05/10/2025: We were very excited, as the owner was repeatedly criticized in reviews. We found the service and the owner pleasant. The food was delicious, and the pasta was especially handmade. The open fireplace made the stay very cozy. We can recommend the restaurant wholeheartedly.

03/10/2025: A cozy restaurant, clearly a place where mainly locals eat. The atmosphere is very pleasant, the staff friendly, and the open fire in the restaurant where the meat is cooked was a unique experience. The pork ribs I ordered were fine, not particularly tasty or the portion particularly large, but they were well-prepared.

28/09/2025: Spectacular view, warm welcome, excellent cuisine with top-quality ingredients. The experience of crossing by dinghy with the friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable ferryman was also wonderful. We'll definitely be back!

21/09/2025: Great and simple, no unnecessary decoration, just good food. The restaurant looks very authentic, the terrace is nice but simple, too. The atmosphere inside could be a lot cosier if the light would be slightly dimmed. The food is really good and at fair costs.

23/08/2025: I immediately want to review this magnificent place... 20 minutes from La Spezia. Fantastic location, we were there today my husband and I wanted to spend a relaxing day and well what can I say today was truly a wonderful day ❤️ as soon as we arrived greeted by the owner who was leaving, very kind and helpful.. Mrs. Claudia fantastic, the girl who served us with a smile every time she came, in short kindness is truly at home.. then by chance we had everything to ourselves so we had a great time.. we used the aperitif lunch formula which super kindly and just for an exception they let us taste at the tables below❣️ it was all super good and plentiful.. thank you for making us spend a day like this.. we will definitely be back... I might even think about it for my 40th birthday 😅

17/09/2025: They have the wrong english translation on the pizzas so they gave me a very different pizza. They offered no solution, discount or sorry. I don't waste food, didnt want a pizza to go to the trash. Expensive place to get the wrong stuff.

28/08/2025: The gluten-free pizza is delicious, and my family says the regular one is also excellent. The service is attentive to the needs of those with intolerances. I recommend it.

01/05/2025: Le restaurant est chaleureux. Les serveurs agréables. La cuisine bonne et rapide. Nous y avons déjeuné puis dîné quelques jours après. Nous avons pris des burgers : la viande est excellente et la proportion de frite est bonne. Le repas était délicieux. Le tiramisu proposé est tout aussi bon. Nous vous conseillons une des bouteilles de Toscane pour accompagner votre repas.

09/10/2025: Stopped for an afternoon apertivo before a supper reservation elsewhere on 30 Sept. Good Aperol Spritz's and a large selection of appetizers. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Pleasant time on the patio with shade and protection from the wind as needed. Highly recommend.

13/09/2025: The bar itself is nice. The owner, Giovanni, is kind and polite, as are the lady and the girl who work there. I can't say the same about the other gentleman, who is rude and impolite, especially with kids. You don't behave like that when you work with the public. Unfortunately for him, I won't be returning.

06/10/2025: Wonderful place in Portovenere, with a panoramic terrace overlooking the sea, where we had a good coffee. Excellent, fast service. Prices are average for the place.

19/09/2025: Excellent restaurant recommended by our Agriturismo. We had a very good evening. I asked to change tables to be quiet with our dog. There was no problem. I highly recommend it.

10/09/2025: We were trying to find some sunshine and ended up in Porto Venere. This restaurant caught our eye. After taking a seat, we opened the menu. The selection was enormous, and everything looked delicious. We opted for a light lunch. We chose the mussels and the seared tuna. Honestly, we've never had such delicious tuna. We enjoyed it with a glass of wine. We would definitely go back for this!

16/08/2025: In the little square of Porto Venere, with the sea in the background, a wonderful location. We ate excellent appetizers, special fried food, crispy but not greasy, with truly delicious carrots. Delicious desserts, definitely worth trying! Compliments for everything. Professional and friendly waiters.

14/10/2025: The most disinterested receptionist I've ever experienced. Absolutely nothing! Instructions. No help or information. Even when I went back later to ask for directions, they only pointed me to the map a little further up. Oh well, there are other guests you can ask if you can't find everything. Otherwise, the campground is fine. Gravel pitches. For those who rely on it: the Wi-Fi is very weak and unstable. Only suitable for large RVs to a limited extent. The paths are quite narrow. The campground is brightly lit at night. I like it dark at night, but that's certainly a matter of taste. Using Google Maps, the route into town is easy to find. There are many stairs leading down. :-)

14/10/2025: I'm giving it 1 star because otherwise... it won't let me post. We arrived at approximately 7 p.m. on a Wednesday evening, and the receptionist told us they were fully booked (we saw empty plots at the entrance). He also acted like he didn't understand us in Spanish. Unpleasant and rude treatment. I hope they're nicer to other people after this review.
