30/11/2025: Great experience! The food is truly delicious, with excellent quality meat and fresh pizzoccheri prepared to perfection. The welcome was warm and professional, making us feel immediately at ease. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for good food and a welcoming atmosphere.
09/11/2025: I noticed the waitress and waiter didn't feel comfortable in speaking English. So, I'd recommend trying to help them trying some words in Italian or speaking clearly and slowly. Besides that it's a nice place to have a dinner and the pizza was great and wasn't expensive. I believe the other dishes would be great as well.

08/12/2025: A very nice and clean atmosphere, friendly and helpful service, and very good, well-cooked food. The portions were adequate, leaving me feeling full. The prices were fair, in line with the national average. The only thing I didn't appreciate was the tasting of six local cheeses. I would have liked them to explain what I was eating. I asked the waitress, who was annoyed and impatient, giving me the names but no further information. I would suggest improving this situation to ensure excellent service.

22/11/2025: I don't recommend this place in the center of Bormio.
As soon as we entered, we noticed a musty, moldy smell. The place was very dirty, especially the glasses, plates, and cutlery, not to mention the typical items of this place, which were full of dust. The weirdest thing that happened to me was the bread basket... under the napkin used to serve the bread, we found leftovers of pretzels, chips, and other bread, probably previously used for other tables.
It felt like we were eating reheated, substandard food (sometimes rubbery, e.g., "sloppy joe") instead of the so-called "typical dishes." I'd rather stop here.
10/11/2025: Five stars just for their kindness and for letting us dine at 11 PM on a Monday in November. Delicious sandwiches and piadinas, a very cute bar with unique decor that creates a lovely atmosphere.

04/12/2025: The GPS took us to Trattoria La Romana after we'd driven around for a long time without finding an open restaurant. We were warmly welcomed and treated equally well. The food was excellent and the prices were very reasonable.

08/09/2025: An exciting experience, the kids were very happy. After lunch we stocked up on raspberries.
11/08/2025: Truly tasty home cooking in a beautiful setting.
The agriturismo is in San Sisto, and can only be reached on foot from Starleggia (1 hour, steep but doable even with children) or from a parking lot beyond Starleggia (about 1 hour and 20 minutes, easy).
The cuisine is authentic and the selection is limited, but it's well worth it: the owners are exceptional and the surrounding views are breathtaking.
If you like old-fashioned places, you can't miss it.
Reservations highly recommended!
