01/03/2026: We had takeout one evening, and everything was delicious, both the burgers and the arrosticini. The service was friendly and fast. Perhaps the beer was a little overpriced (€4 for €33), but otherwise everything was perfect.

13/01/2026: Ordered with Too Good to Go, a carefully prepared package and plenty of it. Unfortunately, I was surprised by the quality of the pizza. The Margherita wasn't cooked properly; part of the dough was raw, and I had to throw it away. The rest was very spongy, almost soft. The stuffed pizza, however, was decent.

21/03/2026: A hidden gem near Ventimiglia Station. Authentic flavors that have nourished the stomachs of railway workers! We visited "Dopolavoro Ferroviario," located right next to Ventimiglia Station, which has its roots in a former welfare facility for railway workers. It's a far cry from tourist-oriented restaurants; we were amazed by its incredible value and quality, loved by locals. Exquisite Ligurian Cuisine: The "Trofie Genovese" that arrived was truly authentic, with the fresh aroma of basil and the traditional combination of potatoes and green beans being superb. The sauce clung perfectly to the chewy pasta, making each bite a delightful experience. And the "Fried Seafood and Vegetables" featured surprisingly fresh and plump shrimp and squid. Lightly battered and crispy, the natural sweetness of the ingredients stood out. Both dishes were generously portioned, and you could feel the professional pride in each one. A historic "railway worker's retreat": "Dopolavoro Ferroviario" originally meant a welfare facility for railway workers. Therefore, it has a nostalgic and warm atmosphere, and its greatest charm lies in the fact that you can enjoy excellent cuisine in an unpretentious setting. Superb location: Located right in front of the station, it's perfect for lunch during travel. And yet, the quality of the food is exceptional... If you're coming to Ventimiglia, this place is definitely worth making a special trip for. Enjoying lunch under the orange roof, feeling the sea breeze, was wonderful. It's such a fantastic restaurant that you'll want to stay for several nights and try every item on the menu!

20/01/2026: The food is good, with convenient parking and a beautiful view. Spicy Abruzzo liver sausages. Tasty, not too greasy, and without the overpowering liver flavor.

25/01/2026: A location that couldn't be better. Right on the sea. The area in front of the restaurant was littered with trash. The staff were hopelessly overworked on a completely quiet Sunday morning. One can only imagine what it's like when it's busy. We were incredibly disappointed by this abysmal service.

10/11/2025: A typical osteria serving fantastic traditional borlenghi, fried crescentine, and fabulous tigelle. The atmosphere is warm and makes you feel right at home. Highly recommended.

16/07/2025: Il posto è bellissimo e suggestivo, si mangia su una terrazza a picco sul mare. Cibo di qualità, ma le quantità andrebbero migliorate. In generale, rapporto qualità/prezzo non eccezionale, ma con una bella vista.

28/10/2025: We were in Realdo to film a movie, and we ate here every lunch and dinner. What can I say? I felt at home every time. You could taste the authentic flavors, and the dishes were prepared with a care and attention to detail that I've rarely experienced before. So if you're passing through Realdo, you absolutely have to stop and eat here! Highly recommended! A heartfelt thank you to Giuliana, Ilaria, and Bruno!

18/08/2025: Good food, excellent service, but a bit overpriced. There were nine of us, and three of us skipped their main course and replaced it with baked potatoes. The result was...one potato cut in half each, and they charged us for it! All for the modest sum of €31. Now, if you're out of potatoes, you just have to say so and they'll get you something else. We left with a bitter taste in our mouths, and we'll never return.

01/04/2026: Very good restaurant and very friendly waiters. However, the toilets... could do with a cleaning.

10/03/2026: Visited early March. We got marocchino, canoli and a toast. It was the only few options open early so overall it was good. The location is good though as it was right by the market so it’s a great place to people watch and drink coffee
