Location molto bella e curata. Abbiamo cenato sulla terrazza all’aperto. Menù e piatti molto interessanti. Prevalentemente a base di carne. Carta dei vini sontuosa.
Personale preparato e gentile. Tutto perfetto.

08/12/2024: Everything is good! But too expensive, for two medium beers. €15 I went there just to drink and if I go there to eat with my family someone who earns €1,300 a month net. He sells a kidney to pay the bill.
23/11/2024: It is our fixed stop when we come to Castelnuovo. Great variety of excellent beers, scones and sandwiches made by them and produced as locally as possible.
Very nice place😍, real music!

15/08/2024: A very beautiful structure, well looked after and well managed! We spent 3 days here to relax a bit and the objective was fully achieved! We relaxed and refreshed in the beautiful pool, the rooms are nice and clean. We ate very well at the restaurant and above all all the staff were very kind and helpful, especially Lucia (I think the owner) who was very helpful given our needs having a very small child! Thanks for everything! We will come back to visit you in winter to try the spa!

24/08/2024: It was a pleasant discovery, a typical Roman cuisine restaurant in Fabriano, as a Roman, I would never have allowed myself to do it. Yet I was hungry and had no other alternatives.
Nice and well looked after place, very spacious and well looked after.
Absolutely remarkable carbonara, while amatriciana is less satisfying due to the onion in the sauce.
Overall a pleasant discovery. Excellent value for money!

19/08/2024: As tourists in Fabriano, we entered this bistro for a quick lunch while waiting for the visit to the Paper Museum (which is located just a few meters away). We were pleasantly surprised by the kindness, helpfulness and courtesy of the staff as well as the quality of the food and the vast choice.
The Crescia and the chocolate salami are highly recommended!
Another positive note: we arrived on a rainy Saturday, the place was full both inside and out and, despite this, the service was very fast!
18/08/2024: Welcoming and kind staff, excellent service, quality products and excellent dishes. We stopped for a quick lunch which became a real "Sunday lunch", we wholeheartedly recommend it.

Courtesy is everywhere, and the most beautiful thing is that in your name you say a great truth: "home". My boyfriend and I had been on holiday for days and we missed home cooking, when we came to you twice, we felt the same warmth in your simple but tasty cuisine that warms the heart. Thank you! 01/11/2024: Scelto (ammesso subito al personale!) per il nome bene augurante: benedetto The Fork per farci aver scoperto questa chicca che non conoscevamo! Ambiente familiare ed accogliente, servizio presente, rapido e non invadente. Molto bene i primi piatti (amatriciana e medaglioni al brasato), antipasto della casa ricco e variegato. Promossa in pieno la crescia. Da riprovare anche in altre stagioni (ampio verde esterno, ben presente e ben curato). Bravi!

26/08/2024: In the center of Fabriano, the restaurant overlooks the market square. The quality and variety of the dishes are good, with orecchiette with dried tomato pesto and the great fried food from the Marche region above all. The house white wine on tap is good, still.
