04/10/2025: Dinner with friends. The focaccias were delicious, ordered as an appetizer to share. The other dishes were delicious: shrimp, grilled octopus, amberjack fillet, and cockerel. The tarte tatin with ice cream was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful.

22/09/2025: Very nice place, excellent food, friendly staff, exceptional value for money. The downside is the somewhat long wait.

15/09/2025: A lovely hotel to stay in for a few days during your holiday on the Italian coast. Try to get a room with a balcony. The view of the bay and the hill is fantastic!

13/09/2025: This is our second time here. We were immediately impressed by the location, the helpfulness, and courtesy of both the owners and the entire staff. The view is truly beautiful; the hotel is surrounded by greenery and is truly unique. I think those who love tranquility will definitely find it here...

11/10/2025: Came here solo as on travel to Genova on business orders. It’s never optimal to go solo to a nice restaurant on a Saturday night when the dining room is full of couples and groups. But it worked well here. Waiter spoke English as well, so easy to communicate. Food and service was top notch. Would return anytime. Highly recommended.

04/10/2025: A small restaurant in Chiavari. Small, intimate, somewhere between refined and traditional. Excellent dishes. Fast service. Courtesy. Expertise and kindness. Hand-written wine list with a wide selection of local wines. Worth remembering. Worth returning.

15/09/2025: Honestly, I expected more. Probably, after reading the reviews, I had too many expectations. I had the spaghetti with mussels and saffron, which was good but nothing special. There were very few mussels, and unfortunately, for someone like me who can't tolerate spicy foods, they were spicy. Not excessively, but there was some chili pepper, and it wasn't mentioned. The staff were very kind, and the location was beautiful.

06/09/2025: Visiting from Costa Rica for the second time, first time was in 2023 and now 2025! The food has always been delicious! And a very good price too! Highly recommended! I would suggest the limoncello! One of the best Ive had! The staff/owners were kind and friendly! Wish them the best with their new family member 👶🏻 Grazie mille!

10/10/2025: We visited this place in October. It was disapointed.. we had some experiance before - when you order main cource you have to order sides seperately and this is not something that bothers me, but i think it would be good that when you order food, that waitress would let you know that it is without potatoes or rise... main things about food - meat and fish was without grain of salt... we ordered medium steak and it was raw inside... not medium rare - RAW.. fried calmari was ok, would be nice to get some dip with it. We also ordered sea food grill mix for 2 people and payed 44 eur for it - we got 2 fish filets, 6 shrimps, couple pcs of calmari and couple pcs of tuna, enought food to eat for 2 persons but for that price to add few potatoes or more salad wouldnt hurt anybody... ravioli was nice. The last dish of fried meat was.. i dont know - have a look at the picture and tell if you would be happy to get this dish for evening...

27/09/2025: Good fish at a fair price. The availability of car parking in Lerici is a plus.

05/10/2025: The service was very attentive and spoke excellent English. The food was phenomenal. We had ravioli with porcini mushrooms and sage butter for the starter, and lasagna with porcini mushrooms for the main course. The dessert, a hazelnut cake, was also excellent. You can taste the love that goes into making it. The ingredients are of good quality, and it's nice to see that they offer regional and seasonal dishes. Above all, there was a large vegetarian selection.

08/09/2025: We spent a week in beautiful Apricale and ate there twice during that time... we were delighted both times. Simple (and I don't mean that in a negative way), authentic, regional dishes that you can't find everywhere, prepared with perfect craftsmanship. They also gave us a great wine recommendation, and apart from that, the piazza in Apricale is simply a dream for a lovely summer evening. The value for money is decent. The service is friendly and very professional, but not overly warm. Highly recommended!

19/08/2025: A small restaurant along the Aurelia road, near the Sestri train station. Tasty food, especially seafood, and excellent minestrone soup. Moderate prices.

12/10/2025: Delicious pizza and very friendly staff. We found the pizzas tasty, but they were very bland. A bit more seasoning (especially salt) would have tasted even better. But definitely recommended.

14/09/2025: Super lazy, we came to an empty restaurant, no one paid us attention, finally a waiter came to us and told us it is fully reserved. We asked about all the empty tables on the terrace bit he said they don't serve there... If you are determined to eat there make preliminary reservation

21/09/2025: We were ignored by the wait staff and couldn't order anything. As a result, we left the restaurant without eating...very unusual.

12/10/2025: RESPECT! Respect is required. Anyone who offers you a fish soup (CIUPPIN in dialect) for the modest sum of €19 and serves you a broth with 4 mussels, 6 clams, 1 small squid, and what were supposed to be anchovies (a fish too small for soup), but which I couldn't count because they fell apart during cooking (leaving the bones intact), serves a nearly inedible dish, certainly not restaurant-quality. This is a recipe made with "poor" fish, a red mullet, a small white sea bream, a barchetta (I don't know what it's called in Italian), etc. The cost per serving is, however, offset by the time it takes (in this case, there wasn't any!) to clean the cooked fish, to serve the cleaned pieces, so they can be eaten with a spoon. This was simply a poor dish, without care or respect. They didn't even bother to serve the classic slice of toasted bread (too much effort!) to accompany the dish. The waiter approached and asked if something was wrong. I replied that what was wrong wasn't something that WAS there, but something that WASN'T there. He never returned. A fine example of Ligurian hospitality!
