- The trofie "with nduja" was tasteless, without even any sauce!
- On the avocado toast, the guacamole was replaced with mayo... on the avocado toast!
- The pepper stuffing lacked substance and flavor. What a disappointment to eat badly in Italy (it's rare!), but especially to feel ripped off on the menu and the quality...
29/01/2026: It might be very good at lunchtime or during peak season; it's a shame we couldn't eat there, but judging by the reviews, we were right to avoid it... At 8:20 pm, they turned away two customers because the kitchen was "closed," but they weren't happy to let us drink... For a closing time of 11 pm, that's a bit lax... They don't like to bother, so they might as well close in the evening outside of the tourist season...

05/12/2025: First and foremost, the wonderful staff deserves a mention. Everyone was attentive to the guests' well-being and very friendly. We stayed in a newly renovated room, which, while not very large, was clean, modern, and comfortable. The bed was wonderful, and the bathroom was also very nice. The hotel restaurant offers excellent food, and the breakfast buffet is very appealing and well-stocked, even in the off-season. We would definitely choose this hotel again in Chiavari.
29/11/2025: A good 4-star hotel, with spacious rooms, excellent cleanliness, and a good breakfast. It has a covered, secure garage (reservation recommended). The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, as were the rest of the staff. Centrally located (near the pedestrian shopping street) yet in a quiet area.

The atmosphere is welcoming, with meticulous attention to detail, and from the first moment you're greeted by the barista's always kind and attentive smile. It's one of those places where you're not just a customer: you feel truly welcome.
During the holiday season, the bar is enriched with a special touch, thanks to the selection of Strega-branded sweets. Panettone, nougat, and other delicacies grace the counters, adding a festive and traditional touch. These are highly sought-after and highly appreciated products, and this is evident in the care with which they're presented and recommended.

It was a real hit: delicious food prepared with love and friendly service.
27/09/2025: Maybe the best meal we had in ten days in Italy. I’m shocked the place wasn’t packed. It was a little off the main drag but definitely worth the walk. I don’t know why it doesn’t have better reviews. But my experience was excellent. I had the shrimp ravioli and it was absolutely perfect.

26/08/2025: I only save the location of this wine shop, the wine was fortunately good but the rest, we took two dishes, one vegetarian and the other fish. Terrible supermarket quality. In Genoa we eat anchovies, the Genoese who brought me made a terrible impression 😂😂😂😂😂

12/10/2025: Away from the city center and its noise, there's this family-run pizzeria, where I tried the pesto pizza, which they guarantee is homemade. Excellent. I'll be back to try more.

10/10/2025: We had a great experience here on the outdoor seating area and were so happy to have the kitchen open late afternoon when so many other places were closed for food!
The servers were great and the beer/wine great. We had salads and liked the taste and big portions and low prices! I highly recommend this place over the other high prices options!
Great sea views if you sit inside.
Very limited inside seating!

06/10/2025: Recommend everyone to avoid this place. The service was absolutely terrible. We arrived after it says they are opening. One of them rolled her eyes and threw her arms out while the other one yelled at us that it was closed. They also couldn't answer when they were going to open and they excused themselves by saying there was "a lot to do" while they sat smoking. It didn't look busy, it just seemed like they were lazy and didn't want to work.

08/03/2026: If you want to run promotions, you have to do them properly: All-you-can-eat ribs on Sundays, 40 minutes to get a second round after multiple reminders. They didn't even apologize when we pointed out our disappointment and the fact that we were going to get coffee and dessert elsewhere. Not bringing the ribs when they're supposed to is called a scam. So, I'd say one star for the service is even too much.

01/11/2025: Very beautiful location, right on the sea. Excellent food (we had fried fish and two desserts), homemade bread and focaccia. The wine was also good. Very good value for money considering everything. We'll be back!

The service was prompt, the quality of the dishes good, and the portions "just right."

04/10/2025: From the outside, you'd never guess what kind of restaurant lies hidden here. The food is very fine, but it's always a good indicator where the locals eat. The grilled sea bream, the very generous seafood spaghetti, and the rib plates, up to 800 grams, were a dream. So don't be fooled by the outward appearance, but let the inner qualities convince you!
Very friendly, personal service.
07/09/2025: Recommended! Superb pizza, and the dough makes all the difference, and it shows... Electric oven, but the pizza is perfectly cooked. Antonio and the staff are spectacular in their helpfulness and professionalism. Congratulations on everything.
We'll definitely be back.

29/11/2025: This is the second time my family and I have visited this wonderful restaurant. Today my kids had pizza, while my husband and I had the fish menu. I can only confirm my first experience: a truly charming place, excellent food, and friendly, impeccable staff. Not to mention the owner, who is the real highlight. Highly recommended for the excellent food and very fair prices.
18/11/2025: Clean atmosphere, very friendly staff, decent pizza, nothing exceptional, but it's fine for a quick meal. A decent experience.

01/03/2026: I dined here three nights in a row. I had salmon with fresh artichokes the first night, tuna steak with sesame seeds the second, and I wanted to try the pizza the third.
I have to compliment the entire staff; I was satisfied every night; everything was very good and well-prepared.
What can I say? I'll definitely be back and will recommend it to everyone I know.
I recommend making a reservation.
