Think about it, people. Absolutely avoid it.

08/02/2026: Excellent, artisan ice cream. High quality ingredients. Refined creations, but also the classics are excellent. Whipped cream is also high quality and not too sweet. Attentive service. The small portion for €3 is an exceptional major flaw.

The first and second courses are delicious, the drinks are exceptional, and the desserts are so delicious and authentic that they risk derailing any diet plan. Every self-respecting Genoese, vegan or not, should visit InFusion, especially for the excellent service and courtesy extended to those who choose, even for just one day, to eat healthy food without indulging in animal suffering. As a vegan, I am happy and proud to have such a beautiful restaurant in my city, synonymous with and exemplifying ethical and fair cuisine, possible even in a complex city like Genoa. Thank you!

05/04/2026: Unfortunately, we can't comment on the food. We had a reservation for Easter, with 14 people and children. We arrived at 12:40 PM, and at 2:20 PM we left because the kids were hungry. The only thing we can comment on is the two baskets of bread, after several requests to determine how much time was left. They were good. To be fair, the owner offered the drinks we ordered with our orders. We're sorry.

22/02/2026: I absolutely can't give even one star, but if I don't, it won't let me publish the review. Mixed Tuscan cold cuts covered in who knows what concoction, and we were told it was the salami coating... First, pici cacio e pepe? Watered down, precooked, overcooked, and the owner's excuse that if you want them with cream, you have to eat them in Rome, taken off the bill. Polenta and wild boar??? The stew is fine, it doesn't taste like wild boar, but the polenta??? It didn't even taste like polenta!!!! Disappointing, and I'd say not enough.

01/04/2026: Had a dinner here with the catch of the day + potatoes and the grilled inkfish. Portions are fine, and the food was good (nothing extraordinary, just normal what I would expect) . Friendly atmosphere. My only complaint would be the bright led strip around the external part (if you are tall it is very bright in your eyes). But that is quite Italian, having a lot of light. 🙂 Roughly 55 euros for two fish dishes (without any wine)

28/03/2026: Intimate and welcoming. Service was prompt and professional. We ordered appetizers (vegetable soup and mussels marinara) and first courses (linguine with anchovies and spaghetti allo scoglio). The appetizers weren't particularly memorable, but the first courses were truly excellent. Perfectly cooked and perfectly balanced with the sauce.

24/03/2026: We had dinner for two at this small, slightly hidden trattoria in the village of Voltri. We had an appetizer of mussels and sardines, an excellent plate of trofie with pesto, and two mixed fried dishes. Everything was excellent, the atmosphere small but elegant, and the service from the lady was excellent.
