31/08/2025: A place to forget, for the food and the service. From the little we managed to eat, even trying, our digestions were blocked that afternoon. My partner and I, on August 28th, ordered a beef tagliata and a plate of tagliolini with mushrooms. The tagliata, in our opinion, was mutton and was overcooked. When we mentioned this to the owner, he told us it was a special Argentine meat, and regarding the cooking, he said they no longer knew how to regulate it because the place was frequented by Belgians and French, who wanted it rare. We were speechless. The meat left on the plate, even though we love eating it, out of curiosity, we took it to a trusted butcher, who jokingly told us it could have been 'dog'... but then assured us it was mutton. No comment. As for the tagliolini with mushrooms, they were floating in half a plate of raw oil, which created a nasty, tasteless white mush with the flour from the mushrooms themselves. The mushrooms were inedible! This is what two gourmets wrote. Despite our complaints, the owner made no attempt to make amends.

29/12/2025: We came to eat tonight by chance, and everything was delicious. We had hamburger buns and a Black Angus steak. The Angus was truly exquisite, cooked to perfection (when ordering, they asked me how I preferred it). It melted in your mouth. Even the part with a little fat, which I don't usually eat, was good, but this time I tried it and it was very good. The service was excellent: the waiters were welcoming, very organized, and very fast. The cooks were the same: each one knew what their job was and did it perfectly. An added bonus was when they cut a piece of meat for me before putting it on the grill, letting me see if it was good or not (not something everyone does, and it's appreciated). The grill and pizzeria area, open to the public, are a wonderful sight. The desserts are also very good. The prices aren't excessive. We'll definitely be back soon, and I'll speak highly of you.

28/12/2025: The wait after ordering was a bit long (over 45 minutes), but the place is still very homey, and I like it. The service could be improved, but overall it's good.

06/11/2025: Nice place, good food and they also sell their own products, pasta, truffles, etc.

18/10/2025: We always stop here on business trips for breakfast in the morning and an evening snack. Excellent products and reasonable prices.

28/12/2025: I went today with three other friends after booking about three days ago. We were offered a set menu, which wasn't disclosed to us when we booked, consisting of simple dishes that didn't meet the expectations of a farmhouse. Furthermore, a sad note was that there was a table of about 15 people who at a certain point started playing and singing on the accordion, disregarding the other guests present who had chosen the farmhouse for a moment of tranquility and authenticity.

16/10/2025: The welcome and service were extraordinary, as was the dinner served. The cured meats were amazing, but what really stuck with us was the pasta all'ortolana!

20/10/2025: Simple and welcoming, very family-friendly, the restaurant is excellent, and the owner is friendly and helpful. Excellent experience If you're interested, the hospital is just across the street.

03/09/2025: I've visited this venue twice, in December and July, and had very different experiences. The first time, the service was fast and the music, selected by the DJ, was suitable for harmonious conversation. However, the second time, the volume was deafening and unsuitable for the outdoor setting. Despite requests to lower the volume, it seems that wasn't possible. I hope the venue can find a balance between the music and the atmosphere to ensure a better customer experience.

06/08/2025: I was there on Saturday evening. The place was welcoming, the staff were friendly, and above all, the owner was very open to conversation and friendly... People like that make you want to come back. Have a nice day!

26/10/2025: Everything was delicious, from the appetizers to the pizza, the grilled meat was superb. The place could use a makeover, but it's still good.

09/01/2026: The owner's wife was irritable and nervous from the moment she greeted us. The owner was equally unwelcoming. The food was of decent quality (the meat this restaurant is supposedly famous for had a strange smell), the pasta was overcooked, and the soapstone was unclean. The atmosphere was very nice and traditional, with a truly charming wood-fired oven in full view. It's a shame about everything else. Prices were normal.

30/11/2025: Vinchiaturo (CB) industrial area adjacent to the "Le Cupolette" hotel. Spacious, well-maintained restaurant. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very comfortable seating. Open-view wood-fired oven, attractive bar counter. Good food, excellent meat. We didn't try the pizza, but maybe next time. Affordable prices, ample parking.
