02/08/2025: What can I say? There's nothing better than spending an intimate evening or with friends enjoying excellent risottos. All are freshly prepared, and even if you have to wait a few minutes, the wait is easily spent enjoying a nice glass of Darietto. A refined atmosphere and impeccable service complete the picture. Seven stars ⭐️

18/10/2025: What a lovely surprise!! Venetian tramezzini near my house. Wandering around the neighborhood with my son and an American relative, looking for some typical food for him to try. We stumbled upon this cute place, specializing in the famous Venetian tramezzini. We entered and were immediately greeted rudely by the gentleman behind the counter, a rudeness that only increased as he served us. In our joy at discovering the tramezzini, we happened to touch the glass behind them with our fingers while we were choosing them from the display. We were reprimanded so badly that I would have walked out on the spot, but since I had guests, I pretended nothing had happened. It seemed like he was dealing with enemies, not customers. We paid and left. But why did he treat us so badly? My relative asked me: I don't know, I can't explain it, we were kind and polite. It's a shame because the tramezzini are good. But I just can't stomach rudeness towards customers like this, for free. Never again.

18/09/2025: Big restaurant in the heart of Bergamo bassa. It is situated near Residenza del Borgo hotel, together with other shops nearby. The road is busy during the day. We went for dinner. It can be busy later in the evening. Ideal for family with kids. However, prices are not cheap. Reservation is recommended. Waiting staff were friendly.

13/10/2025: Excellent restaurant very tidy and clean I went to eat the Valencian paella I found it very good like everything else very nice and helpful staff there was no shortage of seconds in fact the waiters passed by several times I would say really a nice surprise I will definitely return. 14/10/2025: I was at this restaurant on Sunday with some friends. We arrived and could already see the chaotic atmosphere. A man with glasses (probably the manager) approached us and told us we had to wait. We had to wait for our seat because there were too many people and the waiters were busy and exhausted; I think there were more people than could be accommodated in the restaurant. We finally sat down and waited there too; everything was very slow and chaotic. While we were sitting, we heard a bell ringing wildly and the constant screaming of a woman, probably coming from the kitchen. It felt like we were at a circus. As for the food, it was definitely good and of good quality. I don't know if I would return to this restaurant; for the food, certainly, but for the management, probably not. Too many people in a restaurant that can't afford it. I recommend having fewer people and serving them well rather than continuing to accept everyone and serving them poorly. THIS is a tip for the manager because the waiting staff is very kind but overworked.

24/10/2025: We'd been to La Civetta years ago, and I had fond memories of it, but yesterday it exceeded our expectations even further. The restaurant has been impeccably renovated, the service is excellent, and the girls and owner are very helpful and attentive. The food is truly high-quality and beautifully presented. We'll definitely be back. The location is highly recommended for events, too.

03/11/2025: Everything is delicious, the menu specializing in exceptional risottos, but you can also explore fish, cured meats, and meat. Everything is excellent in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. If you're passing through Cremona, stop here; it's worth it; you can sense the professionalism and customer service. We also tried the takeout of the typical Cremonese dish for All Saints' Day: black-eyed beans with pork rind: EXCELLENT! Luckily, there are those who maintain and pass on traditions in now standardized menus... Well done! 👏🏻

01/11/2025: Truly excellent risottos with well-chosen and delicious combinations. Perfectly cooked, fragrant, and flavorful. Quality ingredients. Satisfying portions. Decent mixed fried fish. Next time I want to try the rest of the menu because I was so envious of the customers at the nearby tables. The atmosphere is young and dynamic, with attentive service. Thank you for your kindness in comforting two young and greedy ladies by offering them one of your excellent desserts.

11/10/2025: Very nice, we ate outside On October 9th, completely out of season. The charcuterie and cheese platter was outrageous, the mixed grill with side dishes was delicious, the price was more than fair, and the service was excellent.

03/10/2025: I returned for the second time, hoping for a better experience, but unfortunately, disappointment returned, and this time will be the last. The first visit (a business lunch) had already left much to be desired: The tagliata was tiny, with just six leaves of arugula and two shavings of parmesan—really poor value for money. The olive oil and salt, served in anonymous single portions in a sad little bowl, aren't up to par for a place that serves à la carte. The only positive note was the panna cotta, which was delicious and well-made. The mixed salad ordered separately was a disproportionate portion (for 5-6 people) and essentially only "green" vegetables, without any variety to justify the name "mixed salad." Despite this, I decided to give it a second chance. This time, I ordered an Angus fillet with potatoes, meaning any potato side dish (baked, spiced, etc.). Instead, I was served fries that didn't meet my expectations or what was clearly stated elsewhere on the menu (where, in fact, it says "fries"). When I pointed this out, the waitresses—unprofessional and very hasty—sent me off, claiming that on the menu, "potatoes" means fries. I would have expected at least an apology or a small gesture (a discount, a modicum of attention). Instead, even when it came to the bill, the cashier showed complete indifference, dismissing me quickly and without even a hint of displeasure. In conclusion: mediocre quality, poorly sized portions, unprofessional service, and no customer service. I'm giving two stars only for the panna cotta and the raw meat, but I certainly won't be returning a third time.
