22/08/2025: A surprise in the center of Bormio. We chose it for a dinner as a couple based on the excellent reviews, and it did not disappoint. Delicious and refined dishes, an excellent selection of wines to suit all tastes, and attentive and courteous staff. If we were to return, it would be a must-visit. Reservations are recommended.

17/08/2025: Refined, high-quality dishes, both traditional Bormio and beyond. Excellent ingredients, expertly prepared. The wine list is extensive, with a wide selection of reds, though perhaps a bit limited on whites. Impeccable service! The location is unique, very intimate. It's a shame about the shiny varnish covering the Swiss pine that covers the vaulted ceiling. One caveat: perhaps we would have preferred a traditional tablecloth. The price is in line with the quality of the dishes and service. An experience not to be missed!

The chef's welcome began beautifully. Appetizers: - Veal tongue, sweet and sour beet tartare, zucchini with yuzu and almonds - Smoked venison carpaccio, hazelnut mayonnaise, raspberry vinegar caviar, crunchy seeds, and a hint of truffle Main Course: - Rosemary and pesteda risotto, crispy wild spinach, lemon zest, and balsamic vinegar - Cocoa-wrapped venison, dried blueberry, raspberry, and new grapefruit Shared dessert: - The Path in the Undergrowth - White chocolate and gianduja stones, raspberry heart, and chocolate crumble Coffee and small pastries included. 19/08/2025: A typical and very hospitable "old school" Veltliner restaurant with friendly and diligent service. Fair prices, a good selection. No fish menu. Green salad served in bowls, with seconds until everyone has had their fill. A cheese platter for the starter with honey, confit onions, and preserved pears. Polenta and pizzoccheri were outstanding and excellent 😋. The meat dishes also received high praise. Orders can be placed in Italian or English. They were enthusiastically praised by 12 people. Also very popular with the locals.

10/07/2025: We stayed at the Miramonti Park Hotel and we can only describe it as a fantastic place in every way. The facility is welcoming, immaculately clean, meticulously cared for down to the smallest detail, and designed to make every guest feel pampered. But what really makes the difference is the staff: their kindness, helpfulness, and customer service are top-notch. A special mention, however, undoubtedly goes to Luca. It's hard to put into words how special he made our stay. He's not only an impeccable professional—a true worker—but above all, a wonderful person, with a big heart, a smile always ready, and a rare empathy. His presence left a profound impression on us, and we can honestly say it was one of the main reasons our stay will remain unforgettable. In a world where everything often happens too quickly, meeting someone like Luca truly makes a difference. A great man, even before being a great professional. We will definitely return, even just to see that smile that made us feel at home again.

12/02/2025: Excellent structure. Very helpful and kind staff. The location is also excellent. Close to the slopes and free shuttle to reach them provided by the structure itself. Clean facility and an excellent and plentiful breakfast. Highly recommended.
