06/01/2026: Restaurant located on the typical seaside promenade of Arma di Taggia. Beautiful location with sea views and both indoor and outdoor dining options. The dishes, in my opinion, weren't exceptional (our "brandacuiun" seemed to have undercooked potatoes), and the service wasn't particularly prompt.

08/11/2025: I chose the restaurant for lunch because it was right on the seafront. Unfortunately, the mixed fried fish included anchovies with a very bitter taste. Both my wife and I left them on our plates. We were given a €10 discount on a total of €65. I find it truly unfortunate that food of this quality is offered: is it reasonable to assume that the anchovies weren't fresh or not cleaned properly, given that we both had serious digestive problems that afternoon and evening?

09/02/2026: Went there as a couple at one of the rare rains days in Sanremo and were welcomed by a cosy atmosphere and Barbara, who together with her husband Paolo and their son run the place. Barbara was not only managing the service, but had also a lot to share about the concept of the restaurant and the sourcing of the products and ingredients Paolo uses in the kitchen as well as the origin of their well selected wine-card. We tried the Orto e Mare degustation menu, with a fresh Prosecco to begin with and a Franciacorta Rose Nature Cuvee 36 from the Casa Caterina cantina. In a nutshell, well composed and balance menu with strong Ligurian accent, all very natural and fresh. Highlights for me were the Uovo affogato and the snails Lumache della Val Nervia. It was lovely evening, time flew by. Well deserved Michelin star!

24/11/2025: I've been frequenting this place for a few years because I've always found the food and service to be excellent. Almost every product is expertly crafted by Salvatore, the father, while his daughters, who are very kind and professional, handle customer service.

28/06/2025: Good location, both from the town center and from the sea. Inside the campsite there is a bar, a group of showers and sinks, well-distributed light points, located throughout the campsite. Very kind and helpful staff.

30/09/2025: I went to a meeting with friends in Verdeggia on a Sunday in late August. I was with a friend and we were disappointed. Not even a paper tablecloth, just two tiny placemats. For the first courses: the pasta was plentiful but with scant seasoning. For the second courses: the roast was really small; two small, thin slices plus a few baked potatoes. It tasted like yesterday's roast reheated. We didn't order anything else. The bill was reasonable for the quality and the small quantity. We didn't spend much, but I'm sure I'll find a restaurant in the same area in the future where I'll leave satisfied.

09/02/2026: A rip-off. - The trofie "with nduja" was tasteless, without even any sauce! - On the avocado toast, the guacamole was replaced with mayo... on the avocado toast! - The pepper stuffing lacked substance and flavor. What a disappointment to eat badly in Italy (it's rare!), but especially to feel ripped off on the menu and the quality...

29/01/2026: It might be very good at lunchtime or during peak season; it's a shame we couldn't eat there, but judging by the reviews, we were right to avoid it... At 8:20 pm, they turned away two customers because the kitchen was "closed," but they weren't happy to let us drink... For a closing time of 11 pm, that's a bit lax... They don't like to bother, so they might as well close in the evening outside of the tourist season...
