A lovely grotto just across the Swiss border in Italy – perfect for a first culinary stop! 🇮🇹
The food is truly excellent and completely won us over. The quality of the dishes was consistently high on both visits, so we ate there twice during our stay.
Depending on how busy it is, the service can sometimes seem a bit overwhelmed, leading to a wait. While this is a minor drawback, it's understandable given the crowds.
Overall, however, the positive impression far outweighs any minor issues – especially because of the outstanding food. We'll definitely be back.

The food was delicious! Crispy sciat with excellent cheese, pizzoccheri, and Chiavenna gnocchi, rich in sauce and melted cheese, were very tasty! The strudel also had a generous and delicious vanilla cream!
Quick and friendly service, and generous portions. Highly recommended.

I returned here after my excellent experience last month. I found the atmosphere and cuisine to my liking, but above all, Gaia, the young waitress, is worth the trip alone for her smile, beauty, and professionalism. The bresaola dish was excellent, as was the pasta with ragù. There's plenty of parking and you can purchase their products.
Gaia, I'll be back as soon as possible.

Excellent service! Spectacular mountain views, transmitting incredible peace. Very clean restroom, impeccable hygiene. Best polenta ribs I've ever tasted in the region. Highly recommend!

Excellent dinner featuring typical Valtellina dishes! We had sciatt, pizzoccheri, and of course polenta. Everything was delicious, with helpful and friendly staff, fair prices for the dishes, and quick service. If you're in the area and want to eat something traditional, I recommend it.
