06/01/2026: To avoid the linguine with clams (€24, 01/2026) being too salty, this could be due to the excess ricotta added to the pasta. The chef should taste the dishes he cooks. The server is aimable, but not the man who serves coffee. It's not for the service.

07/01/2026: My true vacation begins right here in this typical Ventimiglia bar, where I have so many memories. My break is very simple: I always order the usual ritual dish: well-prepared fusulli with ragù. These are every bit as good as the traditional pasta dishes found in local trattorias. Next up are the local focaccias. In the absence of the infamous "piscitella," I opted for tomato focaccias, which are always tempting; their preparation is always something special. Lunch was accompanied by a bottle of still water, and everything ended with a good coffee. Needless to say... and on to the next "starting point." An experience I highly recommend trying.

14/12/2025: If I could, I'd give it 0 stars. After explaining that our pasta was soggy and sour, the (old) waiter lectured us about having to specify that we had to say when ordering that we wanted the pasta al dente, and that the order was in French, so obviously we had to eat like the French do. The bill was brought to us anyway, with only one pasta dish removed, even though we hadn't eaten a single bit of it. ABSOLUTELY AVOID.

17/06/2025: Notre restaurant préféré de Sanremo. Très belle terrasse, bonne ambiance, accueil très chaleureux, cuisine magnifique avec des produits frais et d’excellente qualité. On y allait trois fois en une semaine et l’on se réjouit d’y retourner. Merci !

04/06/2025: Ci sono posti che non sono solo ristoranti, ma vere e proprie esperienze. Nicò, in piazza Bresca a Sanremo, è uno di questi. Il cibo è semplicemente eccellente: piatti freschi, delicati, preparati con cura e passione. Ogni boccone racconta una storia di qualità e amore per la cucina. L’ambiente è caldo, accogliente, curato nei dettagli , si respira un’atmosfera autentica, che ti fa sentire a casa. Ma ciò che ha davvero fatto la differenza è stata la ragazza che ci ha serviti: di una dolcezza e disponibilità rare, gentile, attenta e sempre con il sorriso. È riuscita a rendere la nostra serata ancora più speciale. Un applauso sincero allo chef, vero artista della cucina, capace di sorprendere con abbinamenti audaci ma sempre perfettamente equilibrati. Si percepisce passione, ricerca, e un tocco di genio che rende ogni portata un piccolo capolavoro curato nei minimi dettagli !
