I migliori ristoranti di cucina italiana in Liguria

05/11/2024: Eccezionale. Dopo un'ottima esperienza un anno fa, tornando a Genova io e alcuni amici abbiamo voluto tornarci e né siamo rimasti altrettanto soddisfatti. La trattoria è vicina al Porto Antico ed è comunque raggiungibile in un tempo limitato anche partendo dal centro di Genova (Piazza De Ferrari, Palazzo Ducale). Avvertenza: si mangia a menu completo (con alcune scelte per ogni piatto), molto bene e molto abbondante. Per cui, andateci preferibilmente quando avete molta fame! 😄 In tre persone, in due pranzi, abbiamo preso piatti diversi ed erano tutti buoni, alcuni davvero molto buoni. Il personale è pure molto cordiale, cosa che non guasta.

28/10/2024: Ci siamo fermati per il pranzo. Propongono menu al prezzo fisso di € 13. Scelta tra tre primi e tre secondi. Servizio celere, piatti liguri ed ottimo rapporto prezzo/qualita'.

22/08/2024: Excellent meals, all strictly typical Genoese recipes, sublime jarred anchovies and space-age farinata, very kind and pleasant service. I highly recommend it. Fair expense.

18/11/2024: Saturday 16 November sublime experience.... given the location, an excellent fish-based lunch in both quality and price. I hope to return soon. Thanks to the chef 👍

20/10/2024: Family lunch. Starter, first and second course based on fish. Quality products. Delicious mixed fry. Highly recommended

03/01/2025: Excellent customer welcome by the guys. Then the "senior" waiter takes the orders but politely and intelligently offers inviting advice on what to choose. Excellent foods. Terrace ON THE SEA. I would say there is no need to add anything else.

08/09/2024: Fantastic location on the sea that allows you to taste excellent Sicilian food. We ate the parmigiana, the arancino with squid ink and finished with a cannoli... all very good! I recommend it!

25/12/2024: I'm looking for a bar to watch the Inter match while I'm away in Chiavari. My baby sleeps in the stroller for two hours at least I can enjoy this beautiful hangout. At the tables I see Subbuteo men and old Panini stickers. The beer is good and I spend the afternoon with a couple of fans who are regulars at the place. When the boy finally wakes up, once the boys have won, I go to the cash register to pay. All already paid for by those who had kept me company during the match. Without words. Nothing like this has ever happened in Milan. Long live Chiavari, long live the Circolo dello Sport and its customers.

22/11/2024: Cocktail buonissimi e servizio eccellente, personale alla mano e molto professionale, aperitivo ricco e ogni volta diverso.

18/10/2024: Nice restaurant with a nice atmosphere. Good service. Prices are average. Everything very clean. Recommended.

17/11/2024: L'emplacement est effectivement fort plaisant, tables bien espacées sur la jolie place centrale du village, qui est d'ailleurs un espace public. Le service est sympathique. Par contre la nourriture est vraiment du genre bas-de-gamme : fleurs de courgettes farcies... à la purée de patates (Mamma mia, c 'est typique à Apricale ou c'est pour satisfaire les touristes du Nord ?), des "lasagnes" où l'on cherche les lasagnes -la pasta- à la loupe sans rien trouver. Tiramisu de misère. Dommage, dommage de gâcher ainsi le charme de l'endroit.

02/11/2024: Apricale è un paese magico e merita la visita. Il ristorante è stato la giusta conclusione di un posto fiabesco gustando una cucina classica ligure semplice ma gustosa. Ottimi antipasti e, da non perdere, il Brandacujun. Accompagnato da un bianco il Piegato... delizioso. Personale giovane,professionale e simpatico.

Fair value for the quality and quantity offered. We liked it so much that we will return. Rating ten! Note: make a reservation as it was very full

08/12/2024: Wonderful staff. Everyone is really kind and helpful. A suitable environment even when the cold arrives, thanks to the stoves you feel really comfortable. For those like me who drink barley coffee, highly recommended. Unlike many other places, it doesn't look like colored water or smell like burning. Finally, and most importantly, the aperipizza is a must try. Both the quality and quantity of what is served are excellent. 15 euros with drink included. I recommend trying it. The only flaw is that they no longer make the berry croissant that I LOVED

22/11/2024: It was one of my favorite places in Genoa where we ate and drank very well, the service was top notch and the atmosphere was very nice. I don't know what happened, but in recent years it's going downhill, with mediocre food to say the least, discount alcohol, slow, incompetent and rude service, and a sewage smell around the rooms that makes you vomiting. Not to mention that when the owner is not there it seems that none of the staff cares about the customers and they are all there just to steal their wages. Really depressing. For the same price, much better cocktails and food and less arrogance, you might as well go to the bar on the other side of the square.

01/12/2024: Eravamo di passaggio in zona una domenica mattina di fine novembre, e siamo quasi per caso capitati in questa piccola perla della nostra amata terra. Il locale su 3 piccoli livelli, è una piccola bomboniera in mattoni con forno a legna ed una cantina a vista che fa tornare indietro nel tempo. Il menù è su varie lavagne, alcune non proprio di facile lettura. Appena entrati , l'ebbrezza del profumi dalla cucina ti predispone a goderti un succulento pranzo. Impossibile rinunciare ad assaggiare dall'antipasto al dolce, tutto fatto in casa, tranne il sorbetto! Lo stufato d'asino era da applausi, i tagliolini col relativo sugo onestamente ancora di più. Interessante anche il coniglio alla ligure. Torneremo sicuramente a provare la farinata. Siamo stati accolti col sorriso e con simpatia! Conviene chiamare per assicurarsi un posto. Gli orari disponibili su internet non sono sempre aggiornati.

13/10/2024: We went to eat dinner, but unfortunately we didn't eat very well. The starter was expensive and cheap, not to mention the braised meat which was tough, the dessert very poor and finally we weren't even told that we could also order the farinata which we didn't know about. what they did.

05/11/2024: The classic 'downstairs' pizzeria, where you always feel at ease and treated like friends. The pizzas are very good and digestible, my favorites are the "focaccina correctly" and the "rusticona".

25/08/2024: After 7 times in this place in 3 years our opinion does not change: original menu with particular combinations. The tuna tataki with pesto and fried food is a must on our menu. Excellent octopus tacos and octopus kebap. Fast service, friendly staff. No waiting for the table (and it was Friday and Saturday). We will definitely be back on our next holiday in Alassio

24/08/2024: Abbiamo pranzato in questo ristorante due volte nella stessa settimana perché ci è piaciuto molto: il cibo è molto buono e il personale molto cordiale! Playlist musicale molto gradevole! Consigliamo il fritto calamari da dividere molto leggero e saporito! Ci torneremo sicuramente!
