23/09/2025: We went to this restaurant with high expectations, given to us by a friend. The result? Terrible. The menu? Non-existent. I felt uncomfortable with the lack of proper pricing, as the owner, who spoke quickly, announced the dishes verbally, and I couldn't understand what she was saying. This is all the more reason why a written menu with prices is REQUIRED. Price-wise? Terrible. We ordered two appetizers (the number of which wasn't specified when ordering, so we assumed one would be in the middle), two first courses, a second course, and a bottle of water. The dishes were decent, nothing too special, both the first courses, which were lightly seasoned, and the steak, which was difficult to chew. In total, we spent €93 x 3, which is unreasonably high for what we ate. One thing I would say is that the portions are fairly generous, but that doesn't justify the €31 per person.

30/11/2025: It must have been crowded for lunch, but I didn't find the food that good. Unfortunately, the pasta was a little undercooked, while the appetizer (a platter) wasn't bad at all (perhaps €26 was a bit too much). The staff was friendly and super helpful, and very proactive in finding places for everyone without making them wait too long. I can reassure you about the one-star reviews two people posted 2 or 3 days ago; I was there, and these two gentlemen, besides constantly complaining about the heat (we're talking 30 degrees Celsius at 1 PM, in mid-August, not 40!), didn't even have the patience to wait 10 minutes (contrary to what the lady claims, which is more than 30 minutes) for their dish to be prepared and packaged for takeout. They started insulting the staff, who rightfully told them to go to hell.

23/11/2025: I had a pizza, the "Pizza Quattro Stagioni." It was delicious. In the past, I'd also tried the grilled fish and skewers, and they were very good. I recommend this restaurant. I'd gladly return to try their other pizzas.

Then 2 reviews of the second courses and desserts 😂😂, 2 main courses, dessert and wine (passerina) you have to come here!!!

05/08/2025: A very "family-friendly" place, homey, which is a great thing for me. Friendly and helpful staff. Outstanding food. The first courses are plentiful and truly excellent, among the best I've ever eaten. The second courses are perhaps a little less, but still top-notch. Truly a place worth trying, a hidden gem.

05/10/2025: We had dinner at this fantastic restaurant! We were greeted at the entrance by Mrs. Marina, a truly special person who, along with her entire staff, made our dinner PHENOMENAL! Everything was made with top-quality truffles; from appetizer to dessert, we were truly satisfied! A place we'll return to as soon as possible, because we truly felt at home! My sincere compliments to all of you, because places like yours can be counted on one hand these days!!! My sincere compliments!

30/09/2025: A lovely hotel right in the Furlo Gorge, surrounded by beautiful nature. Clean, comfortable rooms, and excellent service. A buffet breakfast is served, and the staff are always ready to accommodate any request. There's also a large garden with a pool. Highly recommended, we'll be back.

21/11/2025: I went to the Trattoria for a business lunch, so it was a quick one. We ordered two versions of a typical Urbania dish: the Crostolo...delicious...with truly authentic flavors, and then we tried the fried Tropea onion...very tasty and light for an onion... The staff was very kind and cheerful. The location was perhaps a little neglected...

22/10/2025: I was severely disappointed by this restaurant, which I had very high expectations for. I'd seen photos of the location and the positive reviews and thought it might be the perfect place to bring some friends from out of the region who were visiting me. To say I made a fool of myself is an understatement. The main problem was the indecent wait time (but the excuses that came later were no less so). We arrived around 8:00 PM and were seated. There were 11 of us, including three children. Fifteen minutes later, only the menus had been brought to our table. No water. As I often tell all inexperienced (if not downright inexperienced) restaurateurs, the ABCs of restaurant management are to bring water immediately. "Good evening, gentlemen, we'll be right there. In the meantime, would you prefer sparkling or still water?" What's the point? And if you bring a little focaccia, an entrée, a snack, or any other contraption along with the water, the perceived wait time is significantly reduced. We were thirsty, the kids wanted to drink, but the water arrived very late. But it doesn't end there: we quickly ordered, suggesting appetizers, two pizzas for the kids, and a few main courses. More than half an hour passed, and we saw the appetizers arrive at the tables that arrived after us. We also saw other diners getting impatient. We took turns getting up to ask for clarification. At a certain point, I got up too and went to ask for clarification. I expected the usual excuse (which at least would have been accepted) of "unfortunately, we're short on staff and there were a lot of people coming in tonight," but the waitress, thinking she was acting professional, first replied, "You probably ordered more complex dishes to prepare (???? What are you even talking about!!!)" and when she saw my face darken, she blurted out, "Oh, but at your table there were also two pizzas for the girls, so we waited for their pizzas to come out first before preparing the appetizers." Absolute sadness. A simple, "Sorry, gentlemen, we're a bit behind on the food, I'll let the kitchen know to give you priority." Instead, she was dismissive, arrogant, and indifferent, and, at least in my case, it will mean I won't return and will inevitably cause very bad publicity. P.S.: We asked the waitress, "How many appetizers do you think we should order?" And she recommended two platters and two house appetizers. That advice turned out to be... Terrible because it was impossible to share. The portions were (rightfully) small, and a crostini, a small polenta, or any other dish was impossible to share for more than two people. Many of us even skipped eating so as not to deprive the other diner of their chance. P.S.: The meat deserves a very high rating, while the crostini with tomino cheese and prosciutto was a huge ciabatta bread without any seasoning. The latter was inedible. The chicken tagliata was so awful that I have to stop here to avoid being sued for defamation.
