04/09/2025: Nice place, but as far as the food goes, a passing tourist like me is disappointed. I've never had a seafood salad with a green salad and a few pieces of fish and spaghetti with clams with four clams (and two closed ones), especially when you see other dishes at the next table. I felt cheated. I guess it's a place where they already have too many local customers.

20/10/2025: Simple and welcoming, very family-friendly, the restaurant is excellent, and the owner is friendly and helpful. Excellent experience If you're interested, the hospital is just across the street.

12/11/2025: Stayed here in November with the group of tourists. True, they have some things to work on here but I do think this is the right match for the money given. Rooms are clean, hearty breakfast.. We did have some miscommunication problems at first but Jasmine took care of everything. I recommend this hotel in Montecatini

11/11/2025: I was in november and one radiator in living room didn't work. We told that to reception and they didn't fix it. So we must use additional blanket and this was horror also: dirt and dust with holes on it.

07/09/2025: We entered the place for the first time and immediately sensed disorganization, no one paid attention to us and we stood around waiting for someone to tell us where to sit!!! Once seated, we ordered chips, croquettes, seaweed, and fried mozzarella. The wait was over 50 minutes even though they were basic items for a pizzeria!!! When the dishes arrived, I discovered that there were no fried mozzarella but Ascoli olives!!! I pointed this out to the waiter and he immediately apologized and told us to have them made immediately. After a while, the portion of mozzarella arrived too!!! We ate those too and waited for the pizzas. In the meantime, I had asked for a beer, the waiter told me it would be right there, I saw him walking around, going back and forth, but the beer didn't arrive (I specified that I had asked for a Nastro Azzurro from the menu, but it wasn't there). The pizzas arrived and I told the waiter I'm still waiting for the beer!!! Finally, the door!!! Meanwhile, I discover with great surprise that the pizza I ordered with porcini mushrooms only had button mushrooms. I mention this again to the waiter, who apologizes and tells him to tell the pizza chef!!! I basically had to eat part of my partner's pizza because she doesn't like button mushrooms, so I had to eat some of it myself. So as not to throw it all away!!! Very disappointed, I get up to pay and stand in front of the register. A woman—I don't know if she was the owner or an employee—sees me and continues lounging near the pizza chef!!! After ten minutes, she asks me, "Do you want the bill?" I wanted to say, "No, I'm standing near the register." Why do you think that's the reason? But out of politeness, I avoided it... he calculates the amount of food I ordered, I pay, and leave. No apology, no discount, no free liqueur, nothing at all... Basically, the total indifference I sensed as soon as I walked in!!! Obviously, it was the first and last time!!! They have very cleverly managed to lose new customers who were entering your establishment for the first time!!!

10/11/2025: We stopped by for lunch following our experience on the Trans-Siberian Railway in Abruzzo and found this simple-looking restaurant. We were warmly greeted by the owner, who informed us that there was a fixed menu for 25 euros that day. Although I'm not a fan of fixed menus, I was glad we stayed. The food was good, not overdone with oils or spices like many others. We had delicious handmade potato gnocchi! The meat, scamorza, and everything else were delicious. But the real difference is undoubtedly Adriano, always with a word or a joke to make guests feel at home, but without ever being intrusive. Fantastic! Thank you, Adriano, and we hope to return to your restaurant soon.

17/09/2025: I went to a party. The location was beautiful, but I didn't write a review. The buffet wasn't exceptional, and if you're hungry after dancing, you'll be stuck for food. Service was terrible, and the owner was absent.

02/07/2025: Birthday in this location, in my opinion ideal for our party, as it is welcoming, private and well organized.........the icing on the cake is the rich and delicious buffet and good wine.......courteous and very helpful staff........in short everything was practically perfect

02/11/2025: Even though we didn't have a reservation, they seated us anyway. The staff was initially particularly courteous in finding us a table. After ordering our dishes, we asked if we could order additional courses later. We were flatly refused and forced to order two courses immediately. The staff were found to be particularly rude towards customers. When it came time to get the bill, we were repeatedly asked for a receipt. Strongly discouraged.

02/11/2025: The raw fish is definitely worth it; the oysters are spectacular, and the typical Termoli fish soup is also worth it. The cuisine and hospitality are traditional and homely. We were there in November and ate outside; there are tables both inside and outside, and it's still lovely. I'd also recommend an excellent local white wine from the Borgo di Colloredo winery. We spent €50 each, including a bottle of wine, a raw fish dish, a first course and a fish soup, a dessert, a coffee, and two liqueurs.

11/08/2025: It's a shame that places like this exist, where there's a complete lack of respect for the customer, which should be the foundation of healthy business. Three of us, eating a first course, a second course, and two side dishes, were held captive by hunger and the management's disorganization for three (yes, three) hours. It's unfortunate to note that recommended customers who arrived later were served, not so quickly, but still much sooner than us. It was surreal to see people at the table behind us lying on the benches sleeping (I repeat: sleeping) while waiting for their food to arrive.

07/07/2025: Siamo stati altre volte in questo rifugio. La location è bella, e si mangia bene. Lo abbiamo sempre consigliato a tutti. Antipasto, primo, secondo misto di carne, contorno, vino, acqua e liquori, non abbiamo mai speso più di 30/35 euro testa. Per questo siamo andati ancora il 06 luglio, un gruppo di amici in moto. Abbiamo preso le solite cose. Non c'era la corrente, non funzionava la friggitrice, non si poteva pagare col POS, non potevano stampare lo scontrino. Il conto. 5 persone ci aspettiamo poco più di 150,00 euro, invece ci chiedono, a voce 233,00 euro, 46,60 euro a testa. Chiediamo spiegazioni di tale aumento.. "il costo del piatto pasta è aumentato, il piatto di carne mista alla brace è aumentato..." , ma nel dettaglio, a voce, un piattino di insalata, scondita, 7 euro. Abbiamo preferito pagare e non fare storie, ma così si perdono clienti. E se prima dicevamo a tutti di fermarsi qui, da oggi diremo di stare alla larga da chi pensa che i clienti siano polli da spennare.

25/08/2025: I went on a Saturday night. It's a place to avoid. The place is very large and has a lot of potential. But it's poorly managed, by people incapable of managing. Unprepared. Rude. And they serve very low-quality products. And you should invite them back...

24/08/2025: Last night we went for pizza.... We thought we'd get a plate of pizza, and there's no menu—you could only choose three types of pizza. In reality, they were just pre-made rectangular pizza bases. The beer was almost room temperature, and the service was very slow.
