06/07/2026: A true trattoria, offering traditional dishes, a shaded terrace overlooking the valley, welcoming staff, and excellent value: for four of us, we ordered everything from appetizers to dessert, along with several bottles of water, coffee, and an after-dinner drink, for €35 per person. Generous portions and excellent quality. Highly recommended.

28/04/2026: This traditional trattoria is a sure thing: never a disappointment, with good average quality, supported by reasonable prices. The atmosphere is so welcoming that, on cold days, you'd happily stay for a nap after dessert and coffee. In summer, you can dine on a pleasant terrace, shaded by walnut trees. It's worth the 20 km drive from the center of Genoa. Ample parking is available. My favorite dish is the ravioli, strictly homemade. Pair with a Bonarda latte. The menu is conservative, but sufficiently varied. Our weakest dish: French fries. Ideal for those with dogs.

09/07/2026: Good, it's not a purely Italian restaurant. We sat down for brunch, it has good coffee, the food is ok. The staff is very polite. The restaurant is in a nice location

06/01/2026: Le Cascate Da Dumme ... restaurant via Piemonte 35 .. Cisano sul Neva province of Savona. It is now already open and closes at 2:00 pm .. to reopen at 7:30 pm .. here you eat truly abundant and excellent quality dishes, the atmosphere is very welcoming and the place is suitable for groups and families .. there is no waiting and as soon as you show up they make you sit at the table ... here I tell you right away the prices are very fair and affordable for everyone .. and it starts with good bruschetta ... excellent meat .. excellent grills ... first and second courses ... and good wines at the table .. mixed fried ... and farinata . I recommend it .. if you pass by these parts stop for a pleasant break.

08/07/2026: Excellent food, made with fresh ingredients. Ligurian hospitality, but that's okay. The internal garden is lovely. The only downside is that they charge €2 per person for a disposable cutlery kit, considering there's no tablecloth, etc., and it's all paper and plastic, like at a festival.

20/06/2026: A wonderful discovery in San Salvatore. The fried food is freshly made, fragrant, and plentiful. Among the deli items, I recommend the stuffed molluscs with a flavorful sauce. A special mention goes to the flavorful stuffed anchovies, served over a baked potato, perfectly gratinated. The service was quick and delicious. We arrived early and were seated, but it's best to reserve a table. We ate quickly, sampling almost everything available at the counter and in the fryer. It's best to reserve a table or order takeout. The internal courtyard with its tables is charming and well-kept. The atmosphere is welcoming and clean, with lots of plants and greenery. There's even a fountain for washing your hands, and the dishes are disposable, along with recycling bins. Reasonable prices for excellent quality. Fantastic. We'll definitely be back. A safe haven!

25/07/2026: The coffee and pastries are good. The tables aren't crowded together, which allows customers more privacy. Prices are reasonable. The service is excellent.

16/06/2026: Everything is top-notch, from the location to the quality of the food to the service. Starting the day here with their fantastic croissants (which you can also heat and fill on the spot) and Lara's superb cappuccino is priceless. It's now become our go-to café. Highly recommended!

24/07/2026: We only ate at the self-service restaurant, the food was excellent and the portions were generous. It was Sunday and there was a record turnout with inevitable queues and long waiting times between 12.30 and 2.30pm. However, the organisation was good and managed to serve the hundreds of people present.

21/04/2026: We had dinner two nights in a row, trying both the first courses, the fried dishes, and the pizza. Everything was delicious and well-made, both the fish (the spaghetti alla pescatora was delicious) and the pizza (very large for the standard pizza). Attentive and fast service (the girls were always served first), and the price was fair.

17/07/2026: The bare minimum for a lunch menu, in fact terrible, we opted for the à la carte menu, good spaghetti scoglio, but the cover charge was 2 euros with paper placemats...

12/07/2026: A unique place, with very friendly owners, a welcoming atmosphere, and a stylish menu. Alongside more classic dishes, there are also unique offerings; we tried the sea bass ravioli with seafood sauce and the spaghetti with pistachio pesto, both truly excellent and generously portioned. Highly recommended.

20/07/2026: Very disappointed, I don't understand the good reviews. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was very cold. The table was only set for one person; nothing was set for a second, and we weren't even given cutlery. We ordered a charcuterie and cheese board with a cocktail, which should have cost us €18 in total according to the menu. However, we were charged €26, without any explanation. As for the board itself: a few thin slices of sausage that didn't seem fresh, three or four pieces of cheese, and stale bread that crumbled like shortbread. Enough to feed a bird, not two people. €18 for a quantity that would barely be enough for a child is incomprehensible. We chose this place because of its good reviews, but I can't explain it. We won't be back.

18/07/2026: Got cold lasagna (heated in the microwave) and a slightly undercooked hamburger.

10/04/2026: We had a really good time. The owners were very friendly and courteous, and gave us advice on which types of meat to try. The atmosphere was quiet, although sometimes there were large groups of people (birthdays and other special occasions), making the dining room a bit noisier, but overall it was acceptable. We've been back for a second time, and I can only confirm the quality of their meat. See you soon. Highly recommended.

12/04/2026: We went to G&C for Sunday lunch. The location is surrounded by nature, with a truly picturesque view. We opted for the €30 menu (appetizer, two first courses, a second course, and dessert), which was completely satisfying. We recommend the trofie with duck ragù and the suckling pig, above all else... Excellent value for money. We'll definitely be back.

26/10/2025: Very helpful. The owner made sure we had everything we needed. Excellent dinner and breakfast. The location has a spectacular view. The only downside is that since we were there by motorcycle in October, the road isn't easy.
