24/08/2025: Friendly, family-friendly atmosphere. Kind and attentive staff. Helpful managers. Comfortable rooms. Fresh, varied cuisine. Excellent location.
It's true, as I've read in other reviews, that the hotel is spartan, but I really appreciate the fact that the managers eat in the same room, with the guests, and, above all, the same food. For me, this is a sign of authenticity and simplicity.
So: a comfortable, delicious vacation with a priceless sea view!!!

10/08/2025: A beautiful place, but unfortunately, given the "standing" it aims to maintain, it falls short in some respects, specifically in the following areas:
- Tables in the gazebos with rust spots
- Side curtains on the gazebo partially missing.
- Dirty/stained sun lounger mattress (we asked for it to be replaced, and it was promptly replaced with apologies for the inconvenience).
- Bathroom hygiene needs updating (lack of toilet paper in the women's bathroom and cleanliness needs improving).
In my opinion, the price paid doesn't match what's offered. Considering that the price for 5 hours (from 2 pm to 7 pm) is €137, I would have expected greater quality and attention to service.
It wouldn't take much, especially considering the number of gazebos (28), to make this beach truly the "gem" and most exclusive beach in Santa Margherita, as advertised.
I'd also like to point out that we purchased a thermal water bottle. It's very nice looking, with the bathroom logo on it, but it doesn't keep the water cold at all, even though it was guaranteed to work properly at the time of purchase.
(Please avoid making any comments without first having verified your claims, to avoid disappointment.)
Regarding the restaurant, since we didn't eat there, I can't express any opinion, but having read the dishes offered and given the location, I feel compelled to give a positive assessment.
Another positive note was the receptionist, who demonstrated courtesy and professionalism.
P.S.: I've changed my rating from 3 to 1 star because I'd like to point out that after just 7 days, the thermal water bottle has rust spots on both the cap and the inside (as shown in the photo). This is absurd; it's unsafe to use, as you risk drinking rust.

01/08/2025: This year, like last year, we chose this beach resort for its proximity to home and the gazebos, but we discovered at the start of the season that the management had changed. We immediately had problems with bookings: we therefore decided to start with a week, from Monday, June 30th to Sunday, and this already created problems because the weekly stay, for which we had been asked to pay €1,250 in advance, could not be made due to the different rates between the months of June and July. Therefore, we immediately paid €1,400 for the Monday of June and the week from Tuesday to the following Monday (July).
Unfortunately, due to force majeure (bad weather), we lost three days of the booked period, so my husband asked the manager if we could make up the days on other days. He was told that we could only make up two, and although we didn't fully agree, we accepted (at €200 per day).
When we rebooked for the two-day make-up session, we were told we were only booking one day, not two.
At that point, we replied that we wouldn't be willing to negotiate like in a Marrakech souk, and that in a €200-a-day establishment, customers deserve a service that's proportionate and worthy of the price they pay.
Bottom line: three paid days wasted and service subpar due to incompetence and a lack of professionalism, but above all, lost customers.

05/08/2025: Visitamos Pizzeria Lungomare dos veces durante nuestro primer viaje a Bonasolla. Nuestra experiencia inicial fue maravillosa - celebramos el cumpleaños de mi hijo aquí y tuvimos una noche encantadora. Las pizzas eran de buena calidad y el ambiente era agradable. Las camareras fueron consistentemente amables y profesionales durante ambas visitas.
Desafortunadamente, nuestra segunda visita fue completamente arruinada por un hombre mayor con cabello canoso (presumiblemente el propietario o gerente). Me reprendió agresivamente frente a otros clientes, agarrando el aceite de chile de nuestra mesa y gritando que estábamos usando “demasiado”. Cuando le ofrecí cortésmente pagar por el petróleo y le pedí que simplemente fuera amable, continuó gritándome. Él realmente aceptó € 5 de mí y parecía contento cuando le dije que nunca volveríamos.
Como alguien que no habla Italiano, me sentí inoportuno y humillado por el comportamiento de este hombre. IT es realmente desafortunado que tal manejo tóxico opaque lo que podría ser un buen restaurante. Las funcionarias son personas realmente encantadoras que merecen algo mejor.
