I returned for the second time, and my excellent impression was confirmed. The new management is welcoming, offers excellent value, and an original selection of wines, with a focus on small producers.

Trattoria a bit hidden under the bridge at the end of Via Caprera. The outside appearance is a bit modest, although it probably has a large outdoor space in the summer. Inside, on the other hand, the space is large, bright and well-distributed. The tables are well-spaced and well-ventilated. Tidy and clean, the whole place is pleasant and welcoming. The cuisine is well-prepared and quite varied. Excellent seafood spaghetti and exquisite shrimp and asparagus gnocchi. Good mixed fried fish. Decent desserts. The price is just a little higher than expected, but the quality partly justifies it. The new manager is very kind and friendly. A small suggestion, if I may: since the entrance is not marked as it is slightly off-center and looks like a private access door, mark it with a piece of paper on the left in the window 😉🤗 Overall, a good experience, and one that I will repeat soon.

The space isn't very large but it's welcoming, with a stove providing pleasant warmth and friendly, helpful staff. The chef prepares excellent dishes that rival those of a professional chef. I've never had such good spaghetti with clams, but the tuna was also truly exquisite and cooked with great care. The tiramisu, which they make, is delicious, and if I didn't have cholesterol problems, I would definitely have had seconds. Thank you for a wonderful evening, and see you next time.

I was pleasantly surprised by this typically Genoese osteria, serving extremely fresh, beautifully prepared and presented seafood. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the quality and price were excellent. I highly recommend it if you're in Sturla.

First night open after the change of management, an absolutely pleasant surprise. Generous and delicious dishes, fish ravioli with a truly rich sauce! Fried calamari, cooked to perfection. Complimentary wine. The place was "not very crowded," but consistent with a typical Tuesday evening in Genoa. We'll be back!

Osteria Cadevilla .. is located in Piazza Cadevilla 7 ... in Genova Sturla ... I was there just last night and I must say that it is a simple but very welcoming place that offers delicious and abundant dishes and excellent dry and very digestible fried foods. . with fast service. . excellent and quality with a lot of friendliness. The dishes that I appreciated were ... the Ravioli del Pescatore .. and a beautiful sea bream, but here there are many other exquisite specialties to try. I recommend it to those who don't know it yet ... try it.

Ristorante Pizzeria Da Sem

09/11/2025: It's been a long time since we moved house, and we haven't eaten pizza at SEM. I must say, when we entered the restaurant, the daughter came over, recognized us, and ushered us in. There were several customers in the dining room, eating and chatting calmly. My wife, granddaughter, and I ordered pizzas and drinks, and when the pizzas arrived, they were very large and very good, even better than the ones we remembered as already excellent. All three of us agreed that they were the best we've ever had. So, we extend our compliments to the "pizza chef," who we believe is SEM's son, and to the entire staff, both family and otherwise, who, in our opinion, have improved the food offerings and maintained the welcoming atmosphere that made us feel at home. When SEM arrived, he came over to greet us pleasantly, as he always does. He's a great entrepreneur and a man of empathetic and pleasant marketing.
