27/08/2024: Enoteca in centro a Bormio super caratteristica e con servizio di accoglienza splendido (offerto bicchieri di prosecco come benvenuto). Camerieri efficiente, tempo di attesa brevi e qualità del cibo molto elevata. Piatti non tipici valtellinesi ma più piemontesi e di una bontà clamorosa. Cantina dei vini a parte, dove ci si reca per scegliere la bottiglia, di enorme spessore. Tutto veramente fantastico

25/08/2024: Invogliati dalle recensioni lette siamo andati ieri sera.che dire serata perfetta.il locale non ha molti tavoli ma la cura del dettaglio e la cortesia e gentilezza del personale e stupefacente. Nota di merito al pane caldo fatto da loro con io burro montato e i grissini che viene portato.i piatti sono buonissimi,ben impiattati ma sopratutto hanno quella marcia in piu che non trovi altrove. La selezione dei vini e ricca ed i prezzi sono perfettamente in libea con cio che si e mangiato e con il posto! Da ritornarci!

25/08/2024: What stuck with me the most was the fresh artisanal bread (a whole loaf) that they offer along with breadsticks and a butter mousse each as a welcome. It was my starter, space. You can only imagine the rest. The price is high but the relationship with quality is very fair. P.s. ask to take the leftover bread home, it's always good the next day...

10/11/2024: One of the most spectacular overnight stays we have ever had. Great location, fantastic view, very good food and super nice hosts with great staff. We'll definitely be back.

27/08/2024: Let's be clear: the food is good. Nice place, and we probably arrived at a very busy time. But we had seen significantly less expensive menus online and found ourselves unprepared for the actual cost of lunch. The accommodation in the garden, as beautiful and characteristic as the environment is, has some flaws: sun even with umbrellas, wasps and flies, wind that makes the paper covering fly away... they offered us a non-hot dish for the child who it never arrived. The advice is to book, and stay inside.

25/08/2024: Abbiamo pranzato piacevolmente in questo locale per la prima volta. Menù molto interessante e così la carta dei vini. Cibo ottimo, servizio accurato. Esperienza consigliata soprattutto per particolari occasioni.

16/12/2024: One night stay, well-kept hotel, very friendly staff who were also helpful in recommending typical places to eat even if not in their restaurant. Clean rooms. Very good breakfast with homemade mountain cakes and typical hams and cheeses.

03/09/2024: Posto bellissimo e ambiente curatissimo.. eravamo in tre con i nostri cagnolini e abbiamo preso tre pizzocheri e il piatto ha ben ripagato l'attesa di 20 min per mangiare! La cameriera che ci ha serviti era professionale e gentile! Poi abbiamo preso tartare con uovo e tartufo ottima e due dolci buonissimi strudel di mele con crema inglese e la ball al cocco mai mangiato nulla di più buono e molto scenografico veder la ball sciogliersi con la colata calda di lamponi! Torneremo sicuramente! Valentina e famiglia

31/07/2024: Good quality hotel without going overboard. Attentive and kind staff especially Mr. Roman. The dinner was good at first and then went from bad to worse. Some dishes were clearly frozen and reheated. That's no good !!!

12/12/2024: A fantastic place to relax after a few days of skiing. Water jets will blur your tense body, and the Wellness zone (included in the ticket price) will make you leave there very relaxed -... and those Alpine views 🤩. I recommend!

30/11/2024: My experience in Bormio, for work, now lasts a month and dozens of places visited in this juncture. Now I have enough data to tell you my opinion: The general evaluation is very positive. As for breakfast, I can assure you that it is one of the best places to have a good cappuccino and a good croissant. As for lunch, as a lover of pizzoccheri, I was able to see that they beat many other places. I also really appreciated their deviled pens. The service was very courteous from my very first arrival in Bormio. Not being a local, I immediately pestered them with questions, opinions and advice and I always received the right advice. Obviously this translates into a good all-round service Wanting to talk about the environment, it is beautiful, large windows overlooking the Stelvio slope immediately made me choose this place which later turned out to be one of the best. Highly recommended by a user who eats out more times than he is willing to admit.

12/09/2024: La comida y el servicio eran excelentes. Estaba con un grupo muy grande y el personal hizo un excelente trabajo cuidando de nuestras necesidades. Sin duda volveré cuando vuelva a Bormio.

21/08/2024: It seems absurd to me to give 5 stars to a diner but the quality of the food is definitely better than some restaurants and the price is very low. Obviously this is to the detriment of self-service as a canteen.

08/12/2024: Sono tornato al Ristorante Kuerc di Bormio dopo diverso tempo e devo dire di aver trovato un ambiente curato in ogni minimo dettaglio. Il legno che adorna la sala principale ti fa sentire veramente in montagna. Menu ricercato e contemporaneo senza comunque perdere di vista la tradizione, materie prime freschissime e di primissima qualità ti permettono di vivere una vera esperienza culinaria. Carta di vini fornitissima. Un plauso alla giovialità della titolare che di questi tempi non è scontata. Sicuramente la prossima volta che tornerò a Bormio passerò di qua per provare qualche altra chicca dello chef.
