28/05/2025: Primi Maggio, partiamo col dire le cose carine sulla nostra cena… a mio marito è piaciuta la grigliata che gli è stata portata, anche l’antipasto non era male. Io e mio figlio, ingolositi dalla bistecca, abbiamo pensato di dividerla in due. Un kg. di carne al costo 70,00 €… Non ho mai visto una bistecca così grassa e nervosa, io mangio veramente di tutto ma non ce l’ho fatta. A parte che non ti chiedono se vuoi la carne più o meno al sangue, però ho dato per scontato che fossero degli integralisti della bistecca… errore blu!!! C’era una parte al simil-sangue, una parte cotta e una al sangue! Arghhh… Quindi parlate chiaramente se volete una bistecca, che non sia ultra grassa e che sia al sangue.

01/06/2025: Ottimo pesce, cucinato con cura. Io sono allergica all’aglio, quindi sempre un po’ titubante nei ristoranti di pesce ma…grande e fantastica sorpresa: non usano aglio in cucina.!!! Piatti squisiti, personale gentilissimo, il mio cagnolino è stato più che ben accolto. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Tornerò sicuramente, consigliatissimo!

18/06/2025: Local in the center but ABSOLUTELY not typical for tourists. Family and genuine management. Excellent food, very fresh fish (displayed in full view) and very generous portions. Adequate wine list. Absolutely average price, in fact, for the quality of the food offered I would have gladly paid something more. The owner very helpful and kind. 100% to try, reservation required in advance.

14/06/2025: Welcoming, clean place, attentive and qualified staff, what can I say? The food is a pleasure, in every dish you eat you can see that there is a lot of study behind it and professionalism, well done to the owners who make all this possible, all catering should be like this, often I found myself in the dishes of other restaurants, embarrassed and saying but how do restaurants make food?

21/06/2025: Reservation made the day before. The evening of the reservation I warn of the short delay because at that moment it was pouring with rain and the person who answers the phone confirms that there are no problems. When I show up (with a group of seven diners) the table is not ready and they ask me to wait at least half an hour also claiming to be right. I give up the dinner and, needless to say, the place has been permanently deleted from my list.

14/06/2025: We stumbled upon this place quite by chance. We found the restaurant on Google. It's rather unassuming on the outside, but the interior is modern. The owner gave us good advice on our menu. We chose sardines prepared in various ways as a starter, followed by pasta with seafood. Very fresh and delicious. And we came right before lunch. Highly recommended.

01/06/2025: My partner and I celebrated his birthday here on April 8th. It was a perfect evening, the tasting menu (we had the full version but there is also a reduced version with a few less courses) is a succession of never banal flavors and unusual combinations, focused on the sea. Each dish is a contemporary work of art, also from an aesthetic point of view. In the dining room we were "pampered" by Beppe who made us feel at ease and explained all the dishes. Very well-stocked cellar. Compliments again to chef Perata, an authentic artist, who had the opportunity to briefly tell us the history of the restaurant, since we asked him, amazed, why it didn't have a Michelin star. He would fully deserve it. A spurcacciuna is a pampering that deserves it.

27/04/2025: Fry shop in the center of Finale Ligure, excellent! Good food, the fried food not at all greasy. I recommend the Panissa, one of my favorite dishes! They fry everything here… including dessert! You can also take away and eat on the beach. I recommend to everyone!

La prima cosa che colpisce ogni volta è la ricercatezza dei piatti, ogni portata è una piccola opera d’arte, curata nei minimi dettagli e pensata con grande creatività dallo chef. Gli ingredienti sono di altissima qualità, freschissimi e selezionati con attenzione, il che si traduce in sapori autentici e sorprendenti. Lo chef dimostra una maestria incredibile, riuscendo a combinare tradizione e innovazione in modo perfetto. Ogni sorta di piatto ha quel tocco in più che rende la cena speciale, facendoci sentire ogni volta coccolati e viziati. Lo staff poi è sempre molto gentile e professionale, ti fa sentire come a casa, con un sorriso sincero e una cura che si percepisce in ogni dettaglio del servizio. Il locale è accogliente, particolare, perfetto per una serata in cui si desidera sentirsi davvero coccolati in un ambiente curato con gusto. In poche parole, un’esperienza culinaria che consiglio a chi cerca qualità, bellezza e un’atmosfera intima e raffinata. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

01/06/2025: Siamo stati da Carlo per una cena speciale in famiglia e siamo stati benissimo. Ogni piatto, studiato nei dettagli, è’ stato una sorpresa di sapori. Servizio impeccabile e location suggestiva, curata nei dettagli. Consigliatissimo!

12/06/2025: In search of quality cuisine, we definitely found it here! We were welcomed in an excellent manner by the very kind, precise and professional waiter; he immediately explained to us without us asking the composition of some of their typical local dishes. Black tagliolini with prawns, calamari and cherry tomatoes, in addition to their spectacular Ciupin! You can immediately feel the high quality of the food, in addition to the great ability of the chef! Excellent selection of wines. High level cuisine but where you feel at home! Also correct quality/price ratio. Owner equally kind and friendly, a lover of his work! A place where it is truly a pleasure to go! As soon as we are in these parts we will definitely return to visit them and delight ourselves with their cuisine!

21/06/2025: So: from the start I want to thank the old lady that knew spanish and we managed to cross the romanian/english/italian/spanish barrier. 1. All that contains sea food and fresh water fishes 10/10. Worth the trip up the hill to eat here. 2. The rose frizzante wine ( house made ) quite good. 3. The employees are great, not that keen on english, but we managed to pass it. 4. Carbonara a big nono ( i know it's not the region for aksing that ). The rgg was scrambled egg, guanciale is pancetta ( i hope ) and no pecorino romano, no parmigiano reggiano, maybe grana padano if I was lucky. 5. The pork meat was delicious, juicy, not rubbery, made on wood grill. All good. Besides of the carbonara all was great. Sorry for the 4/5.
