25/10/2025: A warm welcome like we rarely see. My daughter left delighted and even wanted to come back in the evening.
We ate very well, and the whole team is really great with the children.
If we return to the area, we will be happy to return to your establishment.

10/09/2025: I spent a few days in Celle Ligure and had lunch at Trattoria Bollicine...what can I say...everything was great, tasty, plentiful lunches, topped off by the kindness, respect, and friendliness of all the staff.
I recommend it.
Delicious pasta with pepper sauce and perch. 😊

06/12/2025: The food is prepared out of the ordinary, very uniquely, with intense and delicate flavors. We weren't sure what to expect when we went, so we relied on the reviews. By the end of the dinner, we couldn't help but agree with what we'd read.
The place is probably not for everyone's budget, but the experience is worth the money. The food is served by expert and very courteous staff with excellent service. The dishes are excellent and expertly prepared.
Highly recommended!
N.B.: It's best to book, as it's often full!

I love fish and I am not very picky but pasta with mixed fish/scampi/mussels was bad, couldn't eat it and as i told the waitress she was uninterested and maybe did not understand and did not ask why i don't want to take away the pasta. The pizza was nothing special. The prices are low but i do not mind to pay more for good quality. Sufficient service nothing more.

20/10/2025: We enjoyed delicious local dishes on a rainy October 20, 2025.
We chose the 4-course menu. 4 fresh dishes for €35. Considering the quality of the dishes and compared to other restaurants in this region, the price is on the low side.
Starter: 3 types of fish: octopus, anchovies, dried cod
Pasta dish: spaghetti di mare!
Main course: swordfish
Dessert: a combination of panna cotta, chocolate cake, and Ligurian biscuit.
And an espresso afterward.
We chose a regional Vermentino to accompany our dishes.
Excellent service. Highly recommended.

19/10/2025: All five because the three of us had a really good time with two tasting menus where everything was very good and, above all, plentiful. We spent a reasonable amount and were satisfied. We were served courteously. My only concern is: will there be enough parking when I want to go during peak season?
Anyway, we'll be back soon.

09/11/2025: I had the pleasure of dining here with my family, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The dishes were excellent, truly delicious; they follow tradition, but with a touch of originality. The house wine was truly excellent. The staff who accompanied us during dinner were kind, helpful, and engaging. My partner is vegan, and having mentioned this when booking over the phone, they offered him some truly valid alternatives, which almost never happens. A truly excellent experience. We all left enthusiastic. I'm very picky about pesto, being used to my grandmother's, but their pesto is truly tasty, light, and not too salty—just right, I'd say. Thank you!

29/11/2025: Let's start with the peculiarities that some people might not like: don't expect a menu with a slew of pizza types. They serve Margherita and farinata pizzas, plus other deli specialties (savory pies, etc.).
That said, the pizza is spectacular. The mozzarella is soft, whereas in practically every other pizzeria I find it rubbery. The pizza is pan-baked, and I really like it. It's both soft and crispy, and even the crust is a pleasure to eat. The farinata pizza is wow.
When I'm in Sarzana, I'll tend to eat here 😁.

Very friendly and helpful staff!
Prices are reasonable considering the quality of the food offered.
You don't need to book... but you never know... you might end up eating only at the kebab shop across the street... which is good, but... Everything here is much better!!!
