07/09/2025: Excellent, simple, homemade, too good

01/09/2025: Excellent Osteria. We were guests for dinner with friends. It's a small place with a large outdoor area. The menu is presented on the blackboard, with some dishes added verbally. The food is good, with quality ingredients well presented. The inside isn't suitable for large groups, but the outside is, hopefully not raining. Overall, an excellent place.

31/08/2025: After a nine-hour journey, we satisfied our initial hunger at Pizza Gourmet. All the pizzas were perfect. We recommend the pizza with white sauce and lardo. A good draft beer, an inexpensive Falanghino. The tiramisu was perfect. We'll be back.

26/08/2025: Delicious and crispy pasta, a good amount of toppings and very friendly service! If you are in La Spezia, I definitely recommend visiting this place.

28/06/2025: Very good food and very kind family. They even helped us with the car that was left without clutch by calling their mechanic friend and keeping my keys for days. See you next time! and with the car fixed thanks to you:)

25/06/2025: The food is very simple – only lightly seasoned and prepared without any particular finesse. The meat dishes from the casserole were rather dry, quite fatty, and unconvincing in flavor. The same goes for the mixed appetizer platter: it wasn't bad, but overall very neutral and bland. The house wine is of a very low quality – it's worth opting for other wines instead. The ambiance is also rather simple. On a positive note, many locals eat there – usually a good sign. The service was attentive, and the food was served promptly. Overall, this is an inexpensive restaurant. However, I wouldn't say the value for money is convincing. Unfortunately, I have to say that I've perhaps never had such a bad meal in Italy.

27/05/2025: We came across this shop by chance. They were very friendly, attentive and helpful. If you are looking for the best pesto genovese in all of Liguria, go to this shop. Highly recommended!

27/04/2025: Ottima cena a Loano una domenica sera d’inverno. Tagliolini al ragù di pescato ed ombrina a bassa temperatura coi carciofi: tutto molto ben fatto! Porzioni non esorbitanti ma vanno bene se si vuol fare un percorso di primo-secondo-dessert: un modo per assaggiare tutto. Rossese come vino, ben all’altezza del pasto. Consigliatissimo!!

17/08/2025: We happened upon this restaurant by chance and ordered two Ligurian appetizers - eggplant tortelli with tomato and basil and potato gnocchi with pesto, both very good - the manager and waiter were very nice and helpful - the atmosphere was simple and fresh, we had a great time - the price was low - recommended

02/08/2025: We stopped by completely by chance and what a nice surprise! Very typical restaurant, delicious dishes, ... We see (and taste) that everything is local and homemade. We were with our two children (4 & 6 years old) and we were very well received. We recommend!

20/08/2025: Short version: Top food, top service, top price Long version: We ate there a total of three times during our vacation. Two of those times we went without a reservation. We always got a table outside. It should be noted, however, that we were there right after they opened. The service was friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful conversation with the young lady, even in English. She also made a great effort to explain the desserts to us and show them on our smartphone. The dishes we ordered were fantastic. Authentic Italian cuisine for a reasonable price, compared to German prices. There were three of us there and we paid just under €50 each time – three main courses, at least one dessert, and drinks. The restaurant is located in the pedestrian zone (ZTL). Therefore, you can hear the hustle and bustle of the street. We didn't find this annoying, but rather pleasant. Parking is available within walking distance in two nearby parking lots – free of charge. We highly recommend the restaurant.

04/09/2025: In Bordighera, this lovely restaurant impressed us with the quality of the products used in the kitchen, the young staff, and the customer service. This time, we had lunch with two huge salads (one with bresaola and one with Greek sauce) and the excellent, well-cooked farinata. Everything was excellent and beautifully presented. A place not to be missed.

19/08/2025: Went for Dinner with Family. Prices more then fair

24/08/2025: My husband and I dined last night and can confirm that the half-hour wait before ordering was worth it... everything was delicious!!! From the spaghetti with lobster, to the stewed cuttlefish with potatoes and peas, to the grated scallops, and finally to a delicious octopus and potato salad. Finally, to finish, a double fried calamari and shrimp platter, which was excellent. The waiter was very kind and available to answer any questions we had... we highly recommend it! We will definitely be back when we're in the area.

24/08/2025: Since there's always a long line, we decided to give it a try. You can choose from several dishes. One costs between €8 and €15. There are many seafood dishes. Unfortunately, my couscous was cold. Otherwise, the food was okay for the price.

02/09/2025: Focacceria offering a wide selection of traditional Ligurian sweet and savory delicacies. The classic Ligurian focaccia is delicious. The woman at the counter is very friendly, and the prices are fair.

01/06/2025: Simple, welcoming, friendly, family-run environment. Local dishes to enjoy on the spot or take away. Generous portions, reasonable prices. Stuffed courgettes and onions, freshly baked farinata, potato and green bean pie, osada with roast potatoes, bruschetta and focaccia. All accompanied by a glass of medium draft beer and water for €25 per person. We really really enjoyed every dish. An experience to repeat.

24/04/2025: Ottimo tutto. Farinata super come sempre ed asado veramente molto buono. Una garanzia per una serata rilassata ed in compagnia.

The ingredients were top-quality, enhanced by surprising and never boring combinations. The undisputed star of the evening was the black truffle, masterfully used in several courses. The balance of flavors was perfect: the truffle did not overpower, but elegantly enhanced each dish. Highly recommended for those seeking authentic, creative cuisine deeply rooted in the local area. I will definitely return.

09/08/2025: The best piadina in the area! Cassoni and piadas are super generous and the filling is top-notch! Especially the sausage and onion piada (wow, what can I say ✨ )! The place is family-run, and everyone is very friendly, attentive, and helpful. Surrounded by greenery, it's perfect for families or a cool summer evening. If you're looking for a place with quality food, super affordable prices, and a beautiful location, I highly recommend it 💛
