The cocktails are expertly crafted (even the less popular ones like the Aviation) and, above all, perfectly paired with the crunchy pizza on the menu. The service and owner are friendly and helpful. The exhibitions of paintings by the artists are also beautiful. Highly recommended!

I'm a regular now. Everything is wonderful, the crispy pizza is truly spectacular! The staff is friendly and always available. The drinks are superb, and I highly recommend trying the carbonara! TOP!

We discovered it by chance through TikTok gluttony, and came here after a 40-minute walk. It's a cute place with outdoor seating. The menu is mainly aperitif-style with some dinner dishes. As the name suggests, it's a cocktail bar with various cocktails. We went for the tartare, and the Fassona tartare was truly delicious. I highly recommend it as a nice place. The only flaw is that people at the adjacent tables often talk too loudly, so it's no longer as intimate.

Unfortunately for us, all the dishes we wanted to try were from the winter menu, so we'll be back later to try what we missed this time. The appetizers were very good; the chicken nuggets with soy mayo were soft on the inside, crispy on the outside, and not at all dry, and the sauce was flavorful. The tartare was very fresh and flavorful, and the mustard added a touch of extra flavor. As for the carbonara, the pancetta was nice and crispy, but for our taste, overall, we would have preferred a pinch more salt. The burger was enjoyable to eat; I would recommend a softer bun (but again, for my taste), and the burger deserved a few minutes less cooking to fully enjoy it. We'll be back in the winter, hoping to sit inside and find the dishes we loved in the photos. 💪🏻

A well-kept and well-managed venue Ideal for an aperitif or dinner Top-notch service

I was walking down Via Toledo, arriving at the Archaeological Museum. There's this lovely restaurant (you can also go for a drink). I ordered spaghetti aglio olio peperoncino. It cost 10 euros for a very generous portion. I thought he wouldn't finish it, but yes, I finished it because it was delicious.

I've been to Vernissage and it won me over immediately. The elegant setting and refined yet welcoming atmosphere are perfect for a lovely evening. The food is excellent and meticulously prepared, but the real highlights are the extremely kind and professional staff and the truly exceptional drinks. I'll definitely be back!

Decent beer and passable appetizers, great atmosphere and service

A pleasant surprise...a welcoming place with a terrace equipped for outdoor dining even in January. Good food, fast service, and friendly staff. Top cocktails! I highly recommend it for after-theater drinks, too.
