The starter was the best course ever, the dessert was also delicious, it was the best we had ever eaten.
Good cut.
The service was excellent and the price was also appropriate for what we ate and drank.
15/07/2024: Non potevo mai immaginare che vicino casa ci fosse un ristorante specializzato nella carne di una qualità cosi eccellente. Abbiamo preso un mix iniziali di carni crude e poi tre tipi di carne grigliata. Hanno una enorme varieta' di carni da tutto il mondo. Servizio veloce e gentile. Ottimo ristorante, lo Consiglio vivamente a chi ama la carne.

09/08/2024: I returned today after thirty years, and confirmed all the wonderful memories I had of this place. Exceptional food, very nice location and lots of kindness. The first courses with porcini mushrooms and truffles are exceptional but the rabbit in porchetta is unbeatable!! Compliments!!
08/08/2024: Excellent local cuisine, truly 5 stars; hospitality service variety value for money. It's a pleasure to travel and still find places managed like this. Unfortunately always off the beaten track and in rare regions.

Location molto bella e curata. Abbiamo cenato sulla terrazza all’aperto. Menù e piatti molto interessanti. Prevalentemente a base di carne. Carta dei vini sontuosa.
Personale preparato e gentile. Tutto perfetto.

15/08/2024: A very beautiful structure, well looked after and well managed! We spent 3 days here to relax a bit and the objective was fully achieved! We relaxed and refreshed in the beautiful pool, the rooms are nice and clean. We ate very well at the restaurant and above all all the staff were very kind and helpful, especially Lucia (I think the owner) who was very helpful given our needs having a very small child! Thanks for everything! We will come back to visit you in winter to try the spa!

19/08/2024: As tourists in Fabriano, we entered this bistro for a quick lunch while waiting for the visit to the Paper Museum (which is located just a few meters away). We were pleasantly surprised by the kindness, helpfulness and courtesy of the staff as well as the quality of the food and the vast choice.
The Crescia and the chocolate salami are highly recommended!
Another positive note: we arrived on a rainy Saturday, the place was full both inside and out and, despite this, the service was very fast!
18/08/2024: Welcoming and kind staff, excellent service, quality products and excellent dishes. We stopped for a quick lunch which became a real "Sunday lunch", we wholeheartedly recommend it.

27/08/2024: Abbiamo pranzato nel cortile coperto. Carino, suggestivo, a parte per la presenza della porta di ingresso ad una palestra. Mangiare con gente che entra ed esce non offre molta tranquillità.
Comunque il cibo è stato soddisfacente.
Buonissimi i formaggi e i salumi. Il kebab nostrano forse stona un po’ col resto del menù.
27/08/2024: OTTIMO STAFF BEN ORGANIZZATO, CI SIAMO SENTITI A CASA. TUTTO MOLTO CURATO, ABBIAMO MANGIATO BENE PIATTI PIENI, I PRIMI I SECONDO E PER FINIRE ANCHE IL DOLCE. SIAMO RIMASTI MOLTO CONTENTI DI TUTTO.

24/08/2024: It was a pleasant discovery, a typical Roman cuisine restaurant in Fabriano, as a Roman, I would never have allowed myself to do it. Yet I was hungry and had no other alternatives.
Nice and well looked after place, very spacious and well looked after.
Absolutely remarkable carbonara, while amatriciana is less satisfying due to the onion in the sauce.
Overall a pleasant discovery. Excellent value for money!

26/08/2024: In the center of Fabriano, the restaurant overlooks the market square. The quality and variety of the dishes are good, with orecchiette with dried tomato pesto and the great fried food from the Marche region above all. The house white wine on tap is good, still.

27/08/2024: What can I say... it's the second year I've been to this farm... I usually never go into recession but this time I would like to express my opinion on this facility... my family and I had a great time, the owners and staff were available to fulfill all my requests... delicious and above all plentiful food, you definitely won't go away hungry. Prices with times running low... I will definitely be back.
