23/08/2025: Beautiful place surrounded by greenery; I always enjoy stopping by if I'm in the area. Ample parking and beautiful outdoor patios. The food is delicious and quick. Friendly, helpful staff! Highly recommended!

28/08/2025: It's been a few months since we visited this mountain hotel, in October 2024. A few days later, we suffered the famous "dana" in Valencia, and I didn't post a review, but I didn't want to leave it, even though it's been a long time. As for the accommodations, we stayed for two nights, the rooms were very nice, and the breakfast was quite good. We didn't have lunch or dinner, so I can't say anything. The service was excellent. We were served by a young woman who spoke Spanish and had also spent time in Valencia, so everything was great. If we were to return, we would definitely stay there again. I recommend it 100%.

05/08/2025: We had a delightful evening: good wine, excellent food (the raw ham melts in your mouth and the first course is a symphony for the palate ♡), and friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive staff. Furthermore, the setting and atmosphere invite you to slow down and enjoy another glass. Highly recommended, we'll be back!

08/08/2025: This now very popular cocktail bar is located near the Rondò metro station. It's carved out a very quiet spot and has both indoor and outdoor seating. Inside, it's very beautiful and well-decorated, while outside there are simple tables. The aperitivo menus are generous and delicious. The service is good.

08/09/2025: I went last night with my boyfriend. The restaurant is located in Bergamo Alta. The location was lovely, and the woman who served us (I think she was the chef) was kind and helpful. The portions weren't large, but they were tasty and elaborate, and the plating was beautiful. We ordered: WILD SALMON TARTLET EGG CLOUD LEMON RISOTTO HOUSEMADE CASONCELLI CHOCOLATE SOUFFLE. And to start, some fresh bread with Apulian olive oil and tomato paste. I recommend trying it.

03/09/2025: A disappointing experience even before I got there I was given a €50 voucher for a picnic at Vineria Cozzi, valid for one year. Unfortunately, for personal reasons (a pregnancy), I wasn't able to use it sooner. When I tried to book, I was told the voucher had expired only five days earlier and was no longer usable. I asked if any flexibility or even a token gesture of kindness was possible, but I was told the system automatically cancels the voucher and that "nothing can be done." I find this approach extremely rigid and insensitive to the customer, especially considering it was a gift that had already been paid for and that nothing unreasonable was being asked. I'm sorry to have to leave a negative review, but I think it's right to inform other potential customers about this approach. An experience that could have been saved with a little effort turned into a huge disappointment.

06/09/2025: Truly excellent, and the price was absolutely right. I had a good time, but I'm not giving it 5 stars because I have a couple of complaints. Perhaps a waitress rudely responded to someone at my table; she must have been nervous, which is a shame. They told me they'd given us a table outside (a really nice setting), but then we ended up inside instead, otherwise we'd have had to wait.

16/07/2025: A fantastic experience, we stumbled upon it by chance and it turned out to be the best meal of the holiday. The chef pampered us by letting us try all the typical local dishes. Everything was excellent, especially the pork cheek. The portions were generous and the price was more than fair.

From the first contact, the staff proved to be extremely helpful and professional, helping us with every detail related to the planning of the event. On the day of the party, everything was organized impeccably. The room was tastefully decorated, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for such a special occasion. The food was simply delicious: dishes prepared with fresh ingredients, well presented and abundant. All the guests complimented us on the quality and variety of the menu. The staff was attentive, kind and always ready to respond to every need, with a smile and maximum availability. You can see that they work with passion and respect for the customers.
