21/10/2025: The pizza was tasty, but the service was very unfriendly and arogant. We visited this pizzeria for the second time in about two years, and both times there were issues with the staff. Maybe they’re only like this with tourists — I don’t know — but based on other reviews, it seems that more customers have had problems with the unfriendly and unprofessional service. Unfortunately, it ruins the whole experience and makes it hard to enjoy the good pizza. Once again, we were convinced that it’s better to go somewhere else than to come here and have the food and the evening completely spoiled.
05/10/2025: The service was not rude but joyless - we arrived for lunch and were told ‘only pizzas today’. The crust of the pizza was very tasty and fragrant but the pizzas themselves were salty and toppings lacked flavour. However the place was clean and seats were comfortable and it is conveniently located.

27/02/2025: Always the best in Morbegno, you can say what you want, but that's how it is. Starting with the service, with the waitress being super kind and attentive, which is not a given these days!!

The local herb grappa is excellent.
Reservations are mandatory, especially if you want pizzoccheri.
The venison dishes are excellent.
06/08/2025: A splendid refuge easily accessible by car, although the Val Belviso road isn't particularly easy. Reservations are required, otherwise you won't find a table. Delicious food at reasonable prices. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. We returned with friends in August 2025, and the food and service were consistently high quality, or rather, top-notch preparation.

10/12/2025: We were welcomed with risotto that wasn't there but gnocchi with 4 cheeses that wasn't a great meal, second course chicken but it wasn't chicken, chicken cutlet with heavily oiled and barely edible chips, what can I say, 15 euros and we didn't have a good experience
01/12/2025: Crotto Ghiggi is simply spectacular, the food is wonderful, the service impeccable, and the view of the mountains is perfect. A marvelous and pleasant place.

08/11/2025: We didn't stay here, just had lunch after a leisurely hike with our dog. Very good cured meats and beer, excellent strinco and polenta. The location, nestled in the mountains, is very quiet and the air is clean—excellent!

31/10/2025: I've stayed at this hotel several times on business trips and have always had a great experience! The rooms are spotless, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is convenient (for my travels), even though it doesn't directly overlook the SS38. The breakfast, included in the booking, is convenient and varied.
Bonus: the wonderful mountain views from the balconies.

18/09/2025: We're not there!! Honestly, I thought it would be much better, but I was disappointed. I went with my 15-month-old son, and for him, there's only a little pool with a mushroom and a small slide, a small play area where it was freezing! It's like making kids sick. They're doing some renovations, so there was very little; the Turkish bath had a bad smell inside, and there's no clarity on how to get back to the parking lot, we got lost twice. I wouldn't go back and I wouldn't recommend it; the real spas are elsewhere, I'm sorry.
13/09/2025: They don't accept reservations, and because of this, during holidays and public holidays, lines can form for hours just to get in, regardless of the time.
The spa area has a limited number of places (with a turnstile to count people), so after waiting in line for more than an hour, you might still not be able to access the spa until someone vacates their spot. As a municipal swimming pool, however, it's well-maintained and pleasant, and the spa area is equally well-maintained and pleasant. Obviously, during public holidays, things can get chaotic, as managing the spa without a reservation causes inconvenience.
