Agriturismo Gioie di Campagna In Fabriano

A wonderful place to stay. Absolutely beautiful, so peaceful and serene. Very easy to find with great signage on the street. Parking right next to the building. The host is amazing. She speaks flawless English and is so helpful and enjoyable. The room is new and extremely clean with a wonderful bathroom. There is a lovely patio right outside the room and amazing views all around the property. There is restaurant there so you can have breakfast, dinner without ever leaving the property. Fast WI-Fi down by the main building with a great lounge area to use it. Perfect in every way.

We stayed two nights at this beautiful property: the atmosphere was very clean and well-kept, the food was delicious (we also tried their dinner menu in addition to the wonderful breakfast), and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive, even to the needs of our one-year-old daughter. We highly recommend it and hope to return someday...thank you for everything! :)

We chose "Le Gioie di Campagna" from the various options offered by the Smartbox "3 days + 2 dinners." It was a truly relaxing stay. The place is beautiful. The rooms are simple and spotlessly clean. The service is excellent: Anna and all the girls who served us were very kind. The food is excellent. Highly recommended.

We only stayed one night to visit Fabriano. We had a great time! The room was very small, but it was perfect for one night! The staff was incredibly kind and hospitable! Congratulations! We had dinner there, and the food was truly excellent: we had a cheese platter with homemade celery jam (delicious), gnocchi in salsa verde, and mixed grill! Very good! The next morning, we also had breakfast, which included homemade cakes! The location is very pretty and surrounded by greenery, but it's a shame the weather wasn't on our side... Plus, the center of Fabriano is just a few minutes' drive away. Overall, we had a great time! Thank you :)

We stopped at this agriturismo for one night while visiting Fabriano in February. Unfortunately, we arrived in the rain and left in the rain, but the place must be beautiful in spring or summer, with plenty of space to entertain any child. We had dinner; everything was delicious, simple and tasty, with vegetarian options greatly appreciated. The rooms were simple and clean, and we slept soundly thanks to the quiet location. The young woman who welcomed us was very kind and welcoming, and even gave us a map to say goodbye. We'll be back and do all the walks we couldn't do this weekend.

Just one night is too short to write a review. I would just like to suggest improving the soundproofing of the rooms, especially those with an internal door. A sound-absorbing wall should be installed when the door is closed and there are other guests on the other side.

Truly an enviable location, to be able to reach the enchanting places that are in this area, very kind staff, authentic food make this farmhouse a wonderful starting point to admire the beauty of this part of Italy. I highly recommend it.

We stayed at this agriturismo and had a great time. The staff were very kind and helpful, the apartment was clean and comfortable, and the restaurant was excellent. Unfortunately, we had three days of snow and couldn't fully enjoy the place, but the staff was available to help us clear the snow from our car.

The place is a bit dated....but the service is excellent and the girl is very kind.
