01/04/2025: The place is managed by the collaborators who are equally helpful and professional but unfortunately sometimes you have frequented by locals and among these there are also the usual desaparecido. This does not take away to have a drink Opel tasting something.

30/05/2025: Arrived 10 minutes before 12:30 opening time (as listed on Google) and the entire restaurant was already seated and the wait was 30 minutes. Would recommend to arrive quite early to get a table!

01/06/2025: Kind and friendly staff. Pizza nothing special, a bit raw Mixed grill too overcooked for my taste, dry ribs and you only ate the bone because there was no meat….. Overall so-so dishes

The portions are generous and homely, but above all of great quality, the staff welcomes you with a smile and makes you feel at home right away. Everything is delicious and the prices are super affordable. Highly recommended.

The ambiance is rustic and charming, with the perfect balance of cozy and elegant. The food? Out of this world. The carbonara was easily the best I’ve ever had — rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of pancetta and pecorino. No shortcuts here — just traditional Italian excellence. And the steak… wow. Cooked to perfection, juicy, and incredibly flavorful with a gorgeous sear. You can tell they take pride in sourcing quality ingredients and preparing them with real care. It was melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The service was attentive without being overbearing, and the whole experience felt personal and heartfelt. La Carbonella is more than just a meal — it’s a celebration of authentic Italian cooking done right. We’ll be back again and highly recommend eating here.

16/06/2025: Great atmosphere, very nice and helpful service. The ordered dishes arrived very quickly, which is why I have the impression that they were quickly reheated (e.g. lukewarm meat, hot potatoes), but despite everything the taste held up. Nice, local cuisine. We took risotto ala milanese and veal with vegetables.

18/05/2025: When you order a pizza in this place you don't know whether to expect the classic kebab pizza or a decent Neapolitan pizza. Sometimes they make it one way and wrapped in another... They should decide whether to be WHITE or BLACK in my opinion. Out of 4 pizzas ordered, 3 were Neapolitan and 1 dry "typical" kebab pizza. I ordered a margherita pizza with ham and lactose-free mozzarella and they also asked me for a €2.50 supplement... if I think that the Margherita already has mozzarella and then I think that I also gave €2.50 I hope that they made the mozzarella with the cows they had in the kitchen.... 2 portions of chips €7. The price can only be justified by the quality that is currently there and is not in this place.

18/06/2025: A nicely decorated restaurant in itself – but then the lighting flickers, the high-pitched whistling constantly, and the drinks fridges are right in the room. The restrooms are a bit strange. The pizza was good. One was very greasy and lacking in flavor. Overall, the service wasn't particularly good. Very inattentive and not particularly friendly, unfortunately. In the end, he charged us €24 for a 0.1l glass of rosé. We didn't get the bill until after we paid, otherwise we would have complained sooner... We won't be coming back. There are plenty of alternatives for pizza in the area.
