30/09/2025: I went to a meeting with friends in Verdeggia on a Sunday in late August. I was with a friend and we were disappointed. Not even a paper tablecloth, just two tiny placemats. For the first courses: the pasta was plentiful but with scant sauce.
For the second courses: the roast was really small; two small, thin slices plus a few baked potatoes. It tasted like yesterday's roast reheated.
We didn't order anything else.
The bill was reasonable for the quality and the small quantity. We didn't spend much, but I'm sure I'll find a restaurant in the same area in the future where I'll leave satisfied.

10/05/2026: We had aperitivo both days we stayed in Sanremo. The cocktails were excellent, the aperitivo was generous, and being used to Milanese prices, we found the price to be excellent. We enjoyed an aperitivo overlooking the sea... Wonderful. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, our room needs a complete renovation. The hotel is historic and full of beautiful musical instruments. The street is noisy. The bed is comfortable. The bike service could be improved. Cleaning could be improved.

10/05/2026: A place with indescribable views, a very romantic and peaceful atmosphere, wonderful staff attention, delicious food, and overall everything was great.
07/05/2026: I've always been coming to this restaurant, but I'll never set foot in there again. Today, when we asked to sit at a sunny table because an elderly person was feeling the cold in the shade (I should point out that he himself had given us the option of sunny and cold tables), a graying, blue-eyed man responded by shouting and gesticulating rudely in the middle of the restaurant. Goodbye.

28/12/2025: No prices displayed outside. Limited selection, no house wine. The cook also waits tables while the woman looks after her son, seemingly oblivious to the customers except when it comes to taking payment.
And most importantly, order a sandwich for dessert; there's hardly anything on the plates for an exorbitant price. So, definitely not recommended!
21/12/2025: Very disappointed!! Frozen chicken escalope and fries for 15 euros… avoid this place!
It's a shame because the place is nice and the young man is too!

13/01/2026: Ordered with Too Good to Go, a carefully prepared package and plenty of it. Unfortunately, I was surprised by the quality of the pizza. The Margherita wasn't cooked properly; part of the dough was raw, and I had to throw it away. The rest was very spongy, almost soft. The stuffed pizza, however, was decent.
07/01/2026: Excellent service always with a smile, plus there is a large amount of choice between starters and main courses.

Beautiful, extensive menu with many Italian specialties and pizzas.
Very affordable prices.
But above all, the quality and taste!
The porcini ravioli had a sauce with 10 large pieces of porcini mushrooms! A real treat!
The bruschetta, as a starter, was also excellent.
Truly a culinary delight!
If you want to eat there: there's only one requirement: make a reservation or be incredibly lucky, given the long lines.

11/11/2025: Restaurant service was too slow, the staff were untrained but friendly, the food was disappointing: poor quality, with frozen fries and vegetables consisting of just two slices of eggplant, overcooked and unsalted sea bream, and no appetizers (which is typical in Italy). It's a shame because this establishment was very good under the previous owners.
27/10/2025: A pleasant restaurant located on a newly renovated, quiet square on the plateau of the old town with a stunning view of the harbor. It's a lovely place to relax in the sun on the concrete benches. Accessible on foot through the beautiful alleys of the old town or by elevator, which ascends through the car and pedestrian tunnel beneath the old town. We originally only wanted a drink, but then decided to have a bite to eat: grilled anchovies and grilled vegetables. Very tasty and reasonably priced. Friendly service, and an authentic chef who came to our table for a brief chat.

Very greasy, and the side dish (two lettuce leaves) was an extra charge for a frozen fish dish... pffft.
