30/06/2025: Our stay at Palazzo K was simply wonderful. The property is beautifully located in the hills north of Savona – far from the hustle and bustle, surrounded by nature, and offering a breathtaking view all the way to the sea in the distance. If you’re looking for peace and relaxation, this is the perfect place. The rooms are tastefully decorated, cozy, and impeccably clean – we felt at home right away. The entire estate is a true oasis, with a lovely garden, a beautiful swimming pool, and that stunning panoramic view. We especially appreciated the tranquility of its secluded location. Another highlight was the warm and attentive host, who took great care of everything and offered a generous breakfast every morning – always fresh and delicious. Communication was smooth and friendly, both before and during our stay. A special mention also goes to the on-site restaurant, which is open on weekends and serves exceptionally good food – a real treat and definitely worth enjoying during your stay.

29/06/2025: We had the most wonderful stay at Palazzo K thanks to Lennie and her family, who were more than hospitable! The setting is idyllic (and just like the pictures!) - a most welcome respite after visiting larger cities. Lennie shared hot tips for the local area, and made sure our stay was seamless and relaxing. We loved our very wholesome taste of Liguria and can’t wait to come back! Big thank you Palazzo K family!

18/06/2025: Spotti is a lovely bar. We sat right on the promenade as a group of nine and got a seat right away. The prices are reasonable, but we didn't get anything to eat. If you want to be a bit more integrated into the city life, you can also sit across the street. The next day, there's even live music. From 8-9 p.m. onwards, it gets quite crowded, so it fills up quickly.

26/08/2025: The wait times after ordering were very long, and the dishes were brought to diners at different times, with the food already lukewarm. The organization was poor, and for example, we couldn't order what was missing due to the understaffing. The price was decidedly high compared to the service provided from the entrance to the cashier.

24/08/2025: Very long service times. There were six of us adults and we ordered six first courses, three of which were identical. After a wait of over 40 minutes, the three identical first courses were brought, and it took over another 20 minutes for the rest, resulting in three people eating while the other three... just stood around watching. Furthermore, the three first courses delivered were lukewarm, having been waiting a long time for them to be brought from the kitchen to the table. The food quality was average, and the price was quite out of line with the quality, not only of the food but also of the restaurant, which was unaccompanied by air conditioning and very noisy, partly due to other exuberant diners, a situation in which the management had nothing to do with. The person who, I believe, is the owner, who checked the bill spoke to us in a cold and distant manner, because we pointed out that the service had not lived up to expectations and that the bill was too high for us. Too bad, we thought we'd found a new place in Savona where we could spend some nice evenings with friends.

18/08/2025: I went for lunch on August 15th. We had booked a few weeks in advance. It was the first time my friends and I had eaten at the S Giovanni restaurant in Sassello. We had a great time...we'll be back.

07/08/2025: This is our second time there. I had the delicious grilled meat, the meat was fragrant and cooked very well. A friend of mine had the pizza and loved it; it was cooked just right, and the tomato wasn't acidic. The other one had a fantastic burger! Great experience, highly recommended!!!

02/08/2025: They welcomed us in a friendly way, the waiters were very kind and active regarding the food, nothing to say, everything was delicious especially the pizza. Recommended, the only flaw is the environment.

22/08/2025: Located on the Loano seafront, the atmosphere is very pleasant (though sometimes a bit noisy), especially outside. Excellent drinks, both classic and more sophisticated.

01/05/2025: Sono stata in questo ristorante con alcuni amici durante il ponte del 25 aprile. Il locale è certamente molto carino e il cibo buono. Lo stesso non si può dire del personale, o meglio della signora che ci ha servito a tavola e che, al momento di ordinare il dolce, spazientita dal fatto che le avessi chiesto informazioni riguardo agli ingredienti presenti nel semifreddo, mi ha risposto: “è un semifreddo all’albicocca, cosa vuoi un disegnino?” (Testuali parole) Adesso, io sono anche una persona autoironica ma non ho voglia di farmi prendere per i fondelli da qualcuno che nemmeno conosco e a cui ho fatto una semplice domanda con educazione. È un vero peccato perché appunto il cibo è buono e tutto il resto del personale è stato molto gentile però di questa serata alla fine mi porto a casa solo l’infelice battuta della cameriera.

24/08/2025: I hate to leave a negative review, but on Friday night they really didn't get one. Out of four dishes ordered, a first course never arrived, and the side vegetables didn't arrive either. The waiters asked us for our table number and never gave us feedback on how long it would take for our dishes to arrive. The manager offered an €8 discount at the register, and obviously the dishes that didn't arrive weren't charged. Let's just say this dinner could have gone much better. It's true that it was busy because it's August 20th, but come on guys, at a certain point I saw myself on Cannavacciuolo's show.

31/08/2025: Friendly and welcoming staff, a wide selection from appetizers to gluten-free desserts, excellent food and generous portions. I finally got to eat some truly delicious fried fish, which I don't think is at all easy to prepare for celiacs. The freshly made focaccia was truly remarkable, the seafood risotto was enough for almost two people, the octopus and potato salad with decidedly tender octopus, and the trofie with pesto were delicious. A quiet and welcoming place. A place definitely worth considering. All five stars, well deserved.

The food is bland, the service is very poor, and the most pathetic service we've encountered in recent years. They choose customers based on your skin color and origin—a real scandal. 10/08/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance, without a reservation, and despite it being the week of August 15th, they found us a table right away. We shared a house appetizer to start and were served two decidedly XL courses, so much so that we wondered if they were two appetizers and not one. Instead, it was actually one giant appetizer with a first round of cold fish and a second hot one. Everything was delicious, even the warm focaccia with cherry tomatoes and onion. While we were waiting for the first course, the owner, who, contrary to other reviews, we found to be friendly and knowledgeable, like someone who has been passionately involved in this profession for decades, asked us if we wanted to try some spaghetti with clams and bottarga from a pan that had evidently been too full. They were divine! Then, even though we were already full, my Jurassic dish of linguine with scampi and my husband's mixed fried fish arrived. We literally left rolling. The waiters and the owner's daughter were all kind, even to our poodle, who earned a few extra cookies. The bill was €88, including a bottle of wine. We'll definitely be back.
