21/02/2026: Overall, a very good experience, especially for the quality of the first courses. Here are the details of our lunch: 🍝 First Courses ​We both had the casoncelli: simply spectacular. They are expertly made, truly delicious, and highly recommended to anyone passing through. 🥩 Second Courses ​The Single Course (chosen by my partner): A generous and very rich mix that includes taragna polenta with mixed meats, the excellent "Ornella special" rabbit, flavorful garlic and parsley chicken, sautéed porcini mushrooms, and yellow polenta. A great way to try everything. ​My Second Course (Braised Beef with Polenta): The meat was good, although I was surprised by the presentation: I expected diced braised beef, but it arrived sliced. ​Note on the service and polenta ​The only downside was the lack of flexibility. I wanted to replace the yellow polenta in my braised meat with taragna, but the waiter told me it wasn't possible. If I had wanted it, I would have had to order an extra portion of taragna on the side. A bit of a shame because of the stiffness. ​Conclusion: The food is good and the flavors are authentic. I'm taking one star off only for the polenta issue and the different expectations for the cut of the braised meat, but the rating remains a solid 4 out of 5.

17/02/2026: We ate the fixed menu, a single dish, with good polenta, excellent rabbit and pan-fried chicken with porcini mushrooms. It's a shame that drinks are not on the menu. Overall, we were satisfied. The people were up to their standards, and they offered us a Trentino Moscato grappa digestive, a real delight.

25/02/2026: Nice and affordable place. A lunch menu including a starter, a main course a of bottle and a coffee for only 10 Euro it's really good. Lots of Parking and spacious Dining Area inside and outside. Very friendly staff.

21/02/2026: Amazing place on our way from Bergamo Airport to Adamello Ski, a minor detour but totally worth it. We visited twice on the way there and back. Delicious pizzas, home made pasta and local specialities not forgetting the desserts. Food to make your day!

15/03/2026: We tried this trattoria for the first time today, and I must say we were completely satisfied. We ate excellent seafood dishes, including the truly delicious crab and octopus alla luciana, and it wasn't a huge deal. The staff was very friendly and quick. The only thing the place could use a bit of updating, but everything was clean and tidy. We'll definitely be back.

Each dish is coherent and rounded on the palate, leaving a clean mouth. The risotto is, without a doubt, THE signature dish: never banal, perfectly creamed, technically impeccable, with a lightness that doesn't sacrifice depth of flavor. The meat dishes are always memorable: from the tartare to the cutlet, to the spare rib. Luca in the kitchen and Stefano in the dining room demonstrate experience, vision, and potential. The dishes speak of research, passion, and technique; while the service combines precision and customer care. Desserts also deserve special mention, for their simplicity and flavor: from the Tarte Tatin to the Chocolate Fondant, they are a fitting finale to the gastronomic journey. A dessert can't be taken for granted, even if it's simply "good," often not even in a pastry shop, let alone a restaurant. Overall, Nosh is a place where you feel at ease and where there is a willingness to integrate feedback, transforming it into personal and coherent details, which makes the experience always lively and evolving.

14/06/2025: Everything so beautiful, perfect! Every dish ordered was presented amazingly delicate, already giving such satisfaction and excitement just by looking at it. Taste, not even to mention, very delicious. And the service was so kind, absolutely to revisit!!😍😍😍

07/03/2026: A family-friendly atmosphere where frills are banished. The trattoria presents itself as a typical example of "old Bergamo." It serves traditional country dishes. Excellent food at truly competitive prices. It's worth a visit. Some evenings feature jazz music. In addition to families, the restaurant is also frequented by many young people.

04/03/2026: Magical local restaurant with amazing food and outstanding service!! We order porcini pizza, fried pomodoro panzerotti, 3 local liqueurs and 1 tasty cake for dessert. Highly recommended!!! One of the few places that works Monday evening.

28/02/2026: Exceptional place: the pizza is really, really good, and the staff is even better; they're all friendly and helpful. I hadn't heard of Paposcia, but it was a pleasant discovery. I recommend it to everyone.

27/01/2026: Wonderful experience Clean and comfortable room, very nice spa, everyone who looked after us on arrival, at dinner, and at breakfast was good, polite, and respectful. Perfect dinner and delicious buffet breakfast. We will definitely be back.

16/01/2026: We treated ourselves to a family weekend in a small but very comfortable, family-run hotel. Parking was also available nearby, and it felt like we were out of this world, yet only an hour from home. We'll definitely be back.

04/10/2025: A small ice cream shop in Bergamo with excellent ice cream... they have dairy products and the price is very good. Two scoops in a medium tub for €3.50. The owners are extremely friendly. 100% recommended.

19/12/2025: Everything was excellent. Delicious and high-quality dishes. I come every year from Argentina to visit my son, who introduced me to this place. I highly recommend it. Plus, Vincenzo makes you feel like a special guest. He's a gem.

12/12/2025: Finally, some good, fresh fish worthy of the name. Excellent appetizers, everything you could want is available, and the first courses are marvelous. The service was excellent, truly friendly and courteous, and above all, fast; every wish was fulfilled before you even asked. The place is clean, very reminiscent of a room on a boat.
