We have just spent 3 nights for the Immaculate Conception at the Agriturismo Gioie di Campagna. The farmhouse is located about 10 minutes by car from Fabriano and is surrounded by greenery. We stayed in the Calcedonio room, ideal for two people and with suitable heating. We appreciated the tranquility, the kindness of the staff, the quality of the breakfast (note of honor to the gluten-free cake) and the superb dinner (always gluten-free). The eco approach with dispensers in the bathroom was also appreciated. The only flaw concerns the wifi available only in the breakfast/restaurant area, but it is a detail that can be overlooked in the face of such beauty.

We stayed over the weekend, we had a really good time, super friendly welcome, delicious and plentiful breakfast, we had dinner at the farmhouse, homemade pasta, homemade bread, all really good and well organised, beautiful view. I add very attentive to the environment, 0 plastic, water in glass and soaps in the dispenser. I absolutely recommend it

30 minutes from the Frasassi Caves, immersed in the countryside, clean rooms, friendly staff and very good food with fruit and vegetables from their garden. I would stay here again!
