19/10/2025: It's great cafe if you want to sit down, chill and observe the towns folks running their errands. It is smaller cafe, not a lot of tables outside and most of them were reserved for lunch hour. Still they tried their best to sit us down. They brought us drinks and they were so friendly to shower us with complimentary snacks. Bonus points from me! Beer was good, Aperol was original and prepared to good taste. I recommend stopping by.

Simple but very well executed menu, with fragrant local wines and rums.
Very friendly staff, highly recommended.
25/10/2025: Fine dining/bar than 'cafe'. But intuitive menu description, English-speaker friendly, attentive staff, fine cooking. Highly recc for those staying near the station.

03/01/2026: We were a group of six and had a wonderful meal, with an outdoor setting perfect for this season.
I gave it 5 stars because there were no others.
The best spaghetti with clams on the coast.
11/10/2025: Decent restaurant, close to the road with a hedge to block out noise and traffic. The quality/price ratio is a bit poor.

18/09/2025: A good restaurant, with a pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff. There were a few glitches in the table setting and a few imprecisions in the execution of the dishes, but they were still good. The prices were a bit high. Only two starters and a glass of wine with coffee were included, but it was a good rating.

07/10/2025: The food we ate from shrimp, squid, potatoes, grilled vegetables to salad was very tasty and good, the granny's cake with cream and pine nuts was excellent (I'm sorry I didn't ask for the recipe so I could try to make that perfection 😉), the Domine wine in the bottle was excellent, for the waitress 🌹 who welcomed us and served us all the praise, the service was fast, we didn't wait long for the food. My partner and I are very satisfied and we will take a nice memory to Rovinj, Istria, Croatia.
Whoever comes to Levanto should visit this restaurant, thank you for the good food and a pleasant dinner.

15/10/2025: We politely asked if we could have lunch, perhaps even outside. We were rudely turned away because the place was full. Asking is fair game, answering is courtesy, which was clearly lacking.

09/10/2025: Stopped for an afternoon apertivo before a supper reservation elsewhere on 30 Sept. Good Aperol Spritz's and a large selection of appetizers. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Pleasant time on the patio with shade and protection from the wind as needed. Highly recommend.
13/09/2025: The bar itself is nice. The owner, Giovanni, is kind and polite, as are the lady and the girl who work there. I can't say the same about the other gentleman, who is rude and impolite, especially with kids.
You don't behave like that when you work with the public. Unfortunately for him, I won't be returning.

07/03/2026: We kicked off 2026 with lunch at this lovely restaurant. The night before, we'd noticed it was open for New Year's Eve dinner, so we weren't expecting to find it open for lunch on January 1st, and we were lucky.
We ate well, and the staff, while certainly tired, welcomed us with courtesy and friendliness, providing impeccable service. Congratulations! We'll definitely be back during our motorcycle trips because Varese Ligure is very charming, and you're hospitable and offer excellent products. See you soon!
27/12/2025: I stopped for lunch. The place is really nice. The workers' menu is good, plentiful, and the service is fast.
If you're in the area, definitely stop by.

27/12/2025: Beautiful setting on the sea, poor service, confusing coffee brought in paper cups taken from another table... food like the service, all the fish was frozen... the so-called business lunch in the area was the worst restaurant we found.
13/12/2025: Excellent value for money. We've been going there for years, it's great. They used to make pizza, which was one of my favorites, but unfortunately, I don't offer it anymore.
