05/12/2025: After 24 hours, my clothes still SMELL of food. The place is dirty. I can only call it a dump. The food wasn't even as good as the other reviews had said. I'm sorry, it's not my practice to be so harsh, but it was truly a terrible experience. And there were even people queuing outside to get in before they opened. Unbelievable.

I could sense a true passion in handling the ingredients, transforming them into sincere and satisfying creations. What made everything even more special was the kindness of the staff. The service was impeccable, always attentive and courteous. A professional welcome perfectly completes the picture, making this a place where customer care and food quality go hand in hand. We're sure we'll be back soon.

04/12/2025: Nice hotel — but a baffling and frustrating experience at the front desk. At check-in, we were greeted not with a welcome, but with a banner about a “gratitude payment” — essentially a voluntary tip scheme. Since we were only staying one night and had no meaningful interaction with staff, I called to opt out. I was told they would “check my bill” to make sure it was removed. Next morning? Still there. I was already on a business call while my family tried to check out, and instead of handling it smoothly, the staff insisted payment had to be made with a physical card. Out of patience, I tapped my phone — and it worked instantly. No apology, no acknowledgment, nothing. For a hotel claiming five stars, this felt more like amateur hour. Good service isn’t about surprise “gratitude fees” — it’s about communication, competence, and knowing when to get out of the way so guests can enjoy their stay — and actually get on with their planned journey without unnecessary friction. Edit: funny answer - did they even READ my post? I did call them the day before and it was still on the invoice.

01/12/2025: Beautifully decorated and clean hotel. Great breakfast and location. Unfortunately, the management falls short on customer service. We were “upgraded” to this hotel immediately after booking the neighbouring hotel, which we selected specifically for its spa. Nowhere was it communicated that the spa was unavailable at either hotels - from the time of booking right up until check in. At check in, the staff did not offer any compensatory or complimentary services to make up for this lack of critical communication.

24/09/2025: A lucky stop and we found this excellent pizzeria that also serves food. The pizza crust is exceptional and melts in your mouth. The fried foods are all tasty and dry, served on the typical Genoese menu. The service was excellent. Everyone was very friendly. We'll definitely be back, but we'll take a bit longer. Highly recommended!!

07/12/2025: One evening when we wanted to celebrate a long-awaited event, we decided to change from our usual two or three favorite places and almost by chance we ended up at Bagnarola... it couldn't have been a better choice; we even had seconds of a couple of dishes because they were truly worthy. But the real highlight is the staff, the owner, and the girls in the dining room, people with great courtesy and humanity, increasingly rare and sought-after goods ❤️

02/11/2025: I went to this restaurant during my two-day stay in Sanremo at the recommendation of a friend. The food and service were impeccable, fast, courteous, and high-quality. Friendliness, professionalism, and maximum availability. I would definitely recommend it.

15/10/2025: A beautiful, elegant, and very unique venue, in an Old England style, with beautiful wooden furnishings and a stunning sea view from the outdoor tables and by the windows. The service is very professional and attentive, the staff extremely friendly and eager to describe the dishes, prepared with the freshest ingredients. The Gragnano spaghetti with seafood are absolutely exceptional, the shellfish risotto is delicious, and the fried calamari and vegetables are also delicious. The desserts are truly unique: I particularly recommend the dark chocolate sphere with gelato and the berry parfait. A wide selection of wines is also available. Definitely worth a try for a special evening in a magical place!

07/11/2025: An enchanting place, a truly fairytale setting in a site that has been carefully enhanced in every detail. We chose La Cantina degli Abissi as our wedding venue, and a heartfelt choice could not have been more fitting! Piero, the owner, as well as the creator and creator of all the wonder surrounding this project, will simply make you fall in love with what he has created with tenacity and a hint of stubbornness. His Event Planner, Daniela, and her entire staff, from the chef to the waiters to the dining room coordinator, were simply PERFECT!!! Everything was exactly as we dreamed, the timing perfectly timed, the service impeccable. The memory of that day is our happy thought, and a special thanks also goes to them for making it a reality. THANK YOU FROM THE HEART!!!! Elena, Christian, and our big dog, Caffè (who, thanks to you, we never felt so close to as we did that day...)

26/10/2025: We had a tasting at this beautiful winery, with its majestic rooms and enormous spaces, everything was very well-kept inside. The person who led us on the tour was very clear and helpful... but there is a BUT... the tasting was quite overpriced, with a small interlude of platters that were never brought and still charged the same in the end, but oh well, mistakes can happen. What I really don't understand is why I have to pay 70 euros for a bottle at the winery when outside I would pay 54. Meh! Anyway, the Abissi sparkling wine is not bad, but, in my opinion, too expensive!
