23/07/2025: abbiamo trascorso una piacevole settimana presso questo agriturismo. dalla camera, provvista di balcone, si ha una bellissima vista sulle montagne. il trattamento di mezza pensione assicura una abbondante colazione (sia dolce che salata) a buffet. ala sera si può scegliere tra tre primi e tre secondi, sempre diversi e appetitosi, più il dolce. è situato a 10 minuti (a piedi) dal centro di Bormio ed è molto silenzioso. è dotato di parcheggio per l'auto.

18/08/2025: A quiet, uniquely stylish place. I came for a coffee, which wasn't difficult, except for the barista who kept me waiting because she kept talking to people who had already been served.

18/08/2025: One of my favorite places, the pizza is delicious and everything else is delicious! I've been here so many times now that I always feel at home when I walk in. The staff is really kind and welcoming, and the bartender is super friendly. The perino is the best way to end the evening! ❤️

09/07/2025: Restaurant was great. Out of town, a lovely place with delicious food. The best meal we had in Bormio!

30/06/2025: We chose this place because of its outdoor seating and food. But they said we had to sit inside because outside was all reserved, even though there were tables available outside for the entire time we were there. Then we ordered and it was nothing special. Only one waiter knew what was going on. He was forthright. Another member of waiting staff had to ask us if we were expecting another course, and, another member of waiting staff tried to end our meal before our mains arrived. This was all very disappointing. One of the mains was very similar to a starter we had had. Why does the chef think that is ok, and, why didn't the waiter warn us when we ordered?

29/06/2025: "Io e mia moglie siamo stati in questa osteria per la cena. Il ristorante è ubicato in una frazione di Tirano a circa 800 metri sul livello del mare. La strada per arrivarci è molto stretta, anche se molto panoramica (due Suv in senso contrario crea un po' di problemi nella circolazione). Il menù comprende sia pietanze a base di carne che di pesce. Dall'osteria si ha un bellissimo panorama dal quale è possibile ammirare la città di Tirano e i paesi limitrofi. Per quanto riguarda le pietanze gli antipasti sono molto buoni, sciatt e bresaola tipici della Valtellina. La carne è di qualità. Da migliorare i contorni. Le portate potrebbero essere più abbondanti visto che il costo non è basso. Personale di sala molto gentile. Parcheggio a circa 200 metri dal locale o fuori dal locale. Prezzi un po' alti visto (senza vino per un antipasto e un secondo siamo sui 45-50 euro a testa). Consiglio a tutti questa osteria per mangiare piatti tipici della Valtellina"

09/06/2025: Oggi siamo andati in moto a Tirano per la fiera e abbiamo deciso di salire a Roncaiola per la cena. Ottima scelta!! La location è spettacolare, con una vista panoramica stupenda. Servizio, cordialità, cibo tutto ok !! Abbiamo scelto due antipasti con assaggi e due primi top ( gnocchi e pizzoccheri). Dobbiamo tornarci assolutamente!

10/08/2025: Last night my wife and I were there for dinner, we had booked, we sat for 1 hour and 20 minutes without receiving anything, at which point I asked how our pizzas were, they replied that there were still 3 tables before us, we left very pissed off, never happened in my life anywhere else!!!

06/08/2025: I'd start with the dishes, which I don't have too many complaints about: the pizza was a bit too thin for my taste, the crust too dry and crunchy, and I struggled to fold the slices without ruining the pizza or losing the toppings, which, in my opinion, were a bit too scant for two pizzas costing €16 and €17 each (it was much larger than the plate, so I found it difficult to cut, and it wasn't very substantial anyway). As for the ice cream, I have nothing to complain about: their homemade ice cream offers a rich flavor, complemented by notes of raspberries and blueberries, among the best I've had here. The atmosphere is very refined, even overly so, almost everything feels fake, and the mountain authenticity is barely there. The sore point is more the service and the price. We noticed that we were looked at, perhaps even stared at, throughout the dinner by those behind the counter. I don't feel like lowering my rating for the service too much, since only one waitress in particular (out of about 6 or 7 staff members) was cheerful and welcoming, kindly recommending the gelato, highlighting their excellent production. I think €50 for two pizzas, a gelato, and a bottle of water is a bit too much, but then again, how else can you do if you put a recycled paper placemat on the table? (Incoming sarcasm :) 3 EURO COVER CHARGE! Like €3 for a Recoaro bottle. WTF!? Definitely perfect for Swiss people who don't want to travel down to the valley to eat and want to make money, but not for me. I won't be back.

04/08/2025: Il locale è carino ma il cibo lascia desiderare e il costo a mio parere per 2 tovagliette di carta è troppo elevato. Pezzi grossi di carote nella lasagna e il mio primo insipido e poco sugoso. Parmigiano grattugiato al tavolo scadente, insapore, ci ho trovato una crosta quindi probabilmente era la fine del formaggio. La birra l'ho lasciata tutta lì perchè era acqua sporca e tutto questo per 45€...direi che non ci vedranno più.

26/07/2025: Perfetto per una serata informale tra amici, luogo per Tutto molto buono. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e mi ha scontato tre piatti perché avevo un voucher trovato nell' uovo di Pasqua!

26/02/2025: Ottima cena servizio veloce e cortese, oltre ai piatti tipici hanno anche pesce e pizza. Antipasti golosi e pioda selvaggina ottima.. Prezzi corretti

06/01/2025: Locale in posizione non proprio ottimale specialmente in inverno ma molto carino e pulito. Personale gentile e servizievole, nonostante il pieno serviti con buona celerità. Pizze particolari oltre alle tradizionali buone e appetitose con ottimo impasto di buona digestione. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo adeguato al locale e al periodo.

22/04/2025: Scoperto per caso durante l'ennesimo viaggio in Valtellina, nel delizioso borgo di Grosio, lontano dai flussi turistici più opprimenti. Conoscevo già i piatti principali della valle, per cui avevo delle aspettative, che sono state ampiamente superate: tutti i piatti delle tradizione, dai manfriguli ai pizzoccheri agli sciatt, preparati con sapienza e originalità; ottima selezione di vini, della quale abbiamo potuto assaggiare un Sassella riserva indimenticabile, giustamente consigliatoci in abbinamento ai piatti scelti; un servizio come da tempo mi mancava, fatto di mille attenzioni, eccellenti e chiare descrizioni dei piatti e un sincero interessamento alla nostra esperienza. Questa autentica perla della cucina e dell'ospitalità valtellinesi non ha nulla da invidiare ai tanti ristoranti blasonati della valle.

22/03/2025: Il ristorante propone piatti della tipica trazione valtellinese, ben realizzati. Ingredienti di qualità. Ottima selezioni dj vini. Peccato che il pane che ci è stato servito era immangiabile e durissimo. Servizio valido forse troppo sbrigativo. Prezzo nelle media.

30/08/2025: Emanuela, the owner, is rude and uncouth (we think). The table was left dirty, with coffee cups and saucers. My wife, out of politeness, offered it to the cashier, but it was refused, saying she would come by herself. After a long wait, she arrives and we order. We serve ourselves, but the table remains dirty with stains, crumbs, and tea bags. I point this out, but she says she'll clean it up one step at a time. Even though she'd already put the cappuccinos down, after the remark, she's forced to take them back to the cashier and clean them, complaining loudly. Then she serves us again. At that point, she takes everything away from us, including the bar napkins. We get up to clean ourselves. I get ready to pay and politely approach the cashier, but she jokes that I should have stayed where I was. I pay €10.60 after the bill, I'm about to give coins, but she's already doing something else, breaking a glass, and I say, "Do you want the 60 cents there?" She stammers in her own language and explains that a glass had broken, but she would have gotten there one step at a time anyway. ZERO staff. Good food.

16/08/2025: I'm here on vacation and explore different restaurants every day... here I found exceptional value for money... The amazing venison stew with polenta, but by eavesdropping on the neighboring tables, the pizzoccheri and sciatt were also excellent. The only downside is the service is a bit slow. I'll definitely be back!

11/08/2025: We took a short vacation to Santa Caterina and while searching for a restaurant, we chose La Tana. Delicious food. Very friendly staff, willing to make changes to the menu. We also returned for a pizzeria. Delicious!

01/08/2025: Opinion of a tourist from Taranto. I stayed for a week, and returned four times. Coming from Puglia and ordering pizza three nights in a row says it all about the pizza chef. The wood-fired ovens are small, yes, but the pizza chef puts his heart and soul into the toppings. I tried three starters, and each met my and my guests' expectations. The owner also has a measured sense of humor that both teases and caresses you. The staff—I call them collaborators—are extremely kind, yet professional in their detailed descriptions, including the origins of the product we're about to order. Compliments also to the chef; I mopped up the pizza after the first course I ordered. And where does all this fit in? In a setting with pillars and wooden beams. Congratulations, if I ever return, I'll be back.
