A wonderful discovery in San Salvatore. The fried food is freshly made, fragrant, and plentiful. Among the deli items, I recommend the stuffed molluscs with a flavorful sauce. A special mention goes to the flavorful stuffed anchovies, served over a baked potato, perfectly gratinated. The service was quick and delicious. We arrived early and were seated, but it's best to reserve a table. We ate quickly, sampling almost everything available at the counter and in the fryer. It's best to reserve a table or order takeout. The internal courtyard with its tables is charming and well-kept. The atmosphere is welcoming and clean, with lots of plants and greenery. There's even a fountain for washing your hands, and the dishes are disposable, along with recycling bins. Reasonable prices for excellent quality. Fantastic. We'll definitely be back. A safe haven!
