Da non perdere Uovo cotto a bassa temperatura crema di brie e tartufo nero, Spago vongole e bottarga di Muggine, Salmone in crosta di sesamo con riduzione di pompelmo rosa.

Ottima la materia prima. Molto buoni i carciofi in tempura. Buono il risotto e ottimi i fiori di zucca. Ottimo il vino bianco che abbiamo bevuto.
I dolci potrebbero avere qualche spazio di miglioramento. Nel complesso una esperienza più che positiva. Consigliato

The price was agreed for the conscripts event.
