03/09/2025: We went to La Caletta this Sunday... What a disappointment!! Green pool, clogged toilets, and exorbitant fees... with charges for every order under the guise of paying for a service... and all of this, to be told by the manager: "You French people!! If this doesn't suit you, don't come anymore."

25/08/2025: Avoid it!!!! €15 entry fee just to lay your towel on the edge of the pool. Don't even talk about the pool. The seawater is barely cleaned (considering the price, it's borderline). When I went there was seaweed. The restrooms are disgusting and the food is too expensive for what it is.

28/10/2025: As for arrogance, bullying and added falsehood number one in absolute terms, for the rest they are only lucky enough to use the Ligurian sea and climate.

25/08/2025: Extremely unfriendly staff, who couldn't apologize for forgotten drinks or for vegetarian dishes that came with fish (despite repeated reassurances). On top of that, the food was far too expensive, and they didn't even serve salt and pepper. Not recommended, even if the view is beautiful.

05/12/2025: As usual, we go for coffee with colleagues and, as usual, we're left speechless by the rudeness and arrogance. Those who frequent this place know who we're talking about. But how can you work with the public if you're not kind and respectful towards customers? I strongly advise the owner to change the staff, given the numerous reviews describing terrible service and rudeness. I'll continue going for coffee, hoping things change.

30/10/2025: Don't go! We've just stayed because It was raining so much. They were no polite at all from the beginning. So rude even trying to speak english (and not french). We don't understand how people running a business can be so mean over clients. Antipathiques et désagréables. Fea gente que no aprecian turistas

02/10/2025: And to think that it used to be a pretty high-end restaurant... we went there one evening... there was no one there, and that already alarmed us... we ordered a pizza (good food, but nothing spectacular), and a plate of spaghetti with clams (it felt like we were eating pasta with oil). Embarrassing, to say the least...

19/07/2025: Sono anni che frequento saltuariamente questa pizzeria e l’ho sempre considerata ottima tanto da consigliarla spesso ad amici e conoscenti. Purtroppo ho dovuto ricredermi. Io e altri amici abbiamo preso delle pizze da asporto e purtroppo la mia Parmigiana, così come quella di un’altra persona che aveva ordinato la stessa pizza, era quasi immangiabile: salatissima. Non so se sia stato un incidente nella preparazione delle melanzane o cosa, ma non siamo riusciti a finirla. Inoltre la pasta sottilissima ( e questo non è un problema, ma una caratteristica di quel posto) era gommosa. Da una delle mie pizzerie preferite a Genova non me lo sarei aspettato. Una pizza peraltro pagata 15€. Anche le pizze degli altri nostri amici, sebbene, per carità, mangiabii, non erano all’altezza del solito standard. Cosa è successo? Cosa è cambiato?Una delusione e un grande dispiacere davvero. Peccato.

04/07/2025: Sono stato con amici per mangiare la pizza ,il servizio è veloce e gentile ,ma la pizza ,sottile va bene ma non secca asciutta ,io l’ho presa con porchetta e friarielli senza formaggi sciolti e difficile da mangiare e comunque non calda come appena uscita dal forno in più chicca finale , la birra calda 😬

27/11/2025: My family and I came here on a whim. They were tired of pasta, so they chose hamburgers and chicken tenders. I got the Ercole Pizza, and it was amazing. The hamburgers were surprisingly good, with the cheese being super melty with a beautiful pull. The chicken tenders however, just tasted like thin Dino nuggets. The server was accommodating when we asked for ketchup, and the store owner (I think the older man in front cooking) was the sweetest!

28/10/2025: I tried to leave a review months ago, but Google blocked it. I'll try again. The pizza was a touristy one, shrugging my shoulders, but I couldn't submit the receipt for a refund because it was reversed for both me and my colleague. I imagine a pizzeria in Vernazza needs to do this; it's inconceivable.

03/06/2025: La ubicación es agradable. A pesar de que hice una reserva dos semanas antes de que nos sentáramos en una mesa bajo el sol, pedimos también sentarse en una mesa cercana, pero nos dijeron que es una mesa para tres. Pocos minutos después una pareja sin ninguna reserva se sentó allí. La señora gerente / propietario a cargo era muy grosero y desagradable. El servicio y la comida eran promedio, la relación calidad-precio era baja, incluso para Portofino.

27/05/2025: Después de dos comidas anteriores decepcionantes en Portofino, buscamos el restaurante más inteligente con el menú más imaginativo, en una ubicación fabulosa, para disfrutar realmente de nuestra última noche en este hermoso pueblo. O’Magazin marcó todas las casillas y nos sentamos junto al agua con personal amable, buen vino (a 20€ por copa) y una deliciosa cesta de pan con aceite. Estábamos emocionados de que nuestra comida llegara. Y entonces los buenos tiempos terminaron. Tal vez deberíamos haber adivinado cuando no nos preguntaron cómo se cocinaría el bistec. El filete llegó nadando en una cantidad ridícula de salsa y acompañado de nada ni siquiera adorno. Así que rápidamente pedimos un poco de fritas que llegaron rápidamente y apenas cubrieron el fondo del plato. El filete estaba tan duro que raspamos la salsa para mirarlo y estaba gris, casi nacarado. Con retrospectiva deberíamos haber enviado de vuelta, pero en realidad estábamos tratando de tener una experiencia gastronómica satisfactoria. Mis propios medallones de atún también fueron asfixiados en salsa / aceite con tomates y aceitunas. El atún estaba demasiado cocido y había reposado demasiado tiempo antes de ser servido. Ninguno de los dos hizo ningún progreso con nuestra comida y pagó la cuenta y se fue. El personal sonriente y alegre y la hermosa ubicación no compensaron la peor comida que he encontrado. La factura era escandalosa con frituras a 12€ por persona. Acepto que debería haberme quejado mientras estaba en el restaurante, pero la mala comida en Portofino me había desgastado. Al día siguiente la ciudad se redimió en Portofino Bistro, casi al lado de O’Magazin y estoy feliz de darle una crítica fabulosa.

15/06/2025: Ebbene sì, devo dare uno ma solo per il cameriere che almeno ha cercato di sdrammatizzare la situazione. Premessa: prenoto 10 giorni prima via whatsapp per la sera del mio compleanno. Nei messaggi (quindi ho la prova scritta) indico chiaramente ore 19 per aperitivo più successiva cena di venerdì. Già mi dicono che non è possibile alle 19 perché troppo tardi (non sapevo che l’aperitivo si facesse a merenda, dato che lavoriamo fino alle 18) e potevano invece alle 18.30. Chiedo quindi se c’erano problemi di orari/turni e mi dicono “no no assolutamente no, ma poi iniziano le cene”. Ribadisco che io voglio chiaramente fare aperitivo più cena per 8 persone e alla fine “cedono”. Arrivo alle 19 con torta di cui mi chiedono la lista allergeni (prima volta nella vita perché solitamente basta lo scontrino) altrimenti potevamo mangiare i loro dolci (quindi vano tentativo di provare a propinarmi i loro dessert). Riesco a convincerli anche lí e la signora mi dice velocemente “potete stare fino alle 21” ma io mi auguro di aver capito male o che si sbagliasse. Portano l’aperitivo a tutti tranne ad un componente della tavolata che ha dovuto aspettare altri 20 minuti per un gin… e ovviamente già lí da far perdere la pazienza. Camerieri che non venivano mai al nostro tavolo a chiedere come andasse, ma dagli altri sí e per chiamarli tra un po’ ci sgolavamo. Poi chiediamo la cena, un mio amico chiede la lista vini. Portano prima i contorni e poi la carne (nulla di che) e di nuovo a sgolarci per ordinare il vino, quando praticamente avevamo finito di mangiare. Fine cena, ore 21.05 “eh è venuto il tavolo che doveva arrivare dopo, per la torta vi sposto”. Ovviamente mi sono alterata, perché nessuno mi aveva detto ci fossero orari da rispettare anzi, in fase di prenotazione ho chiari messaggi con scritto “nessun problema di orario”. La signora ha finalmente capito e si sono arrangiati con gli altri. Solo il cameriere mi ha visto alterata e mi ha detto di non preoccuparmi e che avrebbe fatto in modo di tenermi il tavolo. Finita la carne dico alla cameriera “poi ti dico io quando portare la torta”, invece tempo 3 secondi e porta i piattini… praticamente non vedevano l’ora di cacciarci. Alla fine siamo andati via intorno alle 22, senza nè scuse (a parte sempre il cameriere che non aveva colpe) nè tantomeno un caffè offerto per la brutta figura. Classico caso di un locale genovese che crede possa bastargli una location per accaparrarsi i clienti. Vi suggerisco di indicare almeno ai clienti se fate i turni e trovare un altro modo di organizzarvi, sarebbe stato più chiaro ed educato e non avrei dovuto rovinarmi il compleanno, cosa che avete fatto.

18/05/2025: Abbiamo cenato in due spendendo 96€, e possiamo dire che ogni euro è stato ben speso. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è eccellente: piatti curati, ingredienti freschi e porzioni più che soddisfacenti. Il servizio è stato cordiale e attento, senza mai essere invadente. Anche la posizione è perfetta, facilmente raggiungibile e con un’atmosfera piacevole che rende la serata ancora più speciale. Un’esperienza da ripetere e consigliare!
