21/04/2025: Easter Monday lunch with top marks. This is of excellent quality, unmissable when paired with cured meats and cheeses. Spectacular coratella accompanied by very fresh and very tasty herbs. Homemade tooth breakers (similar to cantuccio) and mascarpone cream, sublime! The service: the very helpful and polite waiter accompanies each course with humor and kindness! Highly recommended.

22/02/2025: The cuisine is good and typical of the place. The price is not in line with other places but it is neither expensive nor cheap. The service was slightly slow but due to the load of people present on the day I went. The seats outside are pleasant and in the shade of the umbrellas (in summer)

Every time they are interested in knowing if lunch is going well. Not to mention the menu, everything is always delicious and with attention to detail. 01/03/2025: Provato questo ristorante per una ricorrente "reunion" di ex liceali. Premetto che la valutazione è per premiare la squisita e cortese accoglienza del titolare e del personale di sala e per la freschezza della materia prima. La "location" al centro di Pesaro é raggiungibile solo a piedi dopo aver lasciato l'auto nei parcheggi, comunque non e molto distante dalla stazione ferroviaria. L'ambiente del locale è ovviamente "old fashion", ma troppo ingombrato dai numerosi tavoli: ne consegue una mancanza di "privacy" e una elevata rumorosità (compresa quella causata dalla nostra esuberanza). La "mise en place" su tovaglia di stoffa è corretta. Abbiamo degustato un antipasto misto "freddo e caldo": misto freddo variegato classico accettabile, ma con qualche eccessiva sapidità che copriva troppo il sapore del pesce; tre tipi di caldi con la stessa problematica di marcata salatura. A seguire abbiamo assaggiato un tris di primi: un tagliolino al sugo di pesce accettabile, un riso di mare bianco con poco carattere e uno gnocco di pesce bianco assolutamente inaccettabile perché lo gnocco era senza consistenza e poco sapore. Nota dolente è l'offerta dei vini: praticamente è centrata in vini sfusi della casa che vengono serviti in bottiglie etichettate, ma che giungono già stappate dalla cucina. Non è possibile degustare un valido "bianchello del metauro DOCG" imbottigliato e chiuso (è il tipico vino del territorio) e neppure un "verdicchio DOCG". Abbiamo chiuso con un enorme vassoio di pasticceria assortita abbastanza valida. Il titolo della mia recensione vuole essere uno sprone a "svecchiare" l'offerta gastronomica.

23/12/2024: Locale storico ben tenuto e arredato in modo rustico tradizionale . Il plus é una grotta interna, che contiene la cantina edove si può pranzare, condizioni metereologiche permettendo. Ottimo servizio piacevole e quasi famigliare. Piatti ben fatti, gustosi e saporiti, molti dei quali prevedono il tartufo, prezioso ingrediente della zona. Ottima e diversificata cantina. Prezzi corretti.

16/12/2024: Quando la cucina diventa arte. Nulla è lasciato al caso, dalle materie prime alla loro lavorazione. Il risultato è di altissimo livello e il palato sperimenta sensazioni non comuni. Bella atmosfera, ottimo servizio.
