La Quercia In Termoli

Passing through Termoli and recommended by friends, we came to visit you. Everything was delicious and original. We tried the piuma, a cut of meat we weren't familiar with, which surprised us with its flavor and soft, succulent texture. It was served with grilled potato slices with a super original beer mayonnaise. The dish was accompanied by a small focaccia with olives and rosemary, which was delicious. Finally, at the suggestion of the super-smiling and enthusiastic girl who served us, we chose a birramisu and a strawberry tiramisu with mint leaves: both delicious! For beer, we drank a non-bitter lager that you recommended. If we ever pass through Termoli again, we'll definitely visit you again! Great job, keep it up ☺️

I stumbled upon it almost by chance because I was staying in the rooms above, and it turned out to be an exceptional discovery. The cuisine is simply fantastic: spectacular homemade passatelli, beer-based dishes, and meats cooked with care and flavor. You can taste the quality and, above all, the passion. Seeing the passatelli prepared by hand right in the dining room is something increasingly rare these days, and it really makes a difference. Impeccable service: everyone is kind, friendly, and attentive. Special praise goes to the very young man (17 years old!) who works with a professionalism and enthusiasm that are truly rare. Kudos also to the owner, who conveys the soul of the place. The atmosphere is familiar yet refined. One of those places where you eat well and feel at ease. I will definitely be back. If you're in the area, definitely stop by: it's truly worth it.

I honestly can't understand why anyone would say they were greeted rudely. I DON'T THINK THAT'S POSSIBLE. ABSOLUTELY!!!!!! Exceptional staff, friendly, attentive to every request. I was passing through for work, even though I often stop in these areas, but I'd never had the pleasure of stopping here. It takes just a moment to understand that this job is done with professionalism and dedication. THE EAT IS REALLY GOOD, TRUST ME.

We ordered two takeout pizzas. The staff is very kind, friendly, and professional. The pizzas are very good, I recommend it!

Excellent food and service, friendly and helpful staff. Light and crispy pizza. My friends and I have often eaten here, but last night we noticed a change in the lighting: the place is now much darker, and after a while, we all got headaches. Too bad.
