15/08/2024: La location è invitante, niente male devo dire. Un terrazzo piazzetta che si erge panoramico con belle vedute. Io ci sono andato lo scorso ferragosto, il servizio fu piuttosto lento e disordinato, le portate abbondanti e tante, ma nulla mi ha colpito in particolare se non le cozze. Il prezzo è stato di 35 euro a testa e fu più che adeguato. Ah ricordo un fritto particolare, delle scorpelline con le alghe. Credo che se ci tornassi a cena, senza troppa gente e confusione, il servizio sarebbe migliore.

04/08/2024: On a last-minute weekend away from Caserta, we ended up in the Molise Region. We traveled with friends and stayed at Antica Taverna Del Principe. The taverna owner, Antonio, suggested a late Friday evening dinner at Scuderie Del Peschio. The owner, Fransico, greeted us with Prosecco and sat us outside at a table with a beautiful view of the mountain sunset. As a group of four, we shared antipasti of eggplant rolls, cheese/egg balls in a wonderful red sauce, and smoked duck. These were accompanied with baskets of fresh homemade bread and house red and white wine. Everything was wonderful. The duck with fresh berries was one of best things I have ever eaten. The combination of flavors was incredible. For the Primi, we shared lasagna, cheese, pepper, and spinach pasta, and risotto. All wonderful. For Secondi, roasted rabbit and chicken. And dessert was baba with fruit. Everything. Fabulous. After dinner, we shared an aperitif with the owners (server & chef) who offered information about the area, the culture, and the people. A wonderful conversation that helped us plan the next day. Francisco recommended the archeological museum in Campobasso which was another great experience. Overall, a 10+ star experience. We will make a point to return soon for the cooking class!

04/07/2024: Rude service, bland food, came with family passing through for a quick dinner, slow and rude service. We were treated with very little respect even though the place wasn't full. The only positive note is the pasta with truffles

02/07/2024: We spent the weekend completely relaxing. The wonderful place, the perfect and impeccable structure. We were completely relaxed enjoying the facilities offered by the farm such as the swimming pool. The cuisine was also excellent, we had dinner and lunch. The kindness of the owners contributed to having a fabulous weekend.

18/08/2024: It's always a pleasure to return to this place, everything is always perfect, starting from the welcome, the pizza is excellent but it's also fantastic to let yourself be guided by the owner and taste local products such as starters and main courses accompanied by a good beer.

17/08/2024: I'm sorry to leave a bad review but unfortunately it wasn't a good experience. Starting from the fact that, having booked (there were 8 of us), we arrived at the restaurant on time and waited standing for a good half hour because there were no tables available. Once we were seated and placed our order, only the drinks arrived after quite a while (even the water). We then ordered some pizzas, one of which was totally wrong and that no one had ordered, yet another was sent back twice because the main ingredient was initially missing. Having asked to add it, another pizza with a different filling arrived shortly after. In short, a bit of confusion and errors... understandable because the place was probably full and there was a lot of work, but overall unfortunately it wasn't a good evening. Finally, after paying the bill, we asked for some digestives which, given the errors, we didn't expect to pay... instead... Compliments on the service, however, go to Angelo, one of the waiters, who lightened the evening with his kindness. However we won't be returning.

03/01/2024: Abbiamo cenato in questo locale e siamo molto soddisfatti della cena. Materie prime fresche e cucinate con sapienza, personale gentile e servizio celere. Piatti abbondanti. Ci ritorneremo quando saremo in zona.

11/10/2023: Questo ristorante è assolutamente da consigliare a chi vuole mangiare solo pesce fresco cucinato in modo eccellente. Dai crudi in poi, antipasti deliziosi, primi e secondi di una freschezza rara. Consigliatissimo per il servizio e le porzioni abbondanti.

18/08/2024: We decided to take a tour of southern Italy and stopped to have dinner at the L'Affresco restaurant, the only gluten free restaurant we found in Isernia, and we were pleasantly surprised by the family management of the business and their professionalism in preparing and present dishes that are of excellent quality. Try the roasted cod on chickpea and chilli cream. Compliments to the chef and all the staff.
