08/12/2025: We were there 2 days ago. The atmosphere was welcoming and the food was excellent. My first course was with porcini mushrooms and pancetta, as was the sliced ​​steak with radicchio and walnuts. The service was quick, and they also have gluten-free options. I highly recommend it.

12/01/2026: I visited this restaurant recently and had a truly excellent experience. We ate wonderfully, with carefully prepared, high-quality dishes. The service was impeccable: the waitresses were wonderful, kind, helpful, and incredibly professional, making us feel welcomed and managing everything with great efficiency. It's rare to find a place where you eat so well and are treated so attentively. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back!

23/11/2025: We had a wonderful evening at this little hidden gem of a restaurant. We completely trusted the friendly owners' instincts when choosing the menu – and that was absolutely the right decision! Many small, lovingly prepared courses that we probably wouldn't have chosen ourselves from a menu; but that was precisely what made it so lovely! Everything harmonized perfectly and also complemented the non-alcoholic drinks perfectly. Highly recommended!

10/10/2025: What can I say? It's always wonderful to return to this magnificent hotel overlooking the Bay of Angels. Superb rooms. Outdoor pool. Spa. Convenient parking. Very friendly staff. Superb breakfast served on the panoramic terrace. The price is truly worth it. It's located in this charming village of Gabicce Monte. We hope to return soon. It's a shame it's closed for the winter.

23/02/2026: I love this place and every time I'm in the area, it's a must-try. The grilled meat is cooked to perfection, and their carbonara is out of this world, both in its enormous portion and its flavor. The owner is a key figure, and you absolutely have to get to know him. The staff is attentive to detail and friendly.

30/12/2025: A lovely restaurant to spend a day with friends or family. Overall, the food was good (the gnocchi with rib ragù and the meats were excellent, but unfortunately, we were a bit disappointed by the creamy pasta dish and the extremely salty side dishes). The service and atmosphere were good, everyone was very friendly, but unfortunately, the second half of the meal was a bit slow (all the side dishes came out right away, but the meat took a long time to arrive, so we had to eat both at different times). Good coffee. If it helps, cell phone/internet reception is poor to non-existent. The location is lovely and surrounded by nature. Easy parking. We paid €50 each. See you next time.

15/12/2025: It's the perfect place for a couple. The apartment overlooking the hills is wonderful. The spa is a delight and, above all, very warm. Returning to the room with a platter of mixed platters, a bottle of wine, and a roaring fireplace...UNBEATABLE! The owners are kind, helpful, and very discreet. Definitely worth a visit!

23/10/2025: Wonderful stay at an unexpected hidden gem of a place. Angela was a wonderful host meeting every need we had. This quaint hilltop spa has that intimate setting and feel. Dinners were some of the best meals we had while in Italy. Out room was very comfortable and pleasing to be in. The scenery from this location is second to none. We will be back.

16/01/2026: My family and I spent a weekend in July at the Valle del Metauro Country House. I was immediately struck by the property: a beautiful structure, surrounded by nature, with a swimming pool and restaurant (an important feature since dinner was served in the evening, without the need for much movement), bikes available, a quiet, relaxing atmosphere, and great availability and courtesy. From the first contact, Mrs. Brunella was very friendly, as were the girls who serve dinner and breakfast on site, as well as all the pool and garden maintenance staff. The Country House consists of 12 independent, country-style apartments, equipped with all the essentials for cooking, including two glasses of wine. Each apartment has its own private garden terrace, where you can dine in the evening or simply spend time with friends. We rented two. Pet-friendly property. I realized it's closer to my home than I thought... in fact, by pure chance and without knowing it, we met some neighbors 🤣 So, when you need a refreshing break, a short break, and can't leave due to work or family commitments, I highly recommend the Country House. The restaurant offers a menu with few dishes, but all very good 😋

03/10/2025: 🌟 Wonderful vacation – perfect! 🐾for family and dog I was alone with my small dogs at the Country House Valle del Metauro – a dreamy place in the hills of the Marche region. The Country House is idyllically situated in the Valle del Metauro, near Montemaggiore, surrounded by olive trees, fields, and hills. A quiet location, well-kept, charming apartments with their own small garden – ideal for unwinding. The pool is great, the atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. Dogs are very welcome! For larger dogs, it's best to inform Brunella in advance – so she can assign the accommodations optimally. Brunella is a fantastic host: warm, helpful, and always there. The city of Fano, the sea, shopping, and beautiful destinations such as amusement parks are quickly accessible. It's also ideal for active guests – because in the evenings, you can relax in the Country House. Conclusion: Lovingly run resort – highly recommended for solo travelers, families, and dog owners. I'd love to come back!

03/02/2026: We tried it by randomly looking for a place near Carpegna and we were very lucky! A very nice place with several rooms, very friendly staff, and very good and plentiful food. Next time I'll try the meat.
