tartufo!!!

14/07/2025: Il locale è molto curato, sia dentro che fuori. Il personale di sala è gentile e attento. Ottima la tartare di antipasto, così come l'assiette di fornaggi misti che abbiamo gustato come secondo. Ottimi i dolci. Prezzo onesto. Ci torneremo.

21/07/2025: A fantastic evening We first enjoyed an aperitif to entertain us until dinner time. The products used were all top-quality, and the dishes and traditional recipes were carefully prepared and meticulously crafted. A restaurant with over 130 years of history. I will definitely return.

19/06/2025: Spectacular food, sandwich paid fairly but really good, even the chips were very welcome, even the beer was really good, fast and impeccable service, very kind guys, I also really liked the location, rustic style, really beautiful, I recommend this brewery. I TRIED THE IRISH COFFEE, I AM STILL AMAZED, SO MUCH STUFF, COMPLIMENTS TO THE LADY WHO MADE IT, TRY IT AND YOU WILL BELIEVE IT.... I WILL RETURN AS SOON AS POSSIBLE FOR SURE.... ALL THE STAFF IS PRAISEWORTHY....

27/07/2025: Arriving at 2:30 PM on a gorgeous, sunny spring day, I couldn't resist a plate of polenta concia, rich in toma cheese and butter from the valleys, in excellent company. Cristina and Diego were welcoming and friendly as always. Highly recommended!

03/08/2025: They have a really excellent selection of meats, but regarding the service we really didn't like the atmosphere being too noisy, the waiters absent and distracted and the bill being high.

02/08/2025: There were two of us, so we ordered a Neapolitan pizza to share, which was very, very good, followed by a delicious classic burger and a truly exceptional sliced steak. Nice atmosphere, friendly waiters, and truly excellent food. If you're looking for a place to eat good meat, this is the place for you!

10/07/2025: The name is spot on: it's a refuge. You can reach it on foot, and you're immersed in silence and tranquility. The food is excellent, the prices are very fair, and the owners are warm and friendly. It's worth spending a day there in complete relaxation.

10/07/2025: A wonderful stay, beyond all expectations! We took advantage of a Smartbox with a four-course dinner included and found ourselves on a romantic estate immersed in nature, surrounded by marmots, rabbits, and deer. One of the most beautiful images was seeing Roberto, the host, hand-feed the deer: a gesture that speaks to the passion and care with which he manages this special place. Roberto was welcoming and attentive, making us feel at home. The property was completely at our disposal, perfect for relaxing in peace. Some dinner courses required a small supplement, but it was absolutely worth it: delicious, carefully prepared, and generous dishes made the experience even more special. An authentic place, highly recommended. We will definitely return!

28/06/2025: I have been to this location several times as a portraitist for some weddings and I tell you that it is a very beautiful place but above all huge. Large parking lot, giant park, internal rooms with air conditioning and furnished differently depending on the room. Excellent and abundant food. Highly recommended.
