OM Food In Milano

Excellent sushi dinner in the heart of Milan's bauscia, the most elite part of the city. Parking is practically impossible to find, and the bill is a bit steep. The place is elegant, and the Omakase experience is the one I recommend.

I don’t know what they did but I had the best scallop sushi ever — I usually don’t like scallop sushi. Also the shrimp tempura was perfect — maybe they used starch but it tasted subtly sweet potato-ish which I enjoyed. Food overall was great except that I don’t get why you’d use smoked salmon for an omakase sushi. Mochi ice cream was also pretty great, the mochi part felt made from scratch. One complaint is that the chairs are not super comfortable.

Amazing sushi and very fresh fish quality! If you are in 2 I recommend sitting at the sushi bar.
