04/05/2026: It is not a tourist place, being off the busy piazza, and you can tell there are locals who come here often. But the hosts are super-friendly and made us feel at ease. The pork cacciatore was fantastic, and he offered home-grown (hot!!) chilis to spice it up. The pizza was solid. Good value.

05/05/2026: Two of us visited this restaurant, and the experience was decidedly disappointing in every way. The wait was excessively long from the start, with slow and poorly organized service. The overall impression was one of great disregard for the customer. The food absolutely did not meet expectations: the quality was questionable and, in our opinion, decidedly below average. The portions were extremely small, far from what one would expect for the price paid. Added to this, the final bill was completely disproportionate to what was served. We were recommended the daily menu, but unfortunately, it was a choice we would absolutely not make again. In summary, a very negative experience: slow service, unsatisfactory food quality, and a disappointing value for money. We will not return, nor would we recommend it.

12/05/2026: The restaurant is good, with a pleasant little terrace across the street in an alley. It's fine for a quick meal. However, I think there are better options. The charcuterie and cheese platter was very good and quite generous.

08/05/2026: Lunch stop with exceptional experience. The owner was absolutely delightful and hospitable to our friends group of six. Loved the fresh local sandwiches, salads and of course local wines and beer. If we were staying longer we would have returned. Grazie!

14/05/2026: We stayed one night in a truly charming and quiet hotel nestled in the countryside, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, fruit trees, and horses. Due to our mistake, we hadn't booked a room, but they found a place for us. We took advantage of various services, including electric bike rental (very good), the spa (nice but a bit pricey for the services offered), but unfortunately the Turkish bath and sauna weren't working. We reported the problem to the staff member, who apologized and was very helpful and kind in trying to find a solution. The restaurant was very good; we tried it for dinner. It had a small menu, and only their own wine, very good food, and attentive service. The room, the Alloro Suite, was beautiful, quite spacious, clean, well-furnished, and quiet. It's a shame the TV didn't work, even after we reported it. The next day, we went for a tasting at the winery. The tour was led by two interns and was truly the most wonderful experience. These polite, friendly, and knowledgeable 20-21 year olds guided us through the vineyards, the cellar, and the tasting room, demonstrating complete mastery of the situation. Congratulations!! Overall, the entire staff was excellent, able to address small issues that perhaps a certain type of hotel shouldn't have, but which nonetheless made our short stay wonderful. Congratulations!!

03/05/2026: The only thing I can remember is the service, because they're genuinely friendly (perhaps a little "fake," but attentive to the customer). PRICES: The menu posted here doesn't reflect the current one. I read €20.00 for a chicken with a side dish, about €26 for sausages, and around €28 for an entrecote. The meat menus are €25 for the regular one and €27 for the VIP one. I don't remember anything else, but when we arrived, we were very disappointed with the prices on the menu. AMBIENCE: The waiters were very friendly, but perhaps more interested in making money than in the customer being seated. Every time someone came in, the waitress would leave us to greet them, and to accommodate everyone, they set up tables close to each other and in the middle of the traffic areas. While taking the order, the waitress wanted to escort a customer out of the restaurant to another place. Furthermore, the atmosphere was chaotic, noisy, and unpleasant. A plus point was the music, with a great selection of songs. FOOD: The focaccia they serve with bread is good. The rest is on par with any tourist restaurant in the historic center. Nothing exceptional, but not bad either. Sure... let's call the one in the photo an entrecote... it was good, but let's say "braciolina" 😅 By the way, my husband said he's lactose intolerant, so he asked to change the entrecote. This was possible, but after the waitress told him, "Okay, but there's just a little bit of cream"... I wouldn't recommend it...

24/02/2026: A truly welcoming and stylish place, halfway between an elegant venue and a chic pub, perfect for young people and couples. The food is good and the ambient music is excellent.

29/04/2026: We came here for the gourmet menu. Truly a dream, from the generous portions to the quality of the food. The appetizers, first courses, and second courses were truly exceptional. The service was always friendly and helpful.

07/05/2026: We went to Ragno d'Oro to eat the famous "crescia sflogliata di Urbino." It's spectacular! We also tried it at other places in Urbino, but Ragno d'Oro's is far superior. We'd especially like to highlight the "cresce" with "verdure gratinate" and with "ciauscolo." In short, highly recommended for eating "cresce."

01/05/2026: Big disapointment. The restaurant was recommended by our host. Unmotivated waiter, one and half an hour waiting on a mediocre menu… you should avoid this restaurant.

29/04/2026: Tempted by surroundings and somehow a smell we decided to take a seat. But that was all. Long waiting for a waitress who was prioritizing others even they came after us. Manners were also not known to her. We decided to waste no more time there and found delicious food and friendly people around corner. Very disappointing experience and one of the worst in Italy. Not worth your time and money. Can't recommend, avoid if you can.

02/05/2026: Excellent! We went for lunch on May 1st, three of us, including my daughter who is celiac. Beautiful place, kind and professional staff. We ate deliciously... the piadina and gluten-free bread were excellent! I highly recommend it, the food was quality.

Everything deserved an excellent rating: from the kindness and friendliness of the waiters, to the quality and freshness of the food, to the beauty of the internal garden. Congratulations!

26/03/2026: Aside from the location, which may or may not be aesthetically pleasing, I found the service unpleasant and unwelcoming, and the food, both high in quality and price, was frankly disappointing. Personally, I wouldn't repeat the experience.

01/05/2026: The location is nice and welcoming, except for the small dining room, where the white lights make it cold and dim. The service was good. The porchetta rabbit was very good, and the grilled vegetables arrived cold.

28/05/2025: A Urbino con amici abbiamo cenato in questo ottimo ristorante , ambientazione particolare ed elegante cucina a vista,servizio impeccabile. Menu’innovativo con materie prime del territorio e non solo carta dei vini eccellente ….lo chef (con cui abbiamo avuto il piacere di conversare a fine serata ) ci ha letteralmente stupiti e conquistati!….creativita’ gentilezza, cura dei dettagli,passione….bravi!

Grande esempio di innovazione che si sposa perfettamente con la tradizione marchigiana, a partire dalla ricerca degli ingredienti. Prezzo adeguato all'esperienza. Una coccola da regalarsi.
