12/12/2025: Went for dinner just before 8pm. Service is friendly but very slow. They were more attentive to the table before us. After taking our orders, we were served with a welcome snack, chickpea fritters. I find them a tad bit salty and could use with a dip. It's not oily but you can taste the oil flavor on it. We were also served with a platter of small sliced bread, break sticks (lovely flavor) and small sliced toasted bread with olive oil and rosemary/oregano (also very lovely flavor). You need to request for the olive oil/balsamic vinegar as it's not placed on the table as a setup. For my main, I ordered the green spaghetti with tuna. Nice dish but a bit salty. The portion is very good. I didn't have any dessert but my friends ordered the vanilla ice-cream with cake/ biscuits on the side. The portion of ice cream was a bit too small to accompany the 4 big pieces of cake/biscuits. The cake/biscuits is very dry too. All-in-all, it was a good experience. Would I go back again? Yes. Irregardless of the mentioned above as the food is still good and I loved the ambiance of the restaurant.

26/09/2025: A wonderful surprise in the heart of Albenga. A restaurant offering traditional Ligurian and other dishes, overlooking Piazza Domenico Tricheri. A simple location with a large and welcoming outdoor terrace. You're immediately welcomed by Roberto, a courteous and friendly person who made the entire evening a memorable one. The digital menu offers appetizers, first courses, jacket potatoes, meats such as tagliata and tartare, burgers, salads, and desserts. For drinks, in addition to water, wine, and soft drinks, there are also local beers. Service is prompt and attentive. The food is excellent, very tasty, and has bold flavors. The jacket potatoes are absolutely delicious. The bill is perfect, and the prices are not at all high and very affordable. In conclusion, I highly recommend trying this restaurant and will definitely return as soon as I have the opportunity.

And above all: it's the place you bring someone you love, because you know they'll leave happy. The fish is of the highest quality, treated with respect and intelligence: raw, cooked, paired... everything is balanced, clean, and perfectly enhanced. But the real surprise comes with the side dishes: extraordinary, lively, flavorful vegetables that tell a different story than usual, because they're grown directly on their farm, just like the oil and wine. A true supply chain, not "trendy." A cuisine that understands the meaning of care. Friendly service, present without being intrusive. You feel welcomed, not just served. It's one of those places that don't need to be explained too much: they're recommended. And that's it. Unmissable cuisine. Always a guarantee.

14/12/2025: I went to dinner again this evening with my parents, and as always, we had a wonderful meal. The staff is very kind and welcoming, extremely helpful; the cuisine is top-notch and never disappoints. A restaurant you can be sure of! Definitely worth a try.

09/12/2025: It's been a long time since I've eaten so well! The dishes are very carefully prepared, but what definitely makes the difference is the quality of the food. We chose the Piedmontese appetizer, which was exceptional! It cost €16. Then we continued with the bagna cauda, ​​delicious!!! And what about the desserts??? I wanted to eat them all... Everything is homemade, and you can taste it. The staff is so friendly, it makes you feel right at home. Final price per person, mixed appetizer, bagna cauda with vegetables, dessert, and coffee: €38 per person. Must try and return! ❣️

01/12/2025: Excellent food, very good pizzas and focaccias, not the classic Neapolitan pizzas but much lighter and more fragrant... friendly staff and quick service. Very nice and welcoming place.

25/10/2025: Personally, my wife and I were satisfied. The atmosphere is a bit retro, like an 80s trattoria, but clean and welcoming. These are the environments that make you feel at ease, and I love them. The food is excellent, in fact, superb! I had the handmade trofie with pesto and potatoes. Truly delicious!!! The owner is also welcoming and kind. The service is fast and efficient. The price is good and in line with the offerings. I'll be back as soon as I can.

11/10/2025: Good ingredients. The first courses are recommended, generous portions, and the fish main courses are excellent.

18/10/2025: When we pass by for a motorcycle ride, we always stop for a coffee, and on a few occasions we've even had lunch! Quick and very courteous!

01/09/2025: I give this ice cream shop so many compliments, which in my opinion is the best in Albenga. The zuppa inglese flavor is a delight, as is the banana and raspberry flavor. I'd also add that the staff is incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly. 10 out of 10, well done!

26/09/2025: We had a wonderful time at Ostaia di Ma'. The welcome and food were excellent. The first courses were generous and truly excellent. The service was extremely friendly, with special attention to children, including a placemat with toys and even a pen holder with markers. A wonderful discovery, we'll be back because it's not always easy to find such well-run establishments, and of course, with delicious food. Thank you.

06/12/2025: I took my wife out for dinner to celebrate her birthday. We found the place warm and welcoming, elegant but not ostentatious. The staff is competent and friendly, attentive but never intrusive. The food was high-quality and very well-cooked, with some dishes truly superb. The wine list isn't extensive, but it has everything you need to pair the dishes beautifully. The price was reasonable, commensurate with its caliber. Highly recommended; I'll definitely be back.
