Naturally, Chef Valerio and Mrs. Anna stand out every time, both for their cuisine and their hospitality. Compliments to all the staff. Chef Valerio's cuisine stands out both for the raw materials used for each dish and for the preparation and imagination in creating the menus. Risotto al Fondo Bruno is spectacular! Excellent wine list. Masterfully recommended by Mrs. Anna. I highly recommend this place, an experience not to be missed! ❤️

We had a wonderful time at this restaurant for Christmas lunch 2025. Personally, I loved everything about it: the place, the staff, and the meal itself. We'll definitely be back.

11/08/2026: Warm welcome and good service. The dishes were very good, especially the zucchini blossoms. The wine was very good. The air-conditioned terrace was very pleasant. Good value for money.
05/08/2026: We went to La Piola spontaneously for lunch when we visited Alba because we saw recommendations from locals on YouTube. We got a good table outside, we were there with our dog too. We had an amazing lunch, the agnolotti was one of the best we’ve ever had. Service was top-notch. Now it’s a must-go for whenever we are in Alba.

28/05/2026: A true trattoria. Found by chance during a motorcycle tour of the Langhe. An entrance with a bar and wine displays; two small rooms, one larger and with a fireplace. Elegant, rustic furnishings. The menu is strictly traditional Langhe. Excellent wine selection. Large and delightful outdoor seating area in front of the entrance. Courteous and professional staff. Worth a stop. I returned with my daughter. I reiterate my opinion. 🔝
27/05/2026: It's a simple place serving Piedmontese food. The service is excellent and the food is superb.
