Prezzi in linea con il target che il ristorante vuole dare di sé e per la qualità del cibo e del servizio.

28/10/2025: Cold and Unwelcoming Environment The most obvious problem was the weather: it was freezing. We ate dinner (or lunch) in the cold, forced to keep our coats on for the entire meal. This made the dining experience unpleasant and far from relaxing. Customer comfort should be a top priority, especially during the colder months. 😠 Rude and Unpolite Service The other unacceptable aspect was the behavior of the staff, particularly one waitress. • Poor Manners: The tone and attitude were clearly rude. • "He responded angrily to a complaint from my partner, who was forced to move her chair to allow him to pass to serve other customers since the tables were so narrow that there wasn't enough room for the waiters to pass. Courteous service is as essential as the quality of the food. Rudeness and discourtesy towards customers are intolerable in any public place and completely ruined the atmosphere.

22/11/2025: After a lot of shopping and being very tired, we decided to go and eat at Fratelli la Bufala in San Babila last night for dinner. What can I say? Excellent quality food, impeccable service, very nice veranda with a view.

03/11/2025: The menu is excellent, the portions generous, the flavors spot on. The service is disastrous: Asian waiters don't understand Italian or English and wander around with the dishes, not knowing where to put them. The only positive note is the girl at the cash register, a brunette with long hair, who is kind and goes out of her way to make up for the others' shortcomings.

01/10/2025: Spectacular. We had edamame, miso soup, a variety of sashimi, and another variety of nigiri, maki, and more sashimi, with water and Japanese beers, and we thoroughly enjoyed the freshness of the produce and the flavors. The miso soup is the best I've tried to date. The atmosphere is intimate and pleasant. Congratulations.

09/11/2025: We went for lunch today and had a great time. The staff was incredibly friendly. They offered our dog a treat and water, showering him with cuddles. The food was plentiful and very good. Great prices. We'll definitely be back.
