La Baia dal 1969 non è solo un ristorante pizzeria, è un pezzo di storia viva che porta avanti da oltre 50 anni la tradizione della vera pizza artigianale, con passione e continuità. Appena entri, ti accoglie un’atmosfera calda e familiare, con quel tocco vintage che racconta le origini del locale e ti fa subito sentire a casa. Il menù è un viaggio nel gusto: pizza eccellente, con impasto lavorato a mano, lievitazione naturale e una croccantezza perfetta. Ogni pizza è curata nei minimi dettagli e si possono anche combinare due gusti diversi, cosa non da poco! Da provare anche le varianti come il padellino o lo sfilatino che aggiungono una marcia in più alla classica proposta. Non solo pizza: anche i primi piatti sono gustosi e ben fatti. La qualità degli ingredienti si sente, e la presentazione è sempre curata. Ottima anche la selezione di vini e birre, perfetta per accompagnare ogni piatto. 17/06/2025: A simple and informal pizzeria where I ate an excellent 4 cheese pizza, washed down with a 66cl Moretti. My wife had a white Pugliese. The pizza is light and doesn't stick to the stomach, I find the dough excellent but also the ingredients! The excellent quality/price ratio was also a surprise ... We will definitely return also because I often go to Gravellona Lomellina. The advice is to book ...

16/04/2025: Enchanting place... in summer you can also enjoy a beautiful view... the food is delicious... always ready to satisfy the possibility of seconds... just the right amount and generous... very good food and cooked divinely... very helpful and friendly... they even pampered our big dog... and certainly when we are in the area it has become a fixed stop... and the possibility of buying their products too....

15/06/2025: DISGUSTING!!! Pizzoccheri stuck to the plate and held down by butter and oil already used probably, all in pieces, pieces of pizzoccheri already chopped tiramisu composed of 99% cream the rest chocolate powder. COLD, DARK, DREARY place. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! 1 star only because they don't take away the parking then better not to describe it. A horror movie has better parking!!!!!

15/05/2025: Fantastic restaurant in Vimercate. This is an extraordinary restaurant at the main square in Vimercate. There are just a few tables therefore an reservation is highly recommended. There is a small menu to choose from however all dishes are excellent and tasty. The menu starts with an ‘amuse gueule’, a starter, a secondi, a main and a dessert. Both the food and its presentation is perfect and worth every Euro. There is a decent wine list and the service is highly personal, friendly and attentive. This is not a restaurant for every day however for special purposes in a relaxing and elegant atmosphere. Go there and enjoy!

01/05/2025: Capitato per caso in questo locale con mia figlia di 3 anni.. location molto bella. Non c’è nessuno e ci fanno scegliere.. un tavolo grande per 4 persone.. trattamento ottimo! Ordinato un risotto allo zafferano per la bambina, arriva dopo 18 minuti.. tempistiche perfette. Come entre’ ci offrono arancini di riso molto buoni un cono originale e del pane caldo. Ottimo anche per la bambina. Pur non essendo un fan del risotto classico questo devo dire che è cucinato alla perfezione, chicco corposo ma giusto. Uno dei migliori. Da un posto elencante ti aspetti tipicamente una porzione troppo small ma sorprendentemente era corretta! Ci hanno portato fofaccine e pane e grissini.. niente male per me e la piccola. Prezzo caro ma allineato all offerta. Visto i pochi coperti (meriterebbe ben altra affluenza) il prezzo è tanto più corretto. Cosa dire.. premio perché se lo meritano ! Pur essendo amante del pesce e di un altro taglio di locali non posso non riconoscere come ogni dettaglio di questo ristornate sia eccellente.. dalla delicatezza nell’offrire il cuscino alla bambina alla bella fattura di questo fino alla bruciacchiatura gradevole della parmigiana che ha regalato un tocco magistrale di texture al boccone. 5 stelle.

07/09/2025: Thanks to Mrs. Bruna's recommendation at "Locanda dei Nonni," we had a truly wonderful dinner at this restaurant. The first night we had pizza, which was very good and packed with ingredients; the second night we had paella, which was simply amazing. Compliments to everyone who was so kind and welcoming.

06/09/2025: The place was recommended by Mrs Bruna from the B&B where we were staying. We ate 2 amazing pizzas and since they cooked paella to order we went back the next evening and it was a riot of flavour, a fantastic paella. The only regret is that we won't be able to find it again until next year. I highly recommend it.

27/07/2025: Historic restaurant in the center of Monza with simple and abundant local cuisine at affordable prices. Welcoming environment and spirit of an old-time trattoria with the presence of a dessert trolley. In summer, an outdoor space is set up in the courtyard. I particularly recommend the pizzoccheri and the risotto with sausage. The service could be more attentive at times.

12/07/2025: An exceptionally pleasant place. The elderly lady in the headscarf stole our hearts. She delighted us with her spontaneity and smile, and she made the time even more pleasant with her own playlist. She's an amazing woman. The food and coffee were delicious, and all in a charming setting, complete with a beautiful brown dog.

16/08/2025: We had lunch on August 15th with four of us. The food (fish, pizza, spaghetti) was well-cooked. Efficient service. Reasonable prices. The atmosphere was pleasant, although being on the veranda, it was quite hot (despite the presence of several fans). The atmosphere would probably be much better if you dined after 8:00 PM.

20/08/2025: We came to the restaurant based on positive reviews. Imagine our disappointment when we received very poor food! The pasta al ragu was dry, lacked meat, and simply wasn't tasty! Another pasta, traditional from the region, was also very average in taste. It's cheap, but therefore of poor quality. The wine isn't from a local winery, but some weak chain. Absolutely not worth coming here; we don't recommend it! The view is beautiful, but we come to the restaurant primarily to eat, not to look. The only thing worth praising is the service. The waitresses speak perfect English, are very helpful, and extremely kind, and the service is fast.

20/08/2025: We stumbled upon this trattoria by chance, and luckily, while wandering around on a hot August day! A quiet, relaxed place, we ate wonderfully and leisurely! The pike in sauce, the horsemeat stew, and the tagliatelle with stew were excellent. The desserts are also worth a try. The staff are friendly and helpful! We ate on the terrace, but the interior is also well-maintained. A great place to keep in mind when you're in the area!
